Straight to Gay
This was definitely on the cheesy scale. Totally predictable plot, rather flat characters, but lots of heat. Honestly, I'm not a big fan of any anal penetration without proper preparation and lube. It's very unrealistic and probably very painful. This wasn't my favorite short by this author.

Not my cup of inaccurate tea. Sure it can be short, and it can be racy but it can’t be inaccurate. If it had been accurate it’d be a higher rating.
Why does erotica or short steamy stories often act as if they have no idea stretching and lube exist? Do they think it’s sexy to be in pain? No, because the characters act like they are self lubricating *and* have go go gadget assholes.

So. This was scorching hot. '“Let's ruin a whole lot more mattresses together, shall we?”' OMG, that line!
Flint and Gabriel end up sharing a mattress in the attic after a house party where way too many people got way too drunk. Gabriel just wants enough space and cushioning to sleep it off enough to drive home. Things come up during their time spooning and it only gets hotter when they awake to a mess in the morning.
The spit as lube is getting a bit much in these first time gay stories, but I can't be bothered to mind too much. The dirty talk and scenario are just yummy. And I certainly do not think this will be their only or last time together. I'd love to read more of them.

Short and Hot
The author doesn't waste any time getting to the action. Not much romance or build up. These two guys are straight until they end up in bed together and a horny dream turns into hot action. I'm not so sure how straight Flint actually is, since he instigates the whole thing. You decide.

These are fun and quick which is what I was looking for. More erotica than plot, which is also something I was looking for. I think these are mis-labeled personally. Most of these guys are
bi-curious not strictly straight imho. That aside I like most of the ones in this series.
