Rate this book
In Safe Haven, nothing is as it seems, and safety is an illusion.Raised under the strict doctrines of the prophet, Ayla believes the dense forest surrounding Safe Haven harbors a malevolent force, poised to corrupt her soul. When a mysterious chosen one appears in her bedroom one fateful night, Ayla’s curiosity leads her down a perilous path of forbidden questions and unsettling truths.
As she delves deeper, Ayla's perceptions shift, revealing that the true danger might lurk within Safe Haven, where trust is a rare commodity, and allies are indistinguishable from foes. With each revelation, the once-clear boundaries between good and evil blur, thrusting Ayla into a psychological battle that threatens her sanity and survival.

Safe Haven is a gripping New Adult psychological thriller that will keep you on the edge of your seat and leave you questioning everything and trusting no one. Prepare for a heart-pounding journey where nothing is as it seems, and safety is a distant illusion.

This was an interesting story! It's not my normal genre so I wasn't sure how'd I'd like it at first. It kept my attention though and I didn't see the twists coming! It had a good flow; I like her writing style. It's easy to follow and has good transitions in the story. A good plot with a nice build to some of the characters. Overall, a good quick read!

Man, oh man! I couldn't put this book down. I could totally see this happening in our world. I felt like I was in this world right along with Ayla.
