Good Sound Advice

Good advice, ideal for the newly diagnosed. Although, my only criticism would be the recipes.

Surely dieticians or advisers can think of something a little more exciting, substantive than, for example, a Tuna salad! When they’d already listed tuna and salad items as ideal foods to eat, a tuna salad as a recipe seems somewhat a wasted opportunity to educate.

Overall though, a good read for those new to this condition.

Great beginners manual for fibromyalgia.

this book is highly educational. more so for those recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia. it's a great guide for giving tips on diet and exercise. anyone with newly developed chronic pain should read this book, before and after seeing a doctor. very well written.

No thanks

ok so this wasn't the best book in my opinion, however asking for positive reviews in text in the middle of the book was just tacky. Most of it had nothing to do with fibromyalgia and was pushing a nutrition agenda that doesn't seem to have any evidence to support belonging there.

A very basic, very short book on fibromyalgia. Nothing much new here except possibly the chapter on water filtration.
