I was excited to get and read this book, but the first part - first half, to be honest - was a bit disappointing. It went over the whole gates-centers-etc but in a very generic way, and I started to worry about what was to come. However, the second part is pure gem, touching on topics of deconditioning and how to live an aligned life as a Reflector with actual tips and exercises, which was actually useful, interesting, and definitely something to revisit in the future.
