Lovely pictures and easy recipes

The recipes look very easy for a beginner. Many strictly use meat, butter and salt. Would have liked some additional information about the diet itself as I was totally unfamiliar with it and while I knew you couldn't have sugar, processed foods, flour etc I was surprised at no fruits and vegetables.. I would need to do a little more research into why this is considered a good diet to see if it was something I could maintain. The pictures made the food look delicious and the recipes were laid out well and easy to follow.
