Enchanted Crown

Rate this book
It wasn’t the first time I’d disposed of a threat to a crown. I doubted it’d be the last.

An assassination attempt was made on the dragon queen while Keir was away. Now he is rushing back to Dra Skor with vengeance in mind.

Prince Keiran left for Wylan to secure a treaty between Dra Skor and Wylan, but he also knows the best way to ensure peace between their two countries is to unmask the traitor from within Dra Skor. To figure out who is responsible for the civil war brewing.

When shadow magic is seen in Dra Skor, it sends everyone reeling. How does anyone from Agria still have access to their Enchantment? It reminds Keir that though Dra Skor may be healing, there are still three other countries to consider. If he focuses solely on Dra Skor, he could hand Wylan its own war.

With all the different pieces in play, the only thing Keir knows with certainty is that he has fallen in love with the enemy. His feelings for Esta are only growing stronger. Can Esta get past his last name and consider a future, their future? Is love enough to bridge the gap between their countries?

And who is the mastermind behind the civil war in Dra Skor?

*Book 5 in the Enchanted Kingdom series, but books 4-5 can be read as their own duology.

Tricia Wentworth is the award-winning author of The Culling series. Though she began writing at a young age, she didn’t realize her love of writing would take over until after she graduated college with her teaching degree. She currently resides in Nebraska with her husband, three sons, and English bulldog. She hoards notebooks, pretty pens, books, and tea. When not reading, writing, or momming, she can be found squeezing in a run or feeding her sugar addiction by baking something ridiculously delicious.

Hoping this is not the Lasted

This book was pretty amazing and tied up nicely so that another book in the series is not necessary. But for all intents and purposes, I would definitely be ok with one more book..

Phenomenal!!!

Enchanted Crown is Book 5 of The Enchanted Kingdom series. I highly recommend you read this series in order.

Kier and Esta are individually great characters, but the way they complete and compliment each other, make them PHENOMENAL. The entire "cast" of the Enchanted series has been amazing. There are ones I love and ones I hate, with no middle ground. 🤣

Tricia Wentworth is an AMAZINGLY talented author. One of my favorite things about ALL SIXTEEN of her books is that no matter how hard it tries, the darkness never stands a chance. Sure, bad things happen but ultimately, her storylines ALWAYS lead to good overcoming evil. ALWAYS.

I immensely enjoyed Enchanted Crown and I am SUPER STOKED to read Book Six. I cannot wait!! I ABSOLUTELY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND this book, this series and this author!

Not as good as the others

I struggled for most of this book. It just seemed very stalled for the vast majority of the story. First trying to identify the culprit and then forever finding the culprit with not enough interesting storyline in between. There apparently is going to be another book about Owen, but for me the tale ends here.

Danger, Action, Surprise Love and Drama filled with deceitful Enemies

This series is amazing. This book is Keiran's story of wallowing, adventure, friendship, and love. Enemies, opportunities and loss. Scheming, and heartbreak. Threads from previous books and subtle clues for Owen's story. Highly recommend.
