A great short book about spiritual disciplines and how the little things can make a big difference.
On a personal note, Danny Lehman did really good on giving personal examples making it easier to translate to my own life.

Great advice from someone who's been through the wringer of life himself and well worth the read, but also as a reference to come back to when I need inspiration or guidance in living the first fraction of eternity on earth.

Danny not only writes well about the spiritual disciplines but exemplifies through his own life the benefits of them. This is not the preachings of the unpracticed, Lehmann actually lives these out himself and the book benefits because of it.
