Klaz and Cinta’s Story . . .
When cybernetically enhanced pirates attack a luxury cruise ship, Klaz Renka (an older Vinduthi warrior and bounty hunter) and Cinta Longdon (a charming con artist) are forced to battle the pirate horrors. All his old instincts kicked in and Klaz is amazing as protects Cinta; but she refuses to let him do this alone and jumps into the fight. He has a plan and whispers for her to wait for his signal, then hit the control panel with a full charge from her shock baton, causing the system to lock down the emergency bulkheads which separated them from the pirates. They led the passengers to a cargo bay and had them hide until one stepped out in terror and was killed. Klaz and Cinta had no choice but to attack the pirates. Greatly outnumbered and with Klaz badly wounded, they were taken by the pirate leader, who hated Klaz and wanted him to suffer, to a damaged escape pod with a faulty life support and busted nav system. He would suffocate within a few hours. Pretending defeat, the pirate relaxed his hold on Cinta who broke away and escaped. She had to get to the pod before the pirates. She spotted a control panel and used her shock baton and the room was in chaos. She dove into the pod with Klaz as the airlock began to close and the bulkheads forced the pirates back. Now their adventure would truly begin as their disabled pod crashed on a frozen ice planet and another group of really bad guys capture them. Will they escape this time?
This is one of the most exciting books I have read! My attention never wavered as page after page pulled me into this excellent fast-paced story that never seemed to slow down! Seriously, you will not want to miss this one! It’s a definite “keeper”!

A high-end cruise with a conwoman and a former bounty hunter is definitely an exciting way to spend some time. And when the cruise ship gets boarded by pirates who VERY BADLY want to do some damage to the hunky former bounty hunter (I guess it's a peril in that line of work that you just might run into folks you helped put away), what's a lady to do except dive in and do her best to save the big guy.
So Cinta dives. Straight into a malfunctioning escape pod and now she and Klaz are on a snowy planet with only their wits and some sizzling chemistry to work with. The good news? Sizzling chemistry goes a long way. The even better news? These two are good together. VERY good.
On Klaz's end, the biggest roadblock he can see is that he's older and doesn't feel like he's worthy of Cinta. Which is ridiculous in Cinta's eyes, because his age doesn't bother her and he's pretty much a hero when it comes to how he steps in to save people. Her included.
Sure, sure, they might have been strong-armed into committing some crime along the way, but SO IT GOES.
A snowy planet, an almost impossible heist, several dangerous situations, a male who won't back down when situations turn bad, and a lady who knows a good guy when she jumps into a malfunctioning escape pod with him. *thumbs up*

This is my favorite holiday read with aliens so far. The author provided enough information on the two main characters that you could actually care about what happened them. Cinta is a thief and con artist who has finagled her way onto a luxury space ship filled with wealthy travelers. I didn’t catch how Klaz happened to be there as I don’t think he was hired for a security position.
The ship is attacked by space pirates and the two make a harrowing escape only to find themselves on an ice planet with little in the way of food or protection from the cold.
They eventually find a town but are set upon by the leader of a group of criminals demanding that they steal a valuable artifact or Cinta will be killed.
All of these situations involve fast thinking and actions on the part of the duo. Meanwhile they are finding themselves attracted to one another but Klaz is reluctant to include Cinta into his life. He eventually succumbs to her charms and they find a community of similar couples where they can live HEA.

Klaz
It's been awhile since I encountered a Vinduthi and this story was a lot of fun. I enjoyed the grumpy MMC and the exuberant MFC. From his POV,
“I felt every one of my years weighing on me as I watched Cinta’s excitement. She saw this as an adventure, while I saw potential danger at every turn. Was I too jaded for someone like her?”
There's an age gap that mostly shows up as him having seen too much war and suffering. But he allows her to help him be optimistic again.
The MFC is a con artist so there is a fair amount of her faking it with people, of canned lines. This little interaction struck me as funny,
“ “You little bitch! Come back here!”
Really, did anyone actually obey something like that?”
Almost like breaking the fourth wall.

Letting Someone In
Cinta is a con artist taking an expensive space cruise looking for her next mark. She catches the eye of one of the famous Vinduthi, Klamaz. The Vinduthi former bounty Hunter recognizes what Cinta is but he can’t escape the pull he feels for the mischievous little human. When the space cruise is interrupted by pirates the two end up in a malfunctioning escape pod and crash on a frozen planet. Their adventures don’t stop there and with each obstacle they only grow closer. There is much more I could say but I don’t want to give away the entire book! Anyone who has read about the Vinduthi knows each book is full of amazing characters, lots of action and steam for days. I loved it.

This is another great read in this series! A Vinduthi ex-bounty hunter named Klaz helps save Cinta and the other cruise passengers from the pirates who raid the cruise ship. They both end up on a escape pod that lands them on a frozen planet. Although Cinta is used to working by herself in numerous cons, she doesn't seem to mind working with Klaz. Also, the attraction between the two is off the charts but Klaz feels he is too old for her while Cinta likes him just as he is. Then they are caught by some evil thieves and the action really begins. This story has danger, adventure, humor, crazy and amazing characters, steamy romance and a happy ending.

Boring and Wordy
I expected to enjoy this book. I was bored with a story spinning around a boring theme. At this point am not sure if I care to read any additional books in this grouping. Seems like I was reading a story with a bunch of words to fill the space. Also it felt like I was reading snips of multiple books. I appreciate authors sharing their talent and imagination but will wait for this author to fine tune her talent.
As always will give thanks to Amazon for providing Kindle Unlimited.

Love Ava York’s Klaz, part of the Rescued by the Alien Holiday Tail series! He’s an older former warrior/ bounty hunter on board a cruise ship. Contact is a con artist there to gain money, but pirates attack and the two are offloaded via pod, winding up on an ice planet and captured by thugs. Forced into completing another con for the syndicate, they retrieve the goods, nearly dying in the process. What a great HEA! Age gap!

Unfortunately for her before she even gets started pirates board the ship, she pairs up with Klaz who has already identified her as a con and the adventures begin. Awesome book, has it all, fun romance adventures and HEA.

Klaz: Rescued by the Alien
Interesting... I'm always looking for a good book about Aliens to spend my free time with. Ava York always keeps me entertained with her writing and her characters, and the trials she gets them into and how they have a lot to do to get their human mates to wait for the right time to mate. Funny how those Aliens don't realize how stubborn human women can be.

The two main characters have more in common than they thought. Cinta is independent, charming and a con artist and she has been since she was a child. Klaz also had a rough life, as a soldier and then a bounty hunter. While she accepts and embraces her life, he has a lot of emotional issues because of it. Just when things get interesting, danger tries to tear them apart.

A Holiday tale to read anytime
The only holiday reference is a short discussion of forgotten traditions and the fact their name Cinta + Klaz= Santa Claus. Yet, the story itself was fabulous. It was full of action and exciting adventures. The romance was just an added bonus to make this a good story for anytime.

Wow! It had more action than a movie!
What a great book! Filled with so.much adventure and action and hotness!!!! it was better than watching an action film! So.good! And so hot.... Did I say 🔥hot??? Steamy!!! I loved it! It was a non-stop ride of love and explosions. So fun!!!

So much was happening but it felt rushed!!
Lots of aliens being thrown at you at the beginning

I enjoyed reading this book, the storyline is well written and the interaction between the characters is wonderful. I can't wait to read more from this author. I received this book as a Free ARC copy to read and I voluntarily leave this review

I think this has been one of my favorite alien romances so far! This had so much action, intrigue and that tension!!! Klaz believes he doesn’t deserve anything good because of his past but our fearless Cinta just proves that he deserves everything and more!

What an Adventure
This book starts as story, but becomes one adventure after another. They both have pasts, but once they come together in spite of it, they get their HEA.

I love reading about the Vinduthi, especially when they are really nice guys hidden behind their gruff exterior like Klaz. Cinta was a good match for him, and I enjoyed reading about their antics.
