She decides to treat his attitude towards her as a challenge.
When she gets the chance to be close to Wade, Reina abandons her fears and loves him wholeheartedly. Should she still fight for him, or forget all about him?

A book that is worth re-reading. See, hindi naman lahat ng libro nanaisin mong basahin ulit after mong mabasa. But this one is one of the few books na talaga namang kahit ulit-ulitin mo e hindi ka magsasawa. Wade on the other hand seems to be the wrong guy at first, iritable at layo nang layo kay Reina pero nahulog din naman. Queen J never fails to make a story of a lifetime. Laging may depth ang isinusulat niya, may twist, may lovable and charming characters, unpredictable plot and the best descriptions.
Reading the title, you would probably think that it’s going to be a cliché story eh? Well, that was my first impression too. The story is about this not-so-attractive girl who fell in love with a super gorgeous slash heat inducing hottie. I know it sounds so cliché, but beware, for the author made this story far from it. This story has a lot of twists and not to mention, super “kilig” moments. I can’t even count how I prevent myself from shouting for this story is really really super duper “kilig” that I can’t even contain it. Countless “kilig” moments, nice executions of scenes, and she was able to make the guy character sounded just like a real guy. Most of the Tagalog Romance novels I’ve read have this kind of problem for most of their guy characters sounded like a girl or worst a gay. So that is really a big points for the author.
I have noticed from the story how the author describes Wade’s (male main character) abs very exaggerated. If you know me well, I should be complaining right now aight? But surprisingly I’m not. The author maybe describing its characters in a very exaggerated way but she managed to describe it not in an annoying way, like most Tagalog Romance novels do. In my case, it’s really believable. I was even close to droll. (at Wade’s heat inducing abs, hehehe)
Aside from the “kilig” moments, there were also some super funny scenes. So it’s not just a typical love story but also a funny one. Real entertaining! And some of the words used by the author were also entertaining like this one that I think I would never forget: “nabilaukan ang sasakyan”. Hahaha, seriously?
And Reina’s (female main character) green mindedness is really funny. And I love how Wade covers his face whenever he’s blushing. Awww, that’s so adorable Wade! And seriously Wade, why are you always showing those supah hot abs of yours? Are you seducing me? I mean, Reina? Hahaha.
Aside from making me “kilig” and laugh, this story also made me cry like a waterfalls. Waterfalls? Oh, I think only a sprinkler, hehehe. But seriously, this one leaves my eyes with tears. It was so touching. How can a guy be like that? How could Wade love that much? Huhu, it made me cry but the ending made me cry a lot. I was really touched.
Any complaints about its characters? Well, I really don’t have. Wade’s character is a picture of a real prince charming; the one who will also feel angry to the one he love that left him but behind that angry disposition is a man who’s patiently waiting for his love to come back. Reina on the other hand is a picture of a woman who’s in love and who became a victim of love and pride.
This story is properly written. All scenes we’re a refreshing one to me though the plot may be a bit familiar. I don’t remember being confused for all the scenes was properly executed and the lines were very understandable. I can’t really describe how I did enjoy this story for you to picture it out, so, just read it and be ready to fall in love, to laugh, to cry and to believe that true love still exists. And oh!, I almost forgot, this story has a slight SPG scenes, so get ready and enjoy !
This is not the first story of jonaxx that I've read on Wattpad, but this is one of my top choices if I were to pick from all of her stories — a definite favorite. So imagine my excitement when I heard that I can finally get my hands on Wade 'Sexy' Rivas in a form of a physical book.
But, the excitement turned into a few disappointments — typographical errors were evident (an obvious sign that the editing was rushed unlike the previous books that I've read under PF—She’s Dating the Gangster and Operation: Break the Casanova’s Heart). Another thing, since it's evident that the editing was rushed, it felt like the story was rushed as well. Too many scenes were sacrificed to make the story shorter than it's original version and some chapters were made too short (with a chapter or two only filling a page) which doesn't make sense.
It's understandable that some scenes in the original version needed to be cut out; but not to the point of injustice to the story's full potential. To be honest, no matter how nice the book version looks, it was a let down for me.
This version is the light version of the Wattpad story Five stars worthy sana cause Wade may not be as possessive as he is unlike the wattpad version, nakita naman yung sweet and soft sides niya hihi but ang ayun, not as intense as before but I enjoyed the new scenes and the revised version. I cried to the part that I have cried to the old version ugh my feels for WEINA goes stronger because of this ♥ Though I admit, may mga new scenes na pinagdugtong sa old scenes na medyo nakakalito kasi yung old factor ang mas dominant kaya naman it left confusion sa new factor. Ang yung mga tinanggal rin, Yung iba natanggal pero significant siya sa next scenes kaya nakaka-confuse pero nabawi naman dahil dun sa last chapters and that (sad) special chapter ni Wade.
The story is really amazing. This made me go mad and crazy over Wade "Sexy" Rivas, the male protagonist. How I wish he's real. Congratulations to Jonaxx for this successful book.
I think I read this book back in seventh grade. But honestly, I can't remember anything about it. It was probably one of those books that I read but didn't really care much about.
Ito din ang unang librong "sinubukan" kong basahin from her, that time yung kasagsagan ng wattpad (not that hindi pa rin siya patok ngayon), and naalala ko na after a few chapters, I gave up reading this.
--
It's wrong but not force.
"Wade this is wrong" "We always were"
We really don't know kung anong iniisip niya that time since wala syang POV but I'll assume that he's blinded by his anger that time and so turn on.
Is that enough reason? No. Maling mali. So paano ko nasabing hindi force?
Here's why
- Reina is expressive character. Sinasabi niya yung thoughts niya at palaging may comment. Kapag ayaw niya rin, ayaw niya talaga.
- Reina didn't say No, she just said "Wade this is wrong" "Wade! This isn't right" Pertaining to *toot*
It's either she couldn't process it or couldn't believe that they will do that.
POV niya to so malalaman agad natin kung ayaw niya ba o hindi.
So what's her thoughts after she said that?
"Tumigil siya sa paghalik sa 'kin at hinalikan ang left b00b ko habang nandoon parin ang kamay niya. My goodness gracious! I don't want to hear myself kaya kinagat ko na lang ang labi ko."
Force ba? Hindi. May consent ba? Oo.
- Paanong hindi force? "My gosh! Gagawin ba talaga namin ito? Am I going to give my virginity to him? Bakit? Sino paba? Wala naman akong minahal, siya lang, tanging siya lang."
- Paanong may consent e hindi naman sinabi?
(https://care.ucr.edu/education/what-i...) Non-Verbal Consent Consent can also be non-verbal. There are ways to express a clear willingness to engage in sexual contact without using words. Examples of giving nonverbal consent may include:
Head nod Thumbs up Pulling someone closer Nodding yes Making direct eye contact Actively touching someone Initiating sexual activity
• Making direct eye contact: Kinakausap pa nga siya ni Wade e • Pulling someone closer: She sat on his lap. Reina keep on calling Wade's name on pleasure. - "Wade..."
So basically, she gave her consent using body language. It's non verbal consent.
- Now, paanong mali?
• He didn't stop when Reina pushed him. "Siniil niya ang labi ko sa halik. Itinulak ko siya pero unti unting nanghina." • He didn't stop when Reina said "Wade... this is wrong" at ipinag patuloy niya yung pag halik kay Reina sa leeg kaya nag mukang force. • I'm sure he didn't do it for revenge but the way he said "Now, let's hope that you are fertile." is a big red flag for me.
PS. I stand to be corrected.

I’ve already read many stories by Queen but this particular one is one of best of all.
I love how this story portrayed that wealth, distance, and judgements from different people might become a hindrance in a relationship but those won’t really matter if you truly love the person. Those would only serve as a challenge that would test your love for each other. Any hindrances that would come in the path that both of you are taking won’t really matter once you’ve both decided to focus on each other and not let those hindrances reign your relationship.
This story made me realize that we should speak up ourselves. Yes, there would be some people that might get hurt in the process but it’s all worth it. I’ve also realized upon reading this that it’s not that bad to stand up for something or someone you really love. That is what life for, isn’t is? To try, to take risks.
Wade made me realize that a person could really change especially when he/she is willing to do so. A womanizer is capable of being head over heels for his one true love. A womanizer is capable of loving too much to the point that he’s willing to give his all for her beloved.
I know that this is fiction, that not all womanizers or playboys out there is like Wade, but I believe that everyone is capable of improving themselves—that all are capable of change.
After reading this story, I realized that I just found my Jonaxx Boy. Who else? Wade Sexy Rivas!
Honestly di ako marunong mag book review ehh HAHA pero masasabi ko lang is the plot itself is cliche but how proud i am that queen jonaxx can make her masterpiece unique ! ❤️and sobrang nainlove at medyo inis ako kay wade :(( he gave up his passion for reina’s peace pero aaminin ko medyo nalungkot ako at the same time kasi alam mo yun ? You know you love a book when you felt an unexplainable excitement and happiness eveytime you saw it no matter how long you have read it. And that is the effect this book is giving me.
This is Jonaxx's best book for me. Everything is on point. The character building is done perfectly. The plot is well writen. The emotions are heavily felt.
Jonaxx gave me the pain that most writers failed to do.
This is the very first Jonaxx story that I read way back in 2019. I keep seeing people posting about Wade Rivas on some wattpad facebook groups and I got curious who he is so I searched up the story in Wattpad and started reading it. I really loved it. In fact after reading this story, I read her other stories too and her stories never disappoints. She's my favourite author now.
The first book that I read written by Ms. Jonaxx. Until now, it's still in my mind. Most of her books are good to read. But this book is one of a kind. Although Wade and Reina experienced some difficulties in their relationship they still end up together. This shows that you may got separated but if you are meant to be together, you will be. This book brings back memory. Might read this again.
