Amazing excerpt of the full version of Mike Matthews' book.
The recipes are easy, full of flavor and protein (not to mention the carbs and fats are very well proportioned and distributed).
I liked it a lot. Sadly where I live there's not much to buy, specially some ingredients like low or no fat Greek yoghurt or Ricotta cheese, or berries, etc.
But it is an excelent investment if you're vegan, vegetarian or simply want healthy, easy meals on a budget.

Great recipes!

Recipes in this book amazingly easy tasty. It was hard to believe that these vegetarian and vegan recipes taste so good and are actually good for you. This book is a must recommend to my friends and family members.

Thisthe recipes in this were very basic and very meh. There were only a couple that were vegan and most have a lot of cheese. I'm not a fan of fake cheese, so I wasn't impressed. The first part about nutrition is also pretty basic, but it's all sound science and easy to read, without feeling dumbed down. I caught a few reminders for myself.

Makes It Easy

Michael Matthews makes getting healthy easy to understand. I didn't have to go to other sources to translate what he was telling me to do. Thank you for getting me started.

Great book

Excellent very easy recipes. My family really enjoyed these meals. I cannot wait to order the rest of books and try the other recipes. Will be ordering the other books
