I found this book while researching information on how to write a financial plan for my business plan; and I am glad that I found it. This book has given me insights into business planning that I was not aware of, and the examples of business plans they give at the end of the book are just amazing. They place all that you have read throughout the book into something tangible. I recommend this book to anyone trying to write a Business Plan. Whether you're a greenhorn or an expert, this book will be of use to you.

This book is a straightforward and practical step by step guide to getting started with creating a business. While it's not exactly a fun read, it really is comprehensive and covers a lot of important information about developing a business plan including financials, forecasting, funding, and even sample business plans. This helped me to have some insights about what goes into starting and running a business. If I ever start my own business I'll use this book as a template, and I'll use this as a reference for any engagements where I need to provide some guidance on developing a business plan.

Finished the book over the weekend and have just the workbook to do for myself. I hope if I follow the plan from the book as well as my own ideas that I can succeed. The book was great for its tables, graphs and charts, but it was redundant in several areas.
