A One-Night-Stand. A Secret Pregnancy. Can the Sgt at Arms for the MC redeem himself and find happily ever after?

Moss “Cannon” Adler has avoided relationship commitments while a police officer and later as the Sgt at Arms for Bluff Creek Brotherhood MC. He’s also known he wouldn’t be settling down with a good woman because none would want him in their life.

Jesse Franks is tough because she’s had to be as the mechanic for her family’s bail bonds company. Existing in a predominantly male world, she’s had to fight for what she wants. When she falls for the stoic Cannon, she realizes she may not get her dreams. So why not have that one perfect night on Christmas Eve to keep her warm?

When a pregnancy test shows that Jesse has more than just memories from that night, she doesn’t know how to share their unintended consequences with the father-to-be. She waits until the perfect time but it never arrives.  She’s six months pregnant when Cannon inadvertently discovers the baby for himself.

Before they can discuss the baby, Cannon is the victim of a hit-and-run accident. When he makes it through surgery, concerned friends at the MC force the couple together to work out their differences.

Will this cinnamon roll hero figure out how to open up and grovel to get the life he deserves?

Buckle up because Cannon and Jesse’s love story is a steamy bumpy ride with a surprise pregnancy, forced proximity, annoyances to lovers, found family and the reminder that love can conquer all.

I loved this book!!!! Not just because the Franks’ sisters are total badasses but because of the complete turn around from Cannon. I really didn’t like Cannon in Scoop’s book for the way he responded to Jesse’s surprise at Sunday lunch. But this man totally redeemed himself. He went from a grumpy grump to a sweet loving man. He had so many demons that he didn’t know how to handle them. Cannon found love in a very unlikely place. He gained a mother, wife, and 3 kids all within a span of a few months. He and Jesse were perfect for each other.

Aside from their love story, I wish there was more involving the whole Deputy Kerwin issue. Kinda left that hanging. Was he the one to cause Cannon’s accident? Why was he targeting the MC/bail bonds girls? Hopefully we will get answers in the next book. Fingers crossed that it is Flick and maybe Beth 🤞.

I didn't know if Cannon could be redeemed before I started his book. I shouldn't have worried as NL always brings the feels and redemption. The minute we got to see inside Cannon's head, as everything becomes clear to him, it was easy to love him. I was always rooting for Jesse to get her happy ever after but I needed Cannon to open himself up to her and the entire MC. He needed that family support and love in the worst way. They both take the time to get to know each other and grow together. I was just over the moon by the end, the feels were so positive, but I also didn't want it to end. Another incredible read from this talented lady!

P.S. Please Nat, can we get Hennessey's story, stat? I need it!

Oh Cannon, Cannon, Cannon. You dug yourself a deep hole there my friend. How are you going to get yourself out of this one?

With a lot of pain, a lot of groveling, even more love, and a realization of what is important in life and that you are not your father? Oh, and maybe a few meddling "mothers" and "grandmothers?" And maybe a prod to your beloved to make her realize she wasn't as saintly as she thought in this process?

One last question: Is it a boy or a girl?

I have loved every single Nat Logan book and the men of the Bluff Creek Brotherhood MC are all my book boyfriends. They're hot, a little hard-headed, they love fiercely and completely, and I want one of my own. Pretty please Nat?

Cannon was a shot right to the heart ❤!

When they say it was worth the wait, I believe Cannon would most likely fall under this one. This is a beautiful love story filled with family and redemption. Logan has bought us a couple: Cannon and Jessie that are unforgettable. The story has all the characters we have come to know and all the laughs we come to expect. Plus, a little tear or two just to spice it up. This book is to be savored and the reader will be rewarded with a story that will shoot you right to your heart.

Here’s your new book boyfriend

It’s a rough start for Cannon and Jesse, a surprise pregnancy, lots of grovelling, laughs, heartbreak and love all make for an epic story. Cannon’s backstory is truly heartbreaking and it makes him wary of letting people get close to him, Clara steps up as a surrogate mum for him and Jessie shows him what the love of a good woman can do. Such an awesome book ❤️🖤

Nat Logan Does It Again!

This book was a pure joy to read. Cannon receiving his comeuppance, and his subsequent groveling were perfection. I really wanted to dislike him because of his behavior in past books, but he proved to be so lovable that you can’t help but root for him.
The ongoing story featuring the Bluff Creek Brotherhood and Frank’s Bailbonds has made this series one of my all time favorites. I can’t wait for the next book!

Adorably sweet

I have read all the Bluff Creek MC books (so far), and I have to say Cannon is my favorite! Yes, he's a bit of an asshole at first, but he became the sweetest cinnamon roll of all the guys! Jesse is a badass in her own right. I love their dynamic!

I absolutely loved Cannon and Jesse's story, it had all the feels made me laugh, cry and get really mad. But that is what makes a good story to me. I can not wait to see these two in the future books and grow as a family. Scoop was my number 1 favorite but Cannon is right up there with him. So far I have two favorites and can't wait to add more. Another great story by Author Nat Logan

Nat Logan is truly an author with a limitless talent. She truly goes from strength to strength as she brings us more additions to her wonderful Bluff Creek series. This is honestly the best MC series I’ve read by far.

I love how interconnected these books are and how we get to see how wonderful relationships between past characters turn out after their HEA. I think it adds an extra dimension onto an already compelling and addictive read.

The amount of love and care that Nat Logan puts into her writing is obvious with the maelstrom of emotions and beautiful depth that flows from each page as it wraps around you and pulls you in as an all too willing hostage.

I fell in love with Cannon as soon as I saw him, I mean come on, who wouldn’t love this wounded man. Cannon was treated in a way no child should ever be treated by those meant to nurture and love him. This pain is something you can see tainting his thinking and weighing him down like an anchor.

You can feel his yearning for love where Jessie is concerned. His feeling are so palpable and intense I wanted to reach through the pages, hug the beautiful man and never let go.

Jessie is such a kickass woman. She’s so strong and independent. I love that about her. She is the epitome of everything that Cannon needs to be whole. She is, without a doubt, the other half of his soul and I absolutely loved her for not giving up on him.

This is a heartachingly beautiful story full of emotion and a depth that defies the odds. Nat Logan is truly a master with words and I am so glad I found her books.

Can’t recommend highly enough. There just aren’t enough stars in the night sky to fully portray just how wonderful and beautiful this story is.

Oh boy, have I been eagerly waiting for this book! Cannon really needs to redeem himself, and honestly, I wasn't sure he could. After yelling at Jesse in front of everyone, and then taking off, some heavy groveling was needed. But where to start? Well, after a hit and run left him pretty much incapacitated, some well meaning, (and meddling) family members decide he should stay at Jesse's. Once there, Cannon realizes he wants more than just to support the baby. He wants the baby, and Jesse. The whole package. A family. But he doesn't know how, so he swallows his pride, asks his brothers what they do to keep their women happy, and along the way realizes he also needs help to deal with his traumatic childhood. No Cannon, you are NOT your dad! The journey is filled with self realization, a blossoming love, and so much groveling! I really liked how he made up to Jesse for his horrible behavior, because you could tell it came from the heart, not just words and deeds said and done to appease Jesse. And of course, the baby! Is Sparky a girl, or a boy? I'll never tell! You'll have to read Cannon to find out. Trust me, you won't regret it. What a ride!

Healing

I’ve been waiting for Cannon’s book and it did not disappoint. This book was a fantastic slow burn story about physical, mental, emotional, and relational healing. I thought Ms. Logan did a great job with Cannon on all 4 aspects of healing he needed to address. I’m also glad Jesse realized she needed to see what role she played in the events which led up to the accident. The only thing I wish was that the Ms. Logan could have added a prologue to give a replay of the Sunday brunch where Cannon found out that Jesse was pregnant. That would have been very helpful to have that reminder. Otherwise great book, especially the twist near the end.

Happily Ever After

I love this story. This is Jesse's and Cannon's book but there is so much more to it than just this couple. This is a book about family, both found and blood. Not everyone's family fits into the average definition of what it means to be family. Nat Logan does a great job at getting that point across. What started as a casual one night stand has lead to new editions to the family. Cannon is growing and changing into the ideal family man. And just wait until you meet little Hank; he will steal your heart. This whole series is great and you would do best to read it in order.

Cannon and Jesse

I was a little worried Cannon was beyond repair, but then I remembered Nat Logan is the queen of making me feel all the feels and redemption. As soon as we got a peek inside Cannon's head, I was hooked. I was already rooting for Jesse to get her happily ever after, but I needed Cannon to open up and let the entire MC in. Let's be real, the guy desperately needed some family love. Thankfully, they took their sweet time getting to know each other and growing as a couple. By the end, I was over the moon and didn't want it to end. Another epic read from this talented lady!

I really wasn't sure about these two as the book started out, mostly due to Cannon. He seemed like a loose cannon and not very nice to Jesse. It was only as we got to know him better and see how much his past affected him, for him to see that and the changes he made that he slowly won me over, much like he did with Jesse. I liked that Jesse had an open mind with Cannon and even how she said she didn't want to address their issues until Cannon was off the pain meds, which was a good call.

It was great to see how these two were by the end of the book, so happy and building their family crazy fast!

Love comes in different shapes

Oh my, I am so in love with Cannon and Jesse. The way that the author protests Cannon's back story showed much detail that had me on the edge of my seat. Especially with the way that Cannon hid behind his rough exterior.
I love the twist with the babies. Jesse's nickname for the babies were born, Sparky. It's a cute name.
Thank you Nat Logan for giving us an awesome book to read.
I loved the story line and how it flowed with each area. The characters were the bomb.

Cannon and Jesse

This was a really great story that keeps you turning the pages. Cannon's childhood 😢 was really heartbreaking, and until other things in his life happened as an adult, he never wanted children because he thought he would be just like his dad.
Jesse had a really good childhood and a wonderful dad and sisters. I love that she works at the Franks garage and teaching high school students a vocational choice was brilliant.
There are a few twist and turns and surprises 😮, so grab your copy and enjoy.

Highly recommend!

Cannon & Jesse

I finally got my hands on Cannon's book and it took me on an emotional journey I wasn't prepared for. It cried, laughed, cried some more and fell in love with Cannon. Jesse is a strong women who realized she could've handled things a bit different when it came to Cannon finding out her secret. After as tragic accident and a push from family I loved seeing him open up and realize what he has in front of him and then working hard to keep it and righting his wrongs.
