"Reflector Reframe" is a groundbreaking guide for the rarest type in Human Design - the Reflector. Reflectors have long been misunderstood and underserved in the personal development space. This book changes that, offering practical strategies tailored specifically for this unique energy type. Author Lindsay Tucker, a Reflector herself, presents a three-part approach to help Reflectors understand their design, navigate life using a special "Reflector Lens," and live in alignment with their true purpose. The book covers essential topics such as decision-making with the lunar cycle, managing fluid energy, and embracing change as a superpower. "Reflector Reframe" goes beyond basic Human Design concepts, providing a fresh perspective on identity, career, relationships, and personal growth for Reflectors. It also explores the Reflector's vital role in the larger Human Design ecosystem and their potential impact on the anticipated 2027 global paradigm shift. It's also an invaluable resource for Human Design practitioners, coaches, and anyone close to a Reflector.
I was excited to get and read this book, but the first part - first half, to be honest - was a bit disappointing. It went over the whole gates-centers-etc but in a very generic way, and I started to worry about what was to come. However, the second part is pure gem, touching on topics of deconditioning and how to live an aligned life as a Reflector with actual tips and exercises, which was actually useful, interesting, and definitely something to revisit in the future.
