Where do I begin?
I can't believe that people are still giving Isayama shit for the AoT ending when stuff like this exists.
Don't get me wrong, I wanted a happy ending. It fits the story, even with all the tragedy. I feel like these kids deserved it after all that crap.
However, happy =/= good. This wasn't good. It felt incredibly rushed and silly. Like Wakui just wanted to get it over with (maybe he did, idk).
Like why, exactly, are Mitchy and Hina getting married again? When this dude literally stopped giving a fuck about her like 16 volumes ago. How does this make for a good finale? Why couldn't we give that to, oh, idk - Emma and Draken? At least Draken thought of Emma when he died. Mitchy? Mitchy thought of Mikey. Mitchy ALWAYS thinks of Mikey and this story stopped being about him trying to save his gf a LONG, long time ago. This girl deserves better, man.
And then there's all these half-assedly answered questions and mysteries that amounted to absolutely nothing. It feels like so much more could have been done with these characters and their motivations like Hanma (saying that as a non Hanma stan even), Kisaki, the Sano parents and their weird kid making timeline, Sanzu, Shin and Waka, IZANA etc. pp.
And pls someone tell me why Seishu doesn't have his scar anymore. You telling me, these two 8-year-olds managed to all of a sudden prevent Akane from dying in a fire and created a perfect future for EVERYONE on their first try together? As literal kids with no influence, not even teenagers? And why is South there?? Make it make sense 🤧

I needed a good long time to recover myself from the intensity, emotional gut punches, and twist after twist that this volume delivers. Seriously, there's not a moment of rest through it all.
After a long string of chapters filled with what felt like endless fighting that went nowhere, with some cool moments, yes, but too stretched out, we finally reach the fight. The one promised fight that we've been waiting to happen for a very long time and it was a lot of fun.
Not only was it fun but it was also so emotionally charged that I could barely handle it.
It was beautiful. I loved it.
As if all the weight of this long-awaited fight was not enough we are also hit with so many explanations and twists that I needed time to wrap my head around them all. It all made so much sense.
Getting so much of the full story, the full picture, after so long felt really rewarding but it also made me really emotional. Because, at its core, Tokyo Revengers is an emotional story, driven by them from the very beginning, so it needed, in a sense, to return to them now.
That being said, that twist at the end, left me with my jaw on the floor.
It was perfect in all the senses of the word.
Most everything about this volume was just gorgeous and fitting but there was the one thing that made me chuckle and roll my eyes, and that was that perfect deus-ex-machina saving grace that, though it didn't come completely out of nowhere, still felt too convenient to not be a little silly. Whatever the case, it did not hinder my love for this volume.
Now, after such an intense ride, we can see the end and almost touch it and I have no clue how everything will be pieced back together, but I'm certainly primed for the best.

I JUST READ UNTIL CHAPTER 274. WHAT IN THE ACUTAL FUCK. Althought i read more of vol 31, wich sadly is not available in goodreads for thw moment, i will only talk about chapters that cover vol 30. This manga is crazy fr. It rember in july, the last time i picked up the series, I thougth it was being unessesarly extended. It was absolutely not. I didn´t knew I nedeed this before i read it. The fact that the story is so long, and takemichi always fucks it up in different ways, and it dosent gets boring at anytime its just crazy. Ken Wakui its a fucking mastermind. PD: reading this with red hot on the background has been an amazing experience. I think the band really conects to the story, specially when i was reading about the "dark impulses" of mikey with the song "dark nessesities". Incredible.

ma che cazz?! va bene che non è mai stato realistico, ma sta prendendo una piega alla battle shonen con poteri ad un volume dalla conclusione, non mi sembra normale. Ma poi quella rivelazione finale, adesso vediamo che si inventa per il finale.

qué puedo decir del final de tokyo revengers sin llorar y extrañar a los personajes????
el último arco estuvo lleno de cosas bastante mirame y no me toques, y aunque siempre deseé más y esperé que explicara todo los baches que habían ido quedando en el medio de la trama, no puedo estar enojada ni resentida xq lo cierto es que estaba cansada de sufrir y llorar x mikey, x takemichi y x todos.
el plot twist no fue descabellado porque lo cierto es que entre miles de teorías que hice una fue ésta. por ahí lo q estuvo medio paja fue el tema de hanma xq era un personaje que siempre pareció crucial para la trama y que al final resultó ser solo un salame.
estoy muy feliz de que estén todos bien, de ver a mikey sonreír y a takemichi ser feliz. no puedo soportar el hecho de q haruchiyo ahora sea youtuber, what have you all done with my hot gangster??? ah lo del tema del tren también me pareció muy bizarro e incoherente pero bueno qsyo. no sé.
no tengo mucho de lo q quejarme porque este manga me dio muchas cosas hermosas y amo al 90% de los personajes x no decir al 100% xq están taiju, kisaki, south y un par de etcs. pero los amo a todos y no había nada que deseara más que el que estuvieran bien. lo cierto es que viera y pensara en lo q pensara, no veía un final feliz para mikey y takemichi así q aunque puede llegar a ser apresurado, medio casi ángeles y todo lo q quieran decir, yo lo tomo con gusto porque realmente no iba a aguantar otra muerte más después de la de kakucho.

He tratado de pensar en situaciones pasadas, y probablemente tenga sentido que Shinichiro, es un personaje misterioso, el cual no se sabe nada. Pero esa serie valorizaba otras cosas, las historias humanas y no viajes en el tiempo, y siento que tratan de justificar cosas que no tienen importancia. ¿Para qué? Ese es mi principal problema, y si bien, trato de entender el mensaje, me hubiera gustado que la obra se centraran en un Shinichiro como el idealizado antes de este volumen, porque justamente es lo que trata de irradiar Tamemichi. Así que no se, como digo, quizá el autor siempre lo tuvo planeado así, solo que creo que termina siendo lo más flojo de la obra.

Pero, pero el final me encantó, era justo lo que Takemichi quería lograr y lo hizo.
Todo el desarrollo del manga es complejo pero siempre sorprendente. Lo mejor que he leído.

Esperaba de todo de verdad para explicar el impulso obscuro. No se, que se lo heredaran, que fuera algo de su yo interior no se, pero jamás pensé que fuera eso.
Un tremendo plot twist aunque no se si eso levanta mucho el final. Si fue un buen cierre de volumen pero no se que esperar para el gran final.
Veremos como termina todo.

yo creo que mikey murió en la línea original de shini, al evitar esa muerte creo que aparecieran puras líneas donde más tragedias pasaban como le sucedía a takemichi, y esos sucesos desencadenaron los impulsos oscuros en cada una por eso mikey dice que nacieron del amor, porque fue la desesperación de shini de salvarlo al costo que sea, shinichiro al darse cuenta de lo que sucedía y al internar dejar a mikey vivo y al alejar los impulsos oscuros en todas, tal vez fue como en avengers ahre, al final solo existía un camino para salvarlo y era donde shini muriese y que el estuviera consciente por eso él es quien empuja a takemichi, cosa qué tal vez no le llegó a decir waka porque ya no regresó, se quedó atrapado ahí y al saltar take creó una línea nueva, y pues si shini murió

TEORÍA DEL TRIGGER
mi opinión que nadie pidió del trigger de shini: aunque la idea de wakasa siendo el trigger de shinichiro me encanta porque wakashin canon, no creo que sea porque si nos basamos en lo que sabemos de los viajes en el tiempo, naoto y takemichi tienen una relación directa con hina (a quien querían salvar.) y waka no tiene esa conexión con mikey que sepamos, a cambio yo me voy más por takeomi o sanzu
mis razones para takeomi: es sobre todo porque él estuvo el día del accidente del avión, y es vdd tampoco tiene una relación directa con mikey pero ese día, su hermanito también fue dañado, tal vez eso fue suficiente para ser el trigger de shinichiro y que los dos tuvieran el objetivo de salvarlo, ya que sanzu no se alejaría de mikey, además que takeomi no tiene portada tampoco, era tan sospechoso que shini no tuviese, un noche antes de que saliera el cap 268 y con todas las pistas que soltaban, todo indicaban dos opciones shini o baji, pero shini nunca tuvo portada y había aparecido ya bastaste últimamente por los flashbacks de mikey, tenía que se él de lo que se trataría el plot twist, y lo fue, entonces takeomi no tiene! y hay otros personajes como south que no merecían portada, en lugar de south yo siempre creí que pudo estar senju o la 1era generación de los BD, senju después tuvo portada pero la los BD NO!, claramente tenía todo planeado, para que luego wakasa y benkei tuvieran su portada, shini ahora en el 30…pero entonces quedaría lo takeomi, y a pesar de que muchos no lo creían, wakui no desperdicia a sus personajes, lo demostró dando una explicación de por qué wakasa y benkei se habían unido a la kanto, ahora takeomi no está en la pelea, no tiene portada, era la mano derecha de shini…muy sospechoso
Mis razones para sanzu: ya hay miles de hilos que dicen por qué, hay tanta info que indica que es el trigger que pondré sólo las que me parecen más importantes ahora: la primera es otra vez el paralelo de take-naoto, takemichi vendría siendo shinichiro (el mayor) y sanzu el paralelo de naoto (menor) el objetivo es salvar a mikey y los dos tienen relación directa, aunque es vdd que lo que piensa sanzu de mikey y sus impulsos es muy raro…no sé si lo que buscaba era salvarlo..y la segunda es que se me hace sospechoso que sanzu descubriera que take es un viajero en el tiempo, por las visiones!! no por saber mucha información del futuro ??? y me quedé pensando desde cuándo viajar al futuro es lo mismo que tener visiones? el mismo take no se utilizó las visiones hasta por ahí del arco de las 3 deidades, es un extra de la habilidad de viajar en el tiempo, por lo que me hace pensar que sanzu tuvo una relación cercana con el viajero que conoce, para saber que viajar en el tiempo significa igual tener visiones, mikey no le dijo a sanzu sobre takemichi, entonces por qué le diría también lo de shinichiro? wakasa le contó pero no se lo diría a sanzu, o tal vez lo escucho, pero pues es bastante raro… y ya creo que es todo ah, plot twist baji es el trigger y también hay chance de que esté vivo fin.
