This is the perfect Winter read! It doesn’t have to be Christmas for this read, it’s not based around the holidays!

A kiss at a New Year’s Eve party changed everything!

This story follows Jessa who can’t settle down in one place and her job allows her to work remotely with her best friend Megan. Both of these girls love to travel and have fun. But once they land in Wintervale that might change everything because Jessa meets (good way of putting it 😂) Noah who’s family happens to own the resort she is staying at. But, Noah’s family is protective over him as he went through a bad break up with an ex tourist…..Will Jessa plant her feet in one place finally or continue to travel the world without commitments?

This book had several moments where I laughed, you’ll get character depth for the backstory and yes you get spice as well I’d give the spice about two chili peppers! I would say insta love with maybe slight hesitations.

Looking forward to reading the rest of this series!

First! I’ve never related to a side character as much as I did, Megan! I love how the female friendship is portrayed in this book! Their banter is everything.

Noah is a man who wants find his true love. However the downside of living in tourist town is meeting new women who have the potential to take his heart with them. He along with his family run the inn in town.

Jessa is painfully shy woman who is in HR but works remotely, switching cities every few weeks or so. She’s never had true roots. Growing up she and her parents traveled constantly for their work.

She is made to consider if this is the life she wants, constantly traveling never putting down roots, or trying a different life with a certain ski patrol supervisor!

K.M writes such great short stories. While fast paced no holes are left but you still wish it could be longer because you just love the characters.

And now I want nachos!

The more I dive into this author’s work, the more I vibe with her writing style. As a die-hard fantasy reader, I didn’t expect to enjoy a romance as much as I did, but this book felt like the perfect palate cleanser I didn’t know I needed. It’s like a cozy sweater for your brain—effortless, comforting, and just plain fun.

The main characters? Total opposites. One’s all about this, the other’s all about that, and somehow, watching them clash and (spoiler) eventually connect is like binge-watching your favorite rom-com. It’s engaging, heartwarming, and honestly, just a really good time. If you’re looking for a quick read that leaves you smiling, this is it.

This was just so sweet and had a great home town feel.
Noah has lived in Wintervale, Montana, his whole life. He grew up at the ski resort his family owns, and now he's the head of the Ski Patrol. He loves life on the mountain. He even spends his days off skiing. What he doesn't do is get involved with the tourists. He did that once, and the breakup really broke him. Ever since, his whole family has been very up in his business about his dating life. On top of living in a small town, where everybody knows everything. Can you say fishbowl?
Jessa is on vacation with a friend in Wintervale. They both work in HR for the same company, and since they're allowed to work remotely, they do, taking the opportunity to travel as much as they can. Jessa is used to being on the move. Growing up, her parents were photographers for a magazine, and they were never in one place for very long. So now, she can't even see herself settling down anywhere. Until she comes to Wintervale. There's something about this place that really makes her feel like she belongs there. And it's not just the hot guy on the Ski Patrol. But that doesn't hurt!
Noah and Jessa have an instant spark, and the more they get to know each other, the stronger it gets. But she's only there for a couple of weeks, and he knows he'll never leave the place that he loves. Can he convince her to stay? Or would she just get restless, and he would end up with his heart broken again?
I love the small town vibes of this story, and Noah's family is just so much fun as they stick their noses in his personal life. But you can tell they do it out of love, and even the bartender at the resort encourages Jessa to give Noah a chance.
It was a fun story that made me want more. Which is great, because this is just the start of this series! I can't wait to read about the other residents of this small town through the seasons!

Grab a hot toddy or hot cocoa and curl up with this perfect, toasty little romance to warm you up on a cold, winter night! Don't forget your favorite fuzzy socks!

Plot:4.5📍
Spice: 3❤️‍🔥
Overall: 4.5🌟

“It’s okay to take risks and give love a chance.”

This is part of a larger, multi-author series and I hope to read the rest of these soon while the weather is still nice and cold!

Jessa and Noah were a super fun little romp in the snow! Not insta-love, but definitely insta-interest, these two have quite the “impacting” re-meet-cute!

There's some really great insight provided by Jessa who constantly moved as a child, which will resonate with those who have a similar lifestyle, such as military families. The sense of restlessness and lack of roots is real and lasts a lifetime.

Noah is all the green flags you could want but with a delightfully dirty mouth behind closed doors and a god on skis outside of them!!

There's a couple disjointed moments for my own personal mindset that others probably wouldn't even notice, but overall a sweet and spicy novella! It's perfect for cuddling up next to a fireplace, furry pet, or other preferred heat source, to read while enjoying your favorite warm beverage!

May I also suggest some nachos? Our girl's favorite snack!

Thank you to K.M. Ryan for the opportunity to read and review this book! You always write such fun, romantic stories!

I definitely recommend this short and sweet winter love story!

All opinions are my own

She finds the last thing she ever expected...

....home.

I really like Jessa and Megan, they embrace life and take the opportunity to travel the country whilst still working. They have found a great work/life balance that makes perfect sense for them, until they arrive in Wintervale. The second they arrive Jessa knows that Wintervale is different and I love that she doesn't dismiss this feeling, but keeps her mind and heart open to possibilities.
Similarly the second Noah sees Jessa, he knows she is different, special, but he is wary. He has been hurt before and cannot just embrace his feelings, which makes me sad, his family also worry for him, but their crazy actions bring a comedic relief for us as readers. There is no huge drama, but there is a roller coaster of emotions for Noah and Jessa as they fall hard and fast.
I loved meeting the Blake family and Megan, and look forward to joining them for more books throughout the year. I read this on Kindle Unlimited.

A Winter Wonderland is part of the multi-authored series Seasons in Montana - Winter. It's a short and steamy, instalove, OTT, opposites-attract, girl gets her hunk winter romance. Noah is the hunky head of the ski patrol at the Wintervale Resort in Montana. His family owns and runs the lodge. Jessa is a sweet and shy, nomadic HR representative. She travels the country working remotely and is staying at the lodge with her bestie. When she sees Noah in the lobby, she is immediately drawn to him. They kiss at the New Year's Eve party, but then he dissappears. He had dated a tourist a few years back and has avoided it since, not wanting to get hurt again. But these two can't avoid the pull. Will she settle down? Can Noah let her in? This couple was so sweet together. They had such hot chemistry, and we got a great HEA. I want books for all of Noah's brothers as well as Megan! Please 🙏! I loved it.

I loved this book, it was short but sweet. It’s a winter read, not a holiday read so it was perfect for this time of year. This story follows Jessa and Noah. Jessa and her best friend travel all over for their job, they landed in Wintervale for a few weeks for a vacation, so to speak, when Jessa meets Noah on New Years, they bonded over Nachos of all things, it was pretty much an instant love type of story, and I was here for it. Noah’s family owns and runs the resort they were staying at, so they got to see a lot of each other. Then Jessa and Megan get called away on a business trip. Will Jessa come back and finally settle down and have a place to call home or will she ultimately decide to keep traveling for her job? This is a must read for anyone who loves a good instant love with humor and just an all around good time!!

I was SO excited to be back in Wintervale for another story. I'm just as un love with the place as I am the peoole. It really does feel like home.
A Winter Wonderland is the perfect, quick holiday read. I could NOT put it down, and had it finished in just a few hours. For being a quick read, it is absolutely amazing and gives all the emotions. Jessa, Megan, Noah and the crew are so easy to love and root for. Honestly, they feel more like friends or family than characters in a book. There is so much depth and heart to this story. It truely made my heart so happy . Another thing that makes me incredibly happy is that we'll be getting more from Wintervale soon, and I can't wait!

mountain man romance.
Jessa is a young woman who works remotely and takes the opportunity to visit the country with her best friend. While she is taking a break in a small mountain village, she meets Noah, for whom she falls at first sight.
Noah is a mountain man who, following a bad adventure with a tourist, no longer wants to have a relationship with them. But that was before meeting the beautiful Jessa.
Will Jessa stay to live a beautiful story with Noah or will she leave for the next destination at the end of her stay...

When I get a K.M. Ryan book I always make sure I have the time to finish it in a day or two. When I received the link to read this as an ARC reader, I finished the book I was on and started this! Not lieing when I say I finished it in a day!

Instalove story about a girl named Jessa that develops feelings for Noah, who works at his family owned resort, that she's currently staying at. He's reluctant to fall in love with a tourist again, but hangs out with her anyways. Cute little romantic parts and story overall. Absolutely loved it!

This book is a good story that will definitely have you hooked from the beginning until the end. Jesse and her friend always travel for business and pleasure when they decided to try wintervale Montana and stay at Wintervale resort, but when she sees Noah will sparks fly? Noah works for his families resort and got hurt by a hotel guest and has a rule not to date them anymore but will he be able to stay away? Great story and awesome couple.

Jessa and her best friend Megan both work remotely so they have the opportunity to travel around the country. They are in Wintervale MT at a resort. Noah is the head of the ski patrol at his family’s resort and when he first lays eyes on Jessa he is smitten. He swore he would never date a tourist again because they always leave. Will Jessa be different and want to stay?.

This book was cute and sweet, it follows Jessa who is perpetually traveling and doesn't really date due to never staying in one place long. Noah who loves the town he lives in and his family that surrounds him. They meet and sparks fly, the connection they have is immediately there. Will they have a strong enough connection to make her want to stay?

A quick entertaining winter based book. Jessa and Megan are best friends/coworkers/travel buddies. These two have an amazing friendship and banter that reminds me of my best friends. Noah has a large family that work together. Noah and Jessa have an immediate connection but since she's on vacation a HEA may require change. I enjoyed this and read it in one sitting!

This is a great book. There is a bit of drama, but it is not overwhelming. When Jessa comes to Winterhaven on her travels, she meets Noah. She doesn't know if she wants to settle in one place, and Noah wants her to stay. I enjoyed the spice and chemistry between Noah and Jessa. Excellent book!

A fun, feel good instalove winter story set in the idyllic small town of Wintervale. Jessa travels, it’s all she’s known but when her and her best friend vacation in Wintervale it has her second guessing everything. Even better is hottie, Noah who works at the resort she is staying at
