I finished the one in two days, a record for me. I am totally in love. From book one The Vessel to book two Dark Prince, this one was all kinds of wild rides. I thought book one was an emotional wreck for me but this was hit me harder. @authorjessicaanndisciacca you did it again. This time I literally was in tears and I have never cried for a book. I love all the bantering between all of the characters. It was so much emotions so much different turns I did not expect. BUT I LOVE IT!! I can’t get enough and want more.

Tiny spoiler(maybe IDK) but love it:
Seren was in so much pain and had a wall up to keep herself from getting hurt. But this Demon, this Prince brought so much out of her made her better and stronger. She may have been a little subborn but she needed to know for sure. The plot twist in it all had be biting my nails. I love how Seren was able to find her mate, finally found what she had always wanted. But with this cliffhanger and plot twists, I don't know how I am going to handle it. My heart hurted for Deus and Seren. I am hoping Deus and Seren really get their happy ending.
Please bring on the next book. I am dying to know whats going to happen with all the actions but don't want the story to end.

2025:

"I would ask you to show me your flaws, but I fear it would make me love you more than I already do."

The way this book had me in a chokehold from start to finish was incredible!
Never did I think, after finishing book one, that this was where the events of the story would take us.

The introduction of the Seven Deadly Sins was fantastic - I absolutely adored their presence and their characters. Everything about them was perfect and I can't wait to see their characters explored even further. If ever there was a time to fall for a morally grey character, that time is now!

This story covered so much ground - the time lapses were great - kept the pace of the story smooth and helped to make major changes and events much more believable.
I especially loved how Seren's character was developed in this story - you finally get to see a side of her where she speaks out about what she does and doesn't want and acknowledges what is and isn't going to make her happy.
Despite all that, the fact that the connection with Orion remained in tact was lovely; their friendship is beautiful. It felt so natural despite everything they had experienced.

So many feels about this book - and that ending - talk about a sucker punch. I could see it slowly creeping to that moment, but it most definitely did not stop the heartache when events finally came to pass. I would love to make predictions with where the final installment of this trilogy is headed but I seriously have no idea. I'm going in blind and I can't wait...

Wow I just couldnt be more disappointed!!!! (ok maybe not but )

How did we end up here? I just never would have fathomed that we would end up here? What happened to the moon goddess and the horned god being mates?? The whole first book talked about them being mates and how their powers would be stronger once they completed the rite....... THIS DID NOT HAPPEN.

AND how in the world did Orion and that other girl become a thing?? The first book ended in such a cute way by having Orion give Seren her ring and all his memories of how he was and did fall in love with her, and he was always saying that he loved her?

WTF obviously he moved on very quickly bc he just went to Dephhine?? (i think is her name-whatever)

Yes I am very bitter about this book because I was not expecting it to go this way and end how it did.....

ONCE again s*x is all the MMC thinks about (just like in Awakening the dark flame) Its like the same concept! omg ---

OK the book and the world building and the characters are all written so well!!!! BUT whyyyyyyyyyyyy always a manwh**e MMC????????

And YES I will be reading the next book because it is good Im just taken back!

This sequel was such a wild ride! Seriously, I don’t know how Jessica comes up with these plot twists. Don’t expect her to take it easy on your emotions. This journey is DEVASTATING! I spent the last 10% crying my eyes out rethinking how I could’ve possibly missed some signs along the way.

Everything was still there that we loved in the first book! The banter was hilarious, the drama rivaled the scene between the lords of the high court in ACOWAR (iykyk). Things were already messy with Seren loving two men in the last book… now add in some past love lives with some of the princes of hell and boy does it get juicy! 🥵 🌶️ 🌶️

I am so excited about the next book! I don’t know if I’m going to have the patience to wait for it. I don’t think I’ve ever needed to find out how a series ends so badly in my life! 🙏 Have mercy on us! 🥺

*Arc Review* This continuation drove me crazy, as Jessica always does! 😏😂 Seren still struggles with her growing powers and her heart being pulled in different directions. I love how the family always reacts crazy at first but will always be there for each other. The whole beginning I was like no, stop, this isnt how things are supposed to go! Then she smacks us with a let's just go in a completely different direction. 😳 The princes of hell brought this to a whole new level! And it's just a reminder to trust the process cause it worked out so perfectly! 🙃 I cannot wait for the next book!!

Five star per usual for Jessica!! I am continually blown away by Jessica’s writing and the worlds she creates. Just when you think there is no way she can surpass the previous book, she does. I ABSOLUTELY fell in love with the “Dark Prince” and cannot wait for MORE of him. This book is jam packed with heat, tension, action, heartbreak, and more! There is never a dull moment and you won’t want to put it down. Just be prepared to have your heart ripped to shreds… Jessica is a beautiful writer and her words will pierce your heart.

This is an ARC review.

This story was a journey. From love and loss, to coming into ones power, to standing up for yourself and the ones you love, fighting evil, forgiveness, love, lust, desire, temptation, the seven deadly sins, dark princes, demons, and so much more.

Let me start off by saying I enjoyed this one a lot. It was not what I was expecting but I was so very pleasantly surprised. There were so many new elements, characters, mysterious, aspects, etc., that were added and introduced in this second installment of the Witches of Triora series, and I loved it all. Once I started reading I didn't want to stop. There's so much I could say, but I'll try to be as concise as I can and not spoil anything in the process.

First and foremost I absolutely love the introduction of the seven princes of hell or the seven deadly sins and how they are demons but humanized. This book, although a work of fiction, gave me so much more info and knowledge into the seven sins and God and such. I just want to put out there for anyone questioning this book, you don't have to believe or follow this particular religion in any way to read or enjoy this book, but I think it gives it such a more interesting meaning and background. Nevertheless, the sins are all interesting or amazing in their own way, and let's be honest they're smoking hot and sexy and to die for. You can pick you're favorite, but mine is Asmodeus, Lust.

Now to our main girl, Seren. Oh Lord does she go through it in this one. The tests and obstacles she has to face and the decisions she has to make. I don't know how she does it. When she has to choose between what her heart is telling her and yearning for and what her head says. It is a constant battle. The new relationships, friends, and love she makes in this book make it all the more wonderful. And don't even get me started on her time with her dark demon prince. I'm so glad we get another love interest in this book, because although I had my favorite from the first two, I wasn't 100% feeling either of them, but this one, I hear the bells already. Omg. And her friendship with one of the princes of hell, I won't spoil which one, makes my heart happy. She grows so much in this book and I can't wait to see what comes next.

The dark demon prince of Lust, Asmodeus, owns my heart. After this book I want my own demon prince, shh don't tell my mans. Anyways, Deus is everything you want in a love interest, the banter, the downright sexiness, the smartass, the protector, the everything. I absolutely adored his character, even though at times I wanted to yell at him for being stupid and stubborn. He was the piece I was missing in the first book. He was the answer I was looking for. He too had so much grow in this book and I am appalled by the ending and need to know what happens. Jk love you Jessica but the ENDING OMFG! Jessica does a great job of building up to what we want, giving us what we want, then ripping it away. Lol. But you'll just have to read to find out what I'm talking about. I'm not responsible for any heartbreak or fury though.

The plot continues to grow and thicken. The information we learn, the twists and turns, the heartbreaking truths. So much happens and comes to light and so much is yet to come. This book continued to keep me intrigued from the plot to the romance to the growth. I don't even know what else to say, especially without spoiling, other than this was a fantastic book, and I can't wait for the next one.

Tropes:

•Dark demon prince
• Seven Princes of Hell
• Badass female
• Witches and covens
• Demon of lust
• Spicy demon scenes
• Banter
• Enemies to lovers vibes
... And so much more

First and most important, Jessica Ann Disciacca is a goddess to me. I've now read every single book of hers available and every single book was perfection.

The unhinged emotions I felt reading this will scar me for the rest of my life. The tears, the love, the wanting to high five Tony in the face with a metal chair.

I had mixed feelings about Seren in this book. Literally my unhinged thoughts while reading this went from
"I want to hit Seren with a chair" to
"Awww my poor baby Seren I'm sorry for wanting to hit you." 😂😂

I will forever not like Tony. There is no redemption, there is no sympathy, there is nothing that would make me like him.
I want to hit Tony with a sock of butter

Asmodeus. Wow. Just. I don't even know how to sum up my feeling for him except that I am Team Asmodeus for life, he is my favorite, he is sexy as sin and I WILL LOVE HIM FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE.

I need book 3. I will sell all by belongings for book 3. I just need it. I need to know what happens next.

I need 10-20 business years for my heart to recover from the emotional roller coaster ride this book just sent me on.

At first I just want to sit down with Seren and be like my girl .. you've had some STRUGGLES with the men in your life ..maybe you should just switch teams.

Because man number one, well you loved him, I was sus from the start, but I get it. Fresh out of the nunnery, he saved you, that's some real prince charming $hit right there but then well .....you know.

Man number two, I get it. Chosen to be your consort, he's a GREAT man but who wants to bow to the whims of gods and systems. Seems rather archaic and he'd treat you right but.....I get it.

Then your past lives former lover shows up ....PLOT TWIST my friend.

Definitely switch teams....but wait....is one actually wooing you? Us? Cares about our feelings? Asks for consent? Wants to help you in your goals? Make you stronger?

Ok...ok...maybe switching teams was a drastic call ..let's see where this goes.

Where it went:
🙄🥵💔🥵🥵💔😡🎁🤕😱💔😱🫠🥰😱💔😭😭😭😱😳😱😡 😱

Now in recovery waiting for book three.

"Tell me your deepest fears and I'll turn them into your darkest fantasies."

I swear Jessica puts crack in her books because once you start there is no putting it down. I really lover the first book in the witches of triora series but this one blew me out of the water. The world building and plot were excellent. This book had witches and demons so it’s perfect for spooky season.I love the characters she is able to create and the slow burn was so good! I cried so much in this book so prepare to be destroyed. Orion will forever have my heart and is such an amazing character. I love how this author makes you think you love someone in one book and hate them in another. I loved Deus and his relationship with Seren! It was full of sassy comments, sarcastic remarks, drama, and sexual tension! Jessica always has a killer cliffhanger and I need the next book immediately!

This was more of a 3.75 but I rounded up because of the ending. This book was much better than the first book but I still had some issues. I think a lot of the plot holes do end up being resolved and explained but I don’t like the way it is done. I think the author was trying to leave holes to account for plot twists later in the book but they weren’t done in a cohesive way and a lot were skimmed over which just left me underwhelmed when the twist was revealed. It is easy to read but so much of her writing and dialogue is pretty cringe to me. The story itself is interesting but it feels like a first draft. We finally got Seren’s actual love interest in this book and his character was definitely worth the read. I love their banter and his characterization. By the end of this book I was way more invested and the cliffhanger left me itching to read the next one.

This Author (Jessica Ann Disciacca) knows how's to keep us ALL wanting MORE and this book was no different. Witches of Triora ~ The Dark Prince is filled with magic, demons, witty banter, not 1 not 2 love interest but now a smoking hot third interest that will bring you to your knees. What can I say I might have just fell for the Prince of Lust too.

The TENSION/ SLOW BURN is 10/10

Prepare:
~to be fully obsessed with this story and the characters
~Grab a box of tissue you'll need them heart was ripped out and shattered all within a few chapters.
~ Remove ALL breakables from your reading area b/c you will be throwing this book across the room for sure. lol

The ending will leave you begging for more. Jessica you are an amazing writer 5/5 stars!

🖤 Slow Burn

Seren and Orion have now completed the rite and are married. However, no matter how hard Seren tries she just doesn't love Orion at least not romantically.

As Seren starts to come into her Moon Goddess powers she struggles to control them along with the visions of the past vessels. She struggles with what are her feelings and what are the past vessels.

I love Jessica's writing and it just keeps getting better! She just has a way of sucking you into the story. In Dark Prince we get a new love interest!! Enter......... Asmodeus the Demon of Lust 🥵 He is exactly what Seren needed.

Frankie will always be my favorite side character. She is funny and sassy and always has Seren's back

PS: Tony will always be a douche!!!!

What in the world just happened?!?!

Why? Why? Why? Why? Did the ending have to do us so dirty 😭😭😭

The banter in this book was so good! I loved the banter between Seren and Deus. The way that Levi is so protective of Fran and his outburst had me rolling! The banter between all of the brothers… I couldn’t get enough of it.

I’ve read all of Jessica’s books but this one had me SOBBING towards the end. I knew what was going to happen the moment Seren & Orion were caught but it still didn’t prepare me enough.

The Dark Flame series has always been my #1 from her but after book 2 of WOT… idk… this one way have taken the lead.

If you haven’t read it, do it! It’s so so good!

📚✨ Just finished the sequel, and wow, what a rollercoaster ride! 🎢 Jessica truly knows how to keep us on our toes with those jaw-dropping plot twists. Seriously, expect your emotions to be all over the place! The last 10% had me in tears as I reevaluated all the clues I missed along the way. 😭💔

The witty banter and hilarious moments are back, and the drama? It’s next level—think epic confrontations like in ACOWAR! 😱🗡️ Seren’s love life was already complicated, but now we’ve got past romances with princes of hell thrown into the mix. Trust me, it gets juicy! 🍷🔥

I’m beyond excited for the next book!!!!!!!!!

The banter was spot-on, the tension was perfect, and I loved the whole dynamic with the Princes of Hell. Every time they got together, it was hilarious.

I can’t wait for book 3, even though I feel like my heart will most likely get broken in that one..

the characters- you get a feel for them fully. you end up wanting to know about them all. the story flows like a rushing river you never want to get out of.

I laugh. I cry. The tears. She packs the punch.

Where do I even begin?! I loved this book so much! Which I wasn’t that surprised by because I’m obsessed with every Jessica Ann Disciacca book, but I was nervous when I started!

Given how book one ended I did NOT like one of the male main characters, which book two starts out with. I was low key raging that Tony was still in the picture! I was not the biggest fan of the FMC Seren l, but then Disciacca flipped everything on its head! This book was a wild rollercoaster of emotions, and I couldn’t have loved it more!

I went from rage, to hope and ended up balling my eyes out in the end because the journey Seren went on in discovering herself and learning to love again! This is the sign of a phenomenal writer! Seriously BRAVO!!

I’m so obsessed with Seren and the dark prince, Deus! My only complaint is that I have to wait so long for book 3, because this one leaves on a huge cliffhanger and I’m DYING to find out what happens next!

Looking for your next book boyfriend? Look no further, this book/series is for you! Deus 🥵

Excuse me, I’d like to place an order for 1 Prince of hell please and thank you.

Book 1 was not my favorite, but book 2 was amazing. I loved this story, the turn of events, the love… square? The darkness was delicious, the tension was so angsty and I simply loved it.

Can I please have a Deus or Levi or Gor???

Super excited where this series is headed and I cannot wait for book 3… the way we are left at the end of this book? Omg

There were so many things I enjoyed about this book, and I’m so glad I read it!

I loved this book!!!!

Witches of Triora: Dark Prince is book two in the series and follows Seren as she navigates betrayal, healing, love and being the chosen one. She finds light in the darkest and most unexpected places.

She finds love from the being she least expected it from and who may not be able to give her what she longs for.

Also, I didn’t know I needed the 7 Princes of Hell in my life….but turns out I do!!

This book was steamy, slow burn, intentional and easy to read. I loved it and can’t wait for the next one!

This book was insanely entertaining! I think its a very very fun read. Im glad the FMC really came into her own. I think it was a good representation of mental health. I enjoyed this much better than book 1.

I still think the writing was a little simple for me. It was pretty predictable. It's definitely a book to read for entertainment, which isn't a bad thing.

This book was given to me as an ARC to review and is book 2 in a series called “Witches of Triora”.

Overall my thoughts on this book are positive!
I love Seren as a protagonist, and Jessica's ability to write captivating characters is top notch!
There is decent world building without it being overwhelming, and I love the effort put into the story’s lore and history. There is great mental health representation(even if i feel like some scenes were rushed)
The romantic tension will keep you engaged and the spice will leave you blushing.

I recommend this story to anyone who loves epic battles, angels/demons and witty banter!

Thank you to Jessica for giving me the opportunity to read not only this book, but also book 1: WOT The Vessel. This has been such an amazing ride. I'm so grateful.

Witches Of Triora - Dark Prince is an enthralling & emotionally charged Romantasy that masterfully intertwines intricate themes with a captivating narrative, ensuring it truly shines

The portrayal of the seven princes of hell (seven deadly sins) is particularly compelling due to their depiction as demons imbued with human characteristics. Each prince possessed their own unique allure, captivating and intriguing in various ways. Honestly, they exude a fiery sexiness that is simply irresistible. 🔥

🤧The conclusion was a super emotional, cry worthy, page turner for me. With numerous surprising twists and that shocking cliffhanger, I feel incomplete until I can dive into book
