Amazing excerpt of the full version of Mike Matthews' book.
The recipes are easy, full of flavor and protein (not to mention the carbs and fats are very well proportioned and distributed).
I liked it a lot. Sadly where I live there's not much to buy, specially some ingredients like low or no fat Greek yoghurt or Ricotta cheese, or berries, etc.
But it is an excelent investment if you're vegan, vegetarian or simply want healthy, easy meals on a budget.
