Yay the Balboa Boys are back!! I was so glad to receive the ARC for this and to get a glimpse of the other couples from the series. I really like the bromance between the guys so it was nice to get back into characters I feel like I know 😊
Gia Gia Gia, my goodness the walls were up high for this girl!! (And with very good reason tbh), I absolutely loved how strong willed she is and I loved her snarky side at the beginning. The thing that gave birth to her….my god I couldn’t stand her!
Miles was interesting to read, there were times I wanted to shake him and times I wanted to wrap my arms around him and tell him I’m here for him 🥹
The two together works so well and you can see they’re meant for each other 🥰 the spice 😍😍🤤🤤 hawt damn the spice is good. The blindfold scene had me giddy!
Calloway has managed to once again make me want to read a book and not put it down until I’m done with it!
I loved this and I hope we get to find out more about Ben next time 😁

Maya is finishing her masters to become an architect. She is fiercely independent and is making her own way. She is top of her class but is surprised when she doesn’t get the internship in the best architecture firm run by Miles Deluca. She’s been a thorn in his side on twitter. Fighting him on environmental issues. He didn’t know who she was until he saw her contact info on her resume. They run in the same circles and are both in the wedding party of their good friends. As they spend more time together they start to see each other in a new light. Fighting their attraction seems pointless. A fake marriage feels real. Will they both knock down their walls and let love in? I really enjoyed this book. It was an easy read. These two have serious chemistry. 🔥🔥🔥 I definitely recommend.

OMG this was another great book. It was a steamy page turner and the suspense was highly intense. I was on the edge of my seat and I couldn't even put it down. Gia and Miles romance was a love and hate moment. It was business plan that he need Gia to be his wife but Miles was a billionaire and he was her boss. The chemistry and the physical attraction will lead to sexual connection and it was a rollercoaster ride of drama and the emotions of the heart. Is Miles falling for his fake wife right about now could he control his urge to be with her now. Could love be in the air between them in this moment.

Hate and love are strong emotions that can blur each other.
Case in point with Gia and Miles. They have strong feeling of hatred and can't stand each other. Especially when Miles turns architecture grad student Gia down for an internship because she blasted him on social media. They share some of the same friends but try to avoid one another because they drive each other crazy.
When Miles offers Gia a proposal because he needs a fake wife she agrees. After awhile they find out they are so compatible and well suited for each other, it turns to love.

We are back with the Balboa boys on Miles' journey to find love with the lovely Gia. I love this series and all of the characters. I was eagerly flipping pages as our main characters navigated what life had to throw their way. It is a great addition to a great series.

Loved this one!
I thoroughly enjoyed this read! This is a bit more than a normal billionaire story. The hate/love mixed with a side of needs must for both parties made for some wonderful interactions and dialog that make it all worth it! I am excited for more from this author. Thanks to the author for the early copy.

Wow. That's just one word I can come up with to describe this romance book. Charli's words flow like melted chocolate, and I felt like I was right there with Gia and Miles in their romance story. I loved this enemies to lovers read and can't wait to see what Charli writes next being this is the first book I have read by her.
