Lots of tips and information. Recipes are easy to follow and the book is laid out nicely with photos of each recipe. This does state it is for beginners so the charts are handy for someone who is new to air fryers and gives basic temperature and cooking times which is a great starting point for trying out common foods in the air fryer.
I found several recipes that I'm adding to my newest homemade air fryer recipe book. Having just bought an air fryer I'm in need of new recipes and mostly healthy ones. Between my family and myself our gang has a total of 525 pounds to loose this year, that's roughly 10/11 pounds a week for the group.
