Blake Morgan, former detective turned slave rescuer--cold blooded killer. Wealthy, and free from any legal constraints, I can unleash my monster on those who traffic women.

I had one job: go in and save my client’s daughter. But what should have been a routine rescue, wasn’t. Not one slave. Three. And one of those women was Kaitlyn Summers.

With each slice of my blade, I watched the cover model unleash a darkness equivalent to mine. She seduced the beast I held within, and I knew I had to have her. Her damage only I can heal, but to do that, she’ll have to become a slave all over again. My slave.

But someone from Kaitlyn’s past is hell bent on destroying her, and this time it’s not only to ruin her public image. They’ll stop at nothing to take her away from me.

I can’t let that happen. You see, I fell in love with my slave, and I’ll do anything to keep her.

Warning: This book contains very graphic violence, disturbing situations, and very strong language.

Another amazing read by Alaska Angelini. An author that, a couple of months ago I knew nothing about, now has me hooked. I loved Slade’s story in Slade: Captive To The Dark but Blake’s story is utterly amazing.

So HOT

So INENSE

So RAW

I couldn’t put it down. The writing is great. The details are gritty. And the passion if fierce.

Blake, a former detective, now devotes his time to finding slaves that have been kidnapped only to be sold to some of the sickest and darkest human being alive. Hired by a family to find their daughter, Mary, Blake finds himself with not just Mary to rescue but two others. One being Kaitlyn Summers, cover model.

Nothing could have prepared him for what was about to happen as he walked through the upstairs bedroom of a broken down and musty smelling house used to harbor slaves. It wasn’t the fact she was tied to a bed, it wasn’t the fact that she was bruised and battered and almost beyond recognition, and it wasn’t the fact that she was the famous cover model that has been missing for a month. No, what had him left speechless and in utter confusion was the fact that she was still a fighter. She appeared strong and determined to do whatever she could to be set free.

Never in all the time he has been rescuing slaves has he come across a women with such determination and strength as Kaitlyn possessed. There is a strength and darkness in her that he isn’t used to and he is left it unreserved amazement.

What we share was so intense that I felt it brand me soul deep. My heart raced even faster. Someone could have stabbed me in the back and it wouldn’t have infiltrated the depths that the slave had just touched. I hadn’t even known the place existed and, somehow, she’d discovered it within the smallest fraction of a moment.

Rule One…Broken

Rule Two…Broken

Rule Three…Broken

This broken and battered woman is having him breaking all his rules and imagining things that could never be a possibility.

Kaitlyn appears to have a perfect life. She’s beautiful, she’s famous and she mingles with the high and mighty of society. But it’s all a mask. Kaitlyn is living a life she hates and the Kaitlyn that everyone sees is the Kaitlyn she wants them to see. Beneath the surface is a lonely woman who hates her job. A woman who has unthinkable desires and a darkness that very few know about.

But now, after her kidnapping and abuse, she has changed. Not just on the outside but on the inside as well. She feels she no longer holds the beauty she once possessed and now that it’s gone…she has nothing left.

“No one breaks me. This…”

I wave my hand, letting the sarcasm pour from my lips like a flood of acid.
“Just a fucking time stamp in the passport of my damaged, but beautiful life.”

Damaged and depressed she latches on to the only thing that makes her feel safe… Blake. But she sees something in him. She sees that he too, wears a mask. Deep below the sinfully sexy body and the gentle rescuing hero lies a beast of a man. She can see the darkness, feel the connection. He holds the power to break her completely.

Either the good, former detective, slave saver…or the monster that was there to cut them to shreds. The medium ground, to most, wasn’t acceptable. Behind closed doors was my mix, and that leaned way more towards beast than nice guy. Most women couldn’t handle it. And they’d yet to see what I really wanted to unleash on them. The thought had my eyes lowering to the slave in my arms. How deep did Kaitlyn’s darkness run? I was a bastard for wanting to find out.

He knows he shouldn’t want her. He knows she shouldn’t want him.

He knows together, they will end up breaking each other…one way or another.

But he can’t help himself…

"If I decide to have you, your opinion is of little consequence. I’ll do whatever the fuck I want with your body and there will be no stopping me.
You will belong to me always, or until I tell you otherwise."

As much as he knows he should do what he should have done the second they stepped off the plane and cut ties with her, he can’t. He feels this intense need to make sure she is safe and protected. He can’t leave her even if he feels it is what is best for the both of them…

So he gives her an ultimatum.

“There’s a bullet ready to end the only life you've ever known. That bullet is me, in case you’re so thick you can’t see that. Things will never be the same for you, Kaitlyn. You’ve been a captive once. Are you ready to be another? Because that’s exactly what will happen…”

Kaitlyn thinks she knows what she is getting herself into but once she gets a look at the real man beneath the mask she isn’t so sure she can handle it. But the choice isn’t hers anymore. Blake wants to break her. Change her. Make her see herself differently. He wants to take away her demons all the while unleashing his onto her.

My Angel was the devil, himself. All darkness within, in a body meant to tempt and seduce. Blake Morgan held good intensions with his surrounding immorality.

Kaitlyn is working a battle within herself and she is losing, she doesn’t have the strength to fight anymore. Blake refuses to let that happen.

Her strength is what he desires.

Her fight is what he craves.

He refuses to allow her to give up on those things and he will do is worst to prevent that from happening.

But when Kaitlyn’s past comes back to threaten her, it leave Blake even more determined to protect her. He refuses to allow anything else to happen to her but sometimes things don’t go as planned. Sometimes things happen that you aren't prepared for.

This is a crazy story of a man so full of good and yet so very evil. It’s a story about accepting who you are and embracing it. It’s about not letting things that are out of your control determine your life.

The bond between Kaitlyn and Blake is so powerful and raw that you will not be able to put this book down. Blake’s intense feeling for Kaitlyn left me in utter aww. He was a mix of pure tortured evil as well as gentle and protective.

I absolutely loved Blake and Kaitlyn’s story. If you are a dark romance and BDSM lover then I would definitely recommend you pick up this book today.

Blake’s mission was to find Marie, but when he arrives, he finds that there are 3 girls in the home, and he can’t help but notice supermodel Kaitlyn Summers.

“Never had I reacted in such a way to a slave before, and I’d seen my fair share of abused captives. What was it about her that triggered me?”

Kaitlyn’s most concerned about the huge scar covering her face. Blake is more concerned with helping her heel mentally which he doesthrough some very sexy, innovative BDSM methods!!!!

My only complaint about this book is that it is in bad need of a proofreader!!! There were a lot of commas where commas were not needed, commas missing where they should have been, misspelled words, missing words and extra words (for example: “I really deep one.” and, “Warmth started at the top if my foot and traveled to my toes.”

Do yourself a favor, and heed the warning in the book description. The graphic violence and disturbing situations were exactly that. This book contained scenes with blood play, cutting and breath play, among other other things (no rape scenes). Vigilante justice, Stockholm Syndrome, hero worship and S&M are just a few words I would use to describe what I read.

Both Blake and Kaitlyn had some extreme kinks. She needed pain, and he was a sadist. I think what surprised me the most was Blake's carefully leashed tender side. I wasn't expecting him to go to such great lengths for her, and push her into recovering.

I liked Kaitlyn from the beginning. Despite the book opening with her being tortured, she possessed an inner strength that kept her alive. She was obviously a very conflicted person throughout the story. On the one hand she wanted to stay with Blake and submit to his every whim. On the other hand, she entertained the thought of returning to her old life. One minute she'd want one thing, and the next minute she wanted something else. That behavior could easily give a reader whiplash, but her needs mixed with the abuse caused her to behave unexpectedly.

Blake came from money and pursued a blue collar job at one point. During his time as a detective, he helped rescue his partner's daughter from traffickers. That set him on the path of rescuing girls and seeking vengeance on their behalf.

I liked their chemistry and the instant attraction. For this type of story and the characters, the reasons sounded plausible. The events didn't feel rushed, and the ratio between suspense and romance was nearly equal. About the suspense portion in particular, I'm not sure how I felt about it. On the one hand, it made sense here, but on the other hand, I thought it inserted itself rather sporadically. Kaitlyn's blackmailer wasn't very persistent or consistent, and at one point, Blake had even forgotten all about him. Although it was predictable, I did like the inevitable outcome of Kaitlyn ending up in a situation where she could use her rediscovered mental strength to help other girls. Those events also led to a rather humorous teaming up between Blake and Preston, a friend of Kaitlyn's. I liked the dynamic that emerged between the three of them working together.

What didn't work for me was the lack of a safe word, and Blake restraining her with cuffs attached to chains, arms raised above her head, for nine hours. It's extremely likely that would cause serious damage. If BDSM is directly mentioned rather than just having a controlling male, I expect to get a sense of a power exchange. While everything was consensual, there were pockets where it was his way or the highway. There were a few grammar/spelling issues, but that was to be expected with the early copy.

*eARC provided by the author for the purpose of an honest review.*

Edit: I initially rated this a little higher, but after sitting on this review for a week and going over my extensive notes, I had some issues with it that I couldn't overlook, so I lowered my rating a little. Out of the two, I liked book one more.

Deliciously Wicked!!

Blake(Captive to The Dark)if I could only give it 6 stars ****** I positively would!

A Fabulous read, totally “Engrossing you won’t want to put it down”. Blake is a deliciously Wicked Alpha male who knows exactly what he wants and gets what he wants. He is an ex policeman who is rich and uses his riches to rescue & free kidnapped girls. That’s his job and he does it well.
Blake’s heroine is Kaitlyn she is a total sweetheart who is a hot mess from being captured & enslaved plus her past isn't the most wonderful either bad things happened in her life. Blake comes across Kaitlyn while searching for another kidnapped girl he was hired to rescue and it is pretty much trust at 1st sight for both of them. Blake instantly makes Kaitlyn feel safe for the 1st time ever. Instantly they have a very magnetic attraction to each other "WHEW". Blake is Kaitlyn’s rock but can he help her overcome her fears? Can Blake keep her safe is the question because she is still in danger? Can he control his dark desires while fulfilling Kaitlyn’s dark desires too?
Holy cow there are some hot sex scenes in this book!! So be advised. Give this book a try I can promise Mrs.Angelini delivers once again & will be a favorite author in your list after reading Blake.
I received this arc for an honest review.

Blake recued women that were trafficked, this job was different, finding the first one he knew there was something special about her but that he couldn’t let go and he wasn’t going to leave anyone behind.
Kaitlin had been kidnapped and sold and given to the cruellest master, who made sure to scare her permanently.
Seeing Bake she knew that somehow, he was going to save her, not only from the hell she was in but from herself.
Blake knew once Kaitlin agreed to stay with him that he was never going to let her go, he knew he had to build her up and help her face her fears. Kaitlin told Blake that before she was kidnapped she was being blackmailed, although Blake and Kaitlin are making progress and Kaitlin is overcoming her fears, can Blake find out who the blackmailer is before it’s too late.

Review for Blake: Captive to the Dark Series by Alaska Angelini

Blake is the second book in the Captive to the Dark Series by Alaska Angelini and it is one of the best freaking books I have ever had the pleasure of reading. The storytelling skills that Alaska Angelini have blow my mind — each of her characters have such a distinct voice and each book, while in the same genre, all have a different feel to them.

Kaitlyn was a cover model before she was taken, sold, owned. Life as she knew it was over, her owner was obsessed with her beauty and wanted nothing more than to destroy it. No matter how hard her owner broke her body, he was never able to break the fighter inside her.

“Never hide who you are. Wear that shit like a
badge. Be proud. You’re alive, baby.”

I need a pause.

Have you ever watched a movie JUST because there is an actor that you are obsessed with in it? You know the movie is going to be crap, but you go anyway because DANG he is worth it. Blake is like that for me. Alaska could write a dozen books following Blake around doing anything — cutting the grass, walking his dog, or maybe just standing there thinking in his growly dominant voice … anything I would read it. I would devour it and beg for more.

Okay. I think I’m ready to be a professional-ish reviewer again.

Blake hunts human traffickers. He doles out instant justice for the women, men, and children that these people victimize. He saves the slaves that he can and reveals in the punishment of their captors. He doesn’t get attached to the people he saves, he knows that they can get hero complexes and he just can’t allow that to happen. He brings them home to their families then goes back on the hunt again. Until her.

Kaitlyn Summers changed everything. He broke all his rules for her.

“That’s where you’re wrong, baby. If I decide to have
you, your opinion is of little consequence.”

I cannot tell you how hot the chemistry is in this book… Blake and Kaitlyn burn up the pages time and time again. Not only when they get physical, but Blake is all-consuming. Everything about his personality screams dominance and Kaitlyn thrives under his protection. She may push back from time to time, she’s no pushover, but she craves everything that he gives her.
“Scar or not, you’re the most beautiful person
I’ve ever laid eyes on.”

I thought for sure once Blake took Kaitlyn in to help her heal before sending her home to California that the rest of the book would be more focused solely on how they interact. I shouldn’t have doubted that the twisty mind of Angelini would throw a wrench into the works and keep not only the reader, but her characters on their toes.

“To think I wouldn’t have to open myself completely and bleed for him in more ways than just physical was stupid. Everyone knew BDSM relationships were bone deep; the most emotionally exposed compared to the majority of vanilla bonds.”

Every single page of this book will keep you locked into the story. Every single scene will pull at your heart. You will feel every pain, every triumph, and all that’s in-between until it’s dug its way so deep into your soul you won’t ever get it out. Captive to the Dark, Blake by Alaska Angelini is one of the most affecting books of the year, five plus stars for a story and characters that I will never forget. Five plus drenched panties for Blake and his ability to take you further than you thought you could go and make you beg for more. Certified Mommy’s a Book Whore must read now!

Another great book by Alaska! In the second book of the series Captive to the Dark, you get to know Blake and Kaitlyn. Blake rescues girls who have been kidnapped and most have become slaves. When he's on a mission to find a girl from a wealthy family, he happens across Kaitlyn first and it's instant trust and attraction between them. But as life progresses for these two, there is still someone who has it out for Kaitlyn and makes it where she is not completely safe yet.

What made me love this book so much is that Blake never turns his back on Kaitlyn and trying to make her believe in herself again. He's so in love with her it's just amazing. She's the girl he will break every rule for and mirrors the darkness he has in himself. He just wants her to see herself as he does and he stops at nothing to help her get herself back to the person she should be. I recommend this book to any dark romance lover and if you haven't read book 1 yet, what are you waiting for?! Go get it :)

“You’re beautiful” he said. “I’m beautiful” she said. What a load of SHITE.
Again the female lead was just so annoying and stupid. After being beaten for a month and sold as a slave the only thing worrying her was her looks. Ridiculous.
I liked Blade but why did he trade in his motorcycle if he was a very wealthy man??
I skipped pages where it was the female lead going on and on and thinking rubbish. I just couldn’t take her thoughts and inner dialogue.
I did read all Blake’s chapters. I honestly thought Preston was one of the bad guys but thankfully I was wrong.

This is my 4th read-through of this book. It's one of my all-time favourites, because in my humble and darkhearted opinion... Blake is the perfect man. Alaska knows how to write a dark hero character like nobody else. Kaitlyn also shows some really awesome character growth and development, despite the horrors she faces. It is really inspiring to watch her develop as the pages turn.

This book is dark, immersive, complex, and flows beautifully. I read this book over and over because it is just... perfect.

I liked this book, for the most part. I enjoyed Blake's character and I found him very intriguing. I did not, however, like Kaitlyn. She was very stubborn and I didn't like how she refused to believe that she was beautiful. You are a model for crying out loud. The book wasn't bad by any means. It just lost my attention and I couldn't deal with Kaitlyn's personality anymore. It definitely grabbed my attention in the beginning, just not enough to keep me hooked.

THE BEGINNING STARTED OUT GREAT, BUT LATER IT BECAME OH TOO PAINFULLY PREDICTABLE....THE RELATIONSHIP, THE PLOT...YEAP NOT SUBTLE AT ALL, SO I COULDN'T BRING MYSELF TO FULLY IMMERSE IN THE ENTIRE THING. IF YOU'VE READ THE FIRST BOOK...IT'S ALMOST THE SAME AS THIS, MAYBE SOME TEENY DIFFERENCES, BUT SAME NONE THE LESS.

OUR HERO was on a rescue mission by a patron who paid him to find his abducted daughter who was more or less sold into human-trafficking. During his mission, he discovers our heroine first and saves her, before saving other two women. But unlike the other two, they didn't attract him like the model Kaitlyn did. There was something so beautifully savage about the way she killed her captor with his own knife. Post-release, he takes care of the wounded and ill Kaitlyn, nurturing her not only from her previous nightmares but also becoming her dominant lover.

OUR HEROINE was a Class A supermodel, but now with a hideous scar on her face, her self-esteem is pretty much flushed down the drain. Anyways, she was abducted from a BDSM club in the first place, so obviously she has a thing for the dom-sub thing. When rescued by our hero, she is also attracted to him and feels comfortably safe with him.

OVERALL it's nothing we've never read before. I just wished the plot was way more interesting and substantial...but smut wise, i guess you cannot complain.

5 Twisted as Fuck Stars.

Holy-fuck-a-moly. It's been a while since I've read a book that's this raw and intense. Most people may find this book depressing or disturbing due to its heavy dark elements, but hell, it freakin worked for me. I still can't believe I have the guilty pleasure for loving this book, I couldn't help it. I have to say I'm in love with this author. Ms. Alaska Angelini is like a magnet and I'm this metal who's irresistibly drawn to every words she write. The story was compelling and I couldn't put it down.

My name was getting around in the trafficking world. Especially since I left my signature on the walls for all to see. BLAKE. A threat for others to know I was coming. They needed to be afraid. If they weren't, they were in for a surprise.

I thought I loved Slade, but Blake... Blake ruined me for other alpha males. He's one of the most intense heroes I've ever read about. He's a former detective and he saves women who are kidnapped and subjected to slavery. In one of his operations, he meets Kaitlyn, a cover model who has been kidnapped and tortured by a man in a house along with two other girls. The moment he sees the damaged and broken Kaitlyn, he's immediately drawn to her. There's something about Kaitlyn's beauty that he finds it enticing and will further become the object of his obsession later in the book. I feel bad for Kaitlyn though. She's greatly adored by a lot of people yet in one unfortunate event, everything's taken away from her. But I love the inner strength she possess in the latter despite everything she has been through. Just like Mary in the previous book, she needs and craves pain. She couldn't even do missionary sex without pain. She's fucked up, but I understand the constant change in her behavior in the book for she was still licking her own wounds. I love the build up between Blake and Kaitlyn's relationship as master and slave. As the story continues, they begin to unravel each other's deepest and darkest desires that both know would only be sated by themselves.

The loop ends of the symbol embedded in her skin captivated me until I knew nothing but the intricate turns. Always. Forever. Infinite. We would be. I knew it. I'd make it so.

This book is for fans of dark erotica with disturbing situations such as knife and blood play, asphyxiation or cutting the heroine's supply of oxygen by choking or covering her mouth and nose during intercourse, heavy bdsm play, sadism and masochism, slavery, and a very intense and sexy Alpha Male who would do anything to bind his girl to him for as long as it takes. Beware: The sex scenes are uber hot!

Can't wait to read Gaige, the third book in the Captive To The Dark series!!!

I can't get a feel yet for the attachment that Blake and Kaitlyn have for one another. I'm surprised at how quickly she trusted Blake knowing nothing about him. Blake walks into her room and yet she does not scream. I have not figured out yet where Kaitlyn pulls her strength from. This is no background information on her other than her being a model. I'm eager to continue reading to discover what kind of woman Kaitlyn turns out to be.

How can Blake feel any attraction to Kaitlyn when he does not know her. He rescues slaves for a living and only this one time he finds a special connection with? I'm not buying it.

I'm confused. Why is Kaitlyn pushing so hard to have Blake when she never felt the need of a man before? Why would Blake tell her how he wants to control and possess her after everything she went through? He does not even know the extent of her abuse and here he is trying to claim her for himself. I get that she is trying to write a dark romance but this is becoming unrealistic and cruel. I have no respect for this kind of treatment. It's not even done out of love. I do not even understand what it is that is compelling these two to behave this way so soon. It's troubling.

I'm not discovering the love in this story. I find it very disturbing. What's disturbing is how Kaitlyn goes from being a slave from her kidnappers to Blake's slave so effortlessly. I appreciate the darkness of the story. I'm just not connecting with the slavery aspect. I get needing dominance and submission and control, but not the need for her to become his slave. That's not healthy.

I hate when the master says to the slave "good girl". I want to smack them. I also want to smack them for having the slaves walk on their hands and knees like a dog. I've read slave stories before but this one is degrading and offensive.

I do not understand the Blake character. I can't get a feel for him. I don't like his need for a slave and not a lover. I'm all for BDSM but what he does is all together different and it makes me uncomfortable.
I realize Kaitlyn has accepted her fate as a slave, but I'm still not sure the methods Blake uses to teach her to be strong are the right ones. Punishment is not a form I would associate with as building strength.
If I could believe that in some way Blake was preparing Kaitlyn how to be strong in case she was taken again and this was the only way to protect her from breaking then I could get behind his methods. I hope this is the case.

I'm not a fan of cutting or asphyxiating a person during intercourse, so this story is troubling for me.

I am not a fetish fan but I do enjoy dark romances and this one definitely crossed the line for me. I think I met my match with this one.
It was written well and it was a page turner, but I still cringed when I read the parts of ownership regarding Kaitlyn enjoying being a slave.

Although Blake grew up in a very wealthy family, he never wanted their money. He believed in making a living by working and earning the money he needed with his own hands. When his partner's daughter is kidnapped by sex traffickers, he helps find her. He realizes this is the job he's meant to have and quits the police force. Now, he searches for girls who have been kidnapped/sold into slavery and brings them back to their families. On a mission to Russia to find a missing girl from Texas, he finds more than he expected. Not just one, but three girls are there.

Kaitlyn Summers is a missing famous cover model. She was being blackmailed when she was kidnapped and taken to Russian. There she's been beat and scarred and is close to death when Blake appears in her room. They make eye contact and she instantly relaxes. Silently, he hides in the closet when he hears someone coming. Following the orders of her kidnapper, Kaitlyn kneels before the closet and slides her hand back. Understanding her intentions, Blake offers her his knife and watches as Kaitlyn kills her captive. He knows instantly he's about to break his rules for Kaitlyn. After taking care of the remaining men in the home, he saves all three girls and loads them on his plane and takes them home. Kaitlyn is the worse with a horrible scar on her cheek and infected marks covering her body. He can't stay away. The protector in Blake is drawn to her and he very much wants to be the person to take care of her. When it becomes apparent she wants the same thing, he tries to warn her. Blake has a dark and animalistic side. Kaitlyn however is all in. She stays with Blake and he sets out to help her. If only he could save her from himself. Not to mention the man blackmailing Kaitlyn who is still determined to hurt her.

Kaitlyn is a strong and very likeable heroine. She was broken by her captivity and the scar on her face is a constant reminder. But with Blake's help, she fights to get better. Now I'll admit, his way of fixing her was a little off the charts. But Kaitlyn responded to it beautifully and made so much progress. Blake has a very dark side. He begins to fall more and more deeply in love with his "kitten" and actually gets mad a few times because his feelings for her are so strong. But when he was tender and sweet, it was a sight to see.

I'm enjoying this series and will continue to the next book. We were provided POVs from both main characters and its a standalone.

I love her books i do, they are great!! And i will always keep reading whatever she publishes. this book was dark and raw, it had violence with rough sex and strong characters that have been through a lot, finding love with each other. I’m glad i got to read this. If you like dark books then this one is for you, But beware that it does have dark themes in this book as well. Some BDSM not a lot but a little bit. It was a great read and i can not wait to finish this wires when i get the chance to.

Blake, He was a former cop but then left and started doing his own work with finding missing women that have been kidnapped and placed into trafficking and slavery. he will do anything to save these women. When he got another assignment he was only their to save one girl but ended up saving three. And one just happened to capture his heart. He tried to worn her how he craved bad things but she didn’t listen. Now he won;t let her go. She is his.

Kaitlyn was kidnapped and drugged and has been beaten so badly. They didn't want her for sex, no they wanted her to ruin her good model looks. they liked to watch her bleed. She’s strong she took every lash every hit like it was nothing. Then crashes in a man that saved her. That took her away from the bad life she had to suffer. She thought she couldn’t go back to modeling after all the scars but after awhile with Blake she realizes that she wants to stay with him. He makes her feel.
Heart craves him, his heart craves hers. Will they stay together through all the bad?

I just finished Blake and I enjoyed it. It's apart of the Captive to the Dark series and can be read as a standalone but trust me you so don't want to miss out on this whole series. Blake saves girls that have been kidnapped. He had rules. 1. Do not give security in contact. 2. No emotion. 3. Never fall for a slave. He had these rules for a reason. What he doesn't expect is to break these rules with Kaitlyn. He sees her and understands what she needs but it will be about Kaitlyn healing and trusting again. Will she be able to let go? They both have obstacles in their way, secrets that they both are not willing to share but they see those secrets in each other. You have to read and see how their story unfolds.

I really enjoyed this story. It had a great plot to it and the characters had a lot of depth to them. This story just sucks you right in and honestly you don't want to ever let go! It's dark yet sexy read and I want more!!

Blake is a hot, sexy, and domineering guy. More so then most. He is one of the ones that I have read that is full blown Dom. The things he said and did was hot, I would so crawl to him too. I felt bad for Kaitlyn. Miss Alaska really put a spin on her character that it just broken my heart to read what she went through. No one should have to go through that but she is stronger and Blake was the one to help her get there. Such an amazing story.

You ladies sooooooo have to get caught up in this story. You are missing out a great story teller!!!
