** The latest spicy romance from award-winning author Elouise Tynan - writer of the Pierson U series! **
HONOR
It was supposed to be one of the easiest jobs I’d ever taken—pretend to date the billionaire at his brother’s destination wedding, spend some time sipping cocktails by the pool, and pocket a seriously large paycheck.
Only I didn’t bank on that billionaire being a smoking hot pain in the ass who I wanted to climb like a tree.
But hooking up with a client could ruin me, which means I need to stay far away from Blake, no matter how good he looks in a pair of fitted swim trunks.
BLAKE
After my ex-fiance screwed me over, I don’t do relationships. Which is why I turned up to my brother’s wedding with a rent-a-date to keep my family from asking their endless questions about my future.
But Honor fits in with my family better than I do. And despite reminding myself our relationship is strictly business, I can’t take my damn eyes off her.
Crossing the line would be disastrous for both of us. And making stupid, rash decisions isn’t what got me to where I am.

Nope. Per reviews, MMC is lusting after OW who is his ex and even goes to her in the middle of the night and thinks about hooking up with her after he & FMC are in whatever relationship they are having. Nope. Nope. Nope. Momma here needs faithful MMCs or they can just take a hike to neverland.😖
Phew! where do i start? This book was def not boring but it had some major turn offs and icks.
A not too long/quick, easy read. My first from the author. Before i start listing the things that gave me icks I'm gonna write a few things that were actually good about the book.
1. i liked the writing and narrative style, it was good enough. 2. The smut was okay. 3. The female character could have been great if it weren't for a few things she did and didn't do. 4. One thing i really liked even though it was insta love was the bond building b/w the MCs. It didn't feel rushed or artificial.
Now the things that gave me a turn off -
1. the Mmc was too nonchalant and indifferent in the first 70 pages of the book, to the point he didn't defend his fake girlfriend (fmc) against his ex.
2. he ran to his ex in the middle of the night when she called him and was having thoughts about doing the deed with her. Like WHAT??🤡 I felt really bad for the fmc here.
3. He humiliated the fmc in front of the whole family by outing her as his fake girlfriend. It was so unnecessary and not called for. Bro was just angry and insecure.
4. You would think there would be good groveling after the kind of fuck the mmc did but be disappointed coz all there was a conversation b/w the MCs and a little speech at his brother's wedding which is literally bare minimum in my opinion.
5 The OW drama! I'm okay with it if the guy/girl is over their ex and don't give a fuck about them but the ow drama in this book was way too much and the Mmc was lusting over his ex in the beginning of the book.
Though the Mmc was able to admit his stupid behaviour and regret his actions, that wasn't enough for me to look past some things that were majorly wrong.
To sum it up, the book had its moments, but overall, it didn’t quite hit the mark for me.

My first stand alone of Elouise Tynan's and I cannot wait for the next. I loved everything about this, but especially Blake's development. I was dying to see what he'd do next.
This had all the feels, fantastic banter and I really loved the significance of family in it.
I have been in such a slump lately and also so busy that I literally have not been able to read anything except for rereads of some of my favorites. But then I got this ARC so I started it and before I knew it I had read the whole thing.
It was just so cute right from the get go as grasped my attention pretty easily. Was it cliche? Yes. Was it fast paced and short? Yes. But sometimes that is actually what you need. I know it was for me
Honor was such a fun and spunky character. And we already know that everyone loved the hot grumpy “asshole” billionaire who actually cares a lot and just had his heart broken. Blake for this description while also being unique in a way that didn’t make him feel like a copy and paste character.
Honor and Blake had great chemistry all the way through. When they first met and then when they couldn’t stop arguing and then when they were “faking it” and then when they were real too. I was honestly rooting for them and Blake’s speech literally made me tear up and swoon it was such a good gesture.
I also really loved Blake’s family and how accepting of Honor they were. I’d love to hear more about the happy wedding couple because they were both so cute and nice. I also really loved Blake’s cousin and hope he gets a book. His friendship with Honor was so fun to read.
The other woman drama in the book was pretty annoying but not bad enough that it kept me from enjoying the book and it did give us some pretty great comebacks from Honor.
Overall, I would definitely recommend reading this book to anyone looking for a cute sweet fun read to pass the time or get them through a slump.
*Thank you NetGalley, the publisher, and the author for the chance to ARC read this book. This review is my opinion and was my decision to write*
“You’re in my head, Honor, and I want you there every day for the rest of forever.”
I admit I did enjoy this quick read despite it being predictable and cliché. I’m not in the headspace to focus too much on anything other than simple pleasure right now, so this fit the bill. At only 200 pages I wasn’t expecting development, but I did appreciate the small amount of showing Elouise threw in there as Blake and Honor got to know each other during their fake dating charade. They were actually pretty cute and I could believe the instalove.
The drama with Reyna, Blake’s ex-Fiancé, who was also the bride’s BFF and maid of honor, but also tried to sleep with the groom while she still dating his brother, though was just too far fetched. Even for a surface level book. No way someone as genuinely nice as the Kelly(the bride) would actually be friends with someone like Reyna’s character.
One of the best fake dating books I’ve read! Honor owns a companion-for-hire business and Blake is in need of a girlfriend to take to his brother’s wedding. The tropes were great, the characters are funny and the friends and family are lovely. I loved that both main characters owned successful companies. However, the ex was annoying and Blake’s behavior towards the end was not necessary. Nevertheless a very amusing read!
Blake (billionaire) needs a plus one for his brother’s wedding. He decides to “rent” a date with Honor. It’s supposed to be easy. Just fake date someone until the wedding is over and separate ways. But they both didn’t expect the attraction they have towards each other. But nothing can happen, because Blake doesn’t do relationships anymore after his ex fiancé screwed him over by proposing herself to his brother, and Honor doesn’t date her clients.
Oh btw, Blake’s ex is ALSO at the wedding because she’s the bff of the bride. Yep you read that right. The wanted to hook up with the brother of her fiance, who also happened to be the soon-to-be-husband of HER BFF. Yupppppp disgusting.
Blake keeps it a secret that he and Honor aren’t actually dating, but over these few days they grow closer and he’s opening up to her in a way his family hasn’t seen him do in a looong time.
I actually had a pretty good time reading this one. It’s a super quick and easy romance book with a few spicy chapters. I think there were like 3 or 4 chapters where you can read about the spice.
It’s giving “anyone but you” vibes, but make them rich rich.
If you’re looking for a quick, spicy, billionaire summer romance, this is a fun read to add to your tbr!
Ps. How can someone as sweet as Kelly be friends with someone like R? And WHY DID HER FIANCÉ/HUSBAND NOT TELL HER HER BFF WANTED TO FUCK HIM? I would be maaaaddd affff if my hubby keeps that from me, like what???? Trust is gooone
I loved this book! It was a perfect beach read, or just an anytime read, honestly. It was quick and easy to read, and I loved that there was so much character development, but it didn’t feel dumped on us as readers. If you’re a fan of The Wedding Date or My Best Friend’s Wedding, you will LOVE this one. It was fluffy and sweet and gave me butterflies but I was also very intrigued by the conflicts. Highly recommend and I think it’ll be on Kindle Unlimited when it comes out!

"I'm focusing on personal matters for the foreseeable future."
"We've only known each other a couple of weeks, but you're under my skin. You've been there since the moment you walked towards me in that airport lounge. I have no idea how to dig you out, but I realized days ago that I don't want to."
The Island Arrangement follows Honor, the owner of a luxury accompaniment service, and Blake, a man reeling from being cheated on. To make matters worse, he has to see his ex at his brother’s wedding. So, what does he do? He hires Honor to pretend to be his girlfriend. Simple, right? Well, not quite.
This book is one of those quick, fun reads that feels like a breezy, made-for-TV rom-com. The author isn’t aiming for deep, emotional complexity here—just an enjoyable story with a cute couple that leaves you with a smile on your face. It’s like a Netflix rom-com: you know what you’re getting, and it’s perfect for what it is.
That said, I did have some issues, especially with the interactions between Honor and Blake’s ex. Their dialogues sometimes felt really awkward (cringe, even), and the whole rivalry between them might rub some readers the wrong way. The insta-lust trope also felt underdeveloped. I prefer when characters connect on a deeper level rather than just physical attraction, but this book took too long to get there, so it came off a bit superficial at times.
On the plus side, I loved how the story handled Honor’s strained relationship with her parents—it was done in a way that felt relatable and grounded. Overall, if you’re looking for a light, feel-good read, this one will do the trick!
*The Island Arrangement* is a delightful romantic escape that masterfully blends humor, tension, and chemistry. The premise of a fake dating scenario at a luxurious destination wedding sets the stage for a charming and engaging narrative. Honor is a relatable and strong-willed protagonist, navigating her unexpected attraction to Blake, a brooding billionaire with a complicated past.
The dynamic between Honor and Blake is electric, filled with witty banter and palpable tension that keeps readers on the edge of their seats. Their character development is expertly crafted; both grapple with their personal issues while discovering genuine connection in a setting that feels both idyllic and perilous.
The author’s vivid descriptions transport you to sun-soaked poolsides and glamorous celebrations, making it easy to lose yourself in the story. The supporting characters add depth and humor, enhancing the overall experience without overshadowing the main romance.
Ultimately, *The Island Arrangement* is a perfect blend of escapism and emotional depth, making it a must-read for fans of contemporary romance. You'll find yourself rooting for Honor and Blake as they navigate their complicated feelings and the consequences of crossing the line between business and pleasure. Highly recommended!
A sizzling romance set in a dreamy setting and with great characters! If you loved the movie Anyone but You, but don't want the 'enemies' part of the story, this book is perfect for you!
I haven't read a billionare romance in ages, and this one was such a refreshment. Coupled with the fake dating scenario, great banter, and sparkling chemistry from the moment the main characters met, this was an incredibly quick read! The plot starts developing immediately, and progresses very quickly. It felt like the author knew exactly what she envisioned and wanted to happen, grabbed it with both hands and ran with it, no space left for any nonsense! Honor and Blake will suck you into their world and have you turning pages until there are no more left. I loved their connection, how their lust pawed the way for something deeper and more meaningful. The spicy scenes were almost as great as the two of them opening up more and more emotionally. I also really loved the setting and how it made me crave those hot August days!
Highly recommend this one, especially if you're searching for something that will easily pull you out of a slump!
A huge thank you to Love Notes PR and the author for sending me an ARC of this book!
✨Thank you Love Notes PR for the ARC of The Island Arrangement in exchange for my honest review.✨
When it comes to romance, a good “fake dating” +slow-burn (that turns nice and spicy) book is one of my favorite tropes! This book gave me strong “The Wedding Date” vibes… which is one of my favorite movies… so therefore I loved this book!
Honor is a the owner of a companion for hire agency. Blake is a billionaire CEO. He places a request for a fake girlfriend for his brother’s wedding in Antigua. Blake has a long list of strict requests, so Honor comes out of companion retirement and joins him in Antigua. Both Blake and Honor attempt to set professional fake relationship boundaries, however, both are secretly super attracted to one another.
This is a GREAT summer/beach reach! I loved Honor & Blake and really enjoyed seeing their relationship grow from a professional business relationship, to friends, and then lovers. The side characters (Hudson, Kelly, Spencer, & Blake’s parents) were also really lovely and like able. My favorite scene in the book was the parasailing chapter! To me that was when Honor & Blake truly started letting their guards down on their feelings for one another & I loved it!
This was such a fun and easy read! I have so many all over thoughts haha!! I love @elouisetynanwrites books!! I’m a SUCKER for fake dating and this was perfection!!!! I loved Blake & Honor so much. Blake is a grumpy billionaire which was uhm great! Honor was the best??? Loved her. Together, i am OBSESSED with them. I also loved the triangle that was going down with Reyna. I felt like it added something crazy and spicy to the plot. THE BANTER??? TOP TIER. I was kicking my feet, laughing and my jaw dropped a few times at the remarks from Reyna & just in general how crazy she is. Also, can we talk about how great Kelly is?? She is a 10/10 friend tbh.
I loved the setting of this book as well. It takes place in Antigua and i just got the best vibes from it yano? Also add a lil spice because she was there for sure!!!!!
I recommend you read if you like:
Grumpy x Sunshine Fake dating Island vibes Forced Proximity Billionaire romance
Thank you @lovenotes.pr & @elouisetynanwrites for sending me this book!! I have loved both books I’ve gotten that Elouise has written, so if you haven’t read any of her books you for sure need to!!!! The Island Arrangement comes out September 16th & will be on kindle unlimited!!!
3.5🌟 ( I received an e-arc from love note pr and am voluntarily leaving this review) I am a little conflicted about this tbh. I liked it but some one the things irked me. The trope- fake dating is one of the best tropes of course and it was executed really well. The conflict though, i didn't like that. I feel like the MMC went from 0 to 100 in just 3-4 Chapters. I loved the FMC though. She was smart, witty and fun. I loved the side characters too.
And one moment that was absolutely adorable:
'“He also really needs to like pop music and brunch. I could never date a guy who had a problem with brunch.” I took another sip of champagne. “Brunch is my favorite meal of the day.” Not a lie. It had become the truth the second she’d said it.'
One more thing i liked was that we got to the sexual scenes after crossing the halfway point because i do NOT like a book that has one before that point.
Things I liked about the book: Plenty of drama that kept me interested in the book. The setting of the book - It was a family wedding vacation. The banter between the characters was fun. It was fast paced and a quick read.
Overall thoughts: In summary, it was an okay book. I did enjoy the author's writing style, however I didn’t love the characters. Mainly Blake. I loved Honor and reading about her personality throughout the book. As well as the relationship she developed with Blake's family, especially Spencer. I loved the banter between them. However, the beginning made me dislike Blake and I don’t really feel like he redeemed or improved himself - especially when it came to his ex and how he treated Honor.
Tropes: Fake dating Billionaire Forced proximity Grumpy x Sunshine
I would definitely read the author's other books as I did enjoy her writing style.
Thank you to Love Notes PR and Elouise Tynan for sending me the ARC.

The Island Arrangement was a phenomenal read that I was caught off guard by. The only negative I thing I have to say is that I wish this book was longer! I couldn’t get enough of our main characters, the supporting characters were also to die for. I would jump at the chance to read a sequel about Blake and honor. I went into this book thinking it was going to be your typical grumpy / sunshine billionaire romance but as I stated above I was pleasantly surprised. Blake and Honor have so many layers to their characters, I absolutely loved that honor was an accomplished strong woman, she definitely gives Blake a run for his money and I loved their banter so much. I’m so incredibly thankful to have been given the opportunity to arc read this book and I highly highly recommend if you’re look for a fun, quick read.

I got the pleasure of reading this book a little earlier than its release date and I am so happy about it. I could have sat and binge read this cute love story in one sitting. It was easy to read and the pacing was fast, but it was believable enough to make a good story.
I might be bias because I am a sucker for fake-dating vacation romances, but this was up there with a lot of my faves in that sub genre. Blake was your typical grumpy billionaire and Honor was the sunshine who changed him. Though there were a lot of predictable moments of this book, I had soooo much fun reading it. Will this book be embedded into my soul forever? Unlikely. But I truly enjoyed every minute of reading this and for me, that’s enough to make for a great book.
Thank you Love Notes PR and the author Elouise Tynan for letting me get to read this book as an ARC before it comes out on September 16th!
Blake is your typical CEO who doesn't have time for a personal life, so when he has to go to his brothers wedding on an island, where his ex fiancé is going to be the maid of honor, he decides to hire a fake girlfriend.
Honor is a companion for hire. She founded the companionship company when she was in the need of money for her studies. She is a strong, passionate, kind yet witty female lead.
Honor and Blake are complete opposites. Blake is a workaholic billionaire who doesn’t know how to just relax where as Honor loves relaxing and having fun.
Both start to slowly develop feelings for each other the more time they spend together. I love how easily they banter with each other and also how good Honor fits in with his family.
I loved how Honor didn't stick to the script and pushed Blakes boundaries. I love the path they both took in falling deeply for each other and all the tension we got on the way. The author built the chemistry so well!
I binged this romance in a day and I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a romcom with depth and angst and a happy ending.
The Island Arrangement gives us some of our favourite tropes: fake dating, forced proximity, billionaire and grumpy x sunshine. It is fast paced (straight to the point, love!) so makes it an easy palette cleanser! I found Blake and Honor to be really relateable, which is why I think I read this so quick! Loved the island setting, side characters, banter, drama and the spice!
Thank you to LoveNotes PR & Elouise Tynan for the arc ❤️
Summer Beachy billionaire romance- Blake and Honer are funny, and their banter is adorable. The dynamic pulled me in quickly and I read this during a long flight without putting it down long. Built friendships and I loved Kelly so much! I loved that there was more to Honor’s job than everyone thought and it got to be used to her advantage later. If you love the following you need to check this book out!!
▪️fake dating ▪️billionaire romance ▪️island vibes ▪️ forced proximity ▪️ grumpy x sunshine
First and foremost, a massive thank you to lovenotes pr and author Elouise Tynan for the incredible opportunity to have been an ARC reader for this fantastic summer romance filled with yearning and witty banter!
It's without a doubt one of the best books I’ve read this year—definitely a 10/10 and one I would highly recommend!
I devoured it in one sitting and didn’t even notice when I reached the end. Who wouldn’t want to escape to a stunning island with a charming billionaire? The relationship between Honor and Blake was beautifully depicted, illustrating how the right person can truly transform your life. The friendships and scenic chapters were wonderful, and it was refreshing to see a healthy sibling relationship portrayed.
I highly recommend this gem if you enjoy: • Grumpy x Sunshine • Billionaire romance • Fake dating • Forced proximity • Grumpy vs. Sunshine • Tropical island settings • Found family • Crazy ex • Dual POV • And Spicy moments with a hint of a love triangle
⭐⭐⭐⭐ loved it! great chemistry and characters, though a few moments didn’t fully hit. still highly recommend. 🌶️🌶️: mild spice, around 2 to 4 scenes, still tame sex scenes with a slight touch of kink and still romance focused
honor thought her assignment would be straightforward—pose as the billionaire’s date at his brother’s wedding, enjoy cocktails by the pool, and earn a hefty paycheck. however, she didn’t expect the billionaire to be an infuriatingly attractive distraction who she couldn’t resist. keeping her distance from blake was crucial; getting involved with a client could ruin her. for blake, after being burned by his ex-fiancée, relationships were off the table. despite their mutual agreement to keep things professional, he found it impossible to look away from her. crossing that line would jeopardise everything, yet the attraction was undeniable.
this was such a fun book and easily one of my fave fake dating books to date! the chemistry was fantastic and as always elouise nails the humour and banter. i loved that this was about two individuals that are successful in their careers and in the end they didn't need to character their separate successes to come together. as someone that loves 'anyone but you' and 'bridesmaid for hire' by meghan quinn, this book was the perfect mixture of both. my only dissapointment is that I was also not in mexico reading this book.
tropes: grumpy x sunshine, fake dating, billionaire, forced proximity, destination wedding triggers: cheating toxic ex, slut shaming
I got lucky to read this as an ARC reader and OMG! It was SO good! One of the best books I’ve read all year! I loved all the characters (except the obvious one), they were fun and well written! I loved Blake and Honor fake relationship. It was nice to see the development of Blake’s character and how it all ends up. I read it all in one go and wish I had not because I kept wanting more!
I absolutely devoured this book in one afternoon. Instantly transported into this story right where it begins. No unnecessary before-they-meet info. The pacing is phenomenal and the story is SO good. I need more like this!!! Thank you Love Notes PR for the ARC copy!!
* ARC * I have been waiting for a good fake dating for a while! This book was so fun to read. I enjoy books that bring family into the story as well. This book is just over 200 pages, and I didn't mind it. I thought it was going to be short, but it had a great pace. Grumpy sunshine is the perfect trope, in my opinion. You know one is going to fall first. But sometimes it's the grump and not the sunshine.. I enjoyed that the first half of the book was about them getting to know each other while flirting. They didn't want to cross that line, but it was already blurring.
