Rate this book
When Beth moved herself and her son to Litchville after a painful divorce, she looked forward to a new job and a fresh start in life. The last thing she expected was to encounter a playful mother's group that encouraged more than just emotional support to a newly single mother. Beth can't escape the magnetic attraction to her new friend Crystal and although she's never been with a woman before, she's curious to experiment. Meanwhile, her sexy neighbor Jack has made it clear that he's interested in her for more than just a cup of sugar. No strings attached. Litchville may be the best move Beth's ever made.

Play Date is the first novelette in the Litchville Mother's Group Series.

I'm a reader, a writer, a daydreamer, a lover, and an ice cream eater. I love my fiction the way I love my life - with plenty of steam.

The first of Miss Easton's that I've read and I enjoyed the premise she has set. Internal conflict is always good for getting the characters to grow and Alisa does a great job here. We are taught what is right or wrong since birth and sometimes what we wants goes against what should be our comfort zone. The author does a great job balancing the conflict with the desire. Characters are real as is the situation. I look forward to more.

There are some hot scenes to spice up this novella about a young divorced mother learning that there is a hell of a life after divorce.
