MINA
MINA is a thrilling adaptation for the stage of Bram Stoker's classic novel Dracula. In this one woman play, Whilhelmina Murray Harker (perhaps the original STEM girl- science, technology, engineering, mathematics) recounts her harrowing encounter with the King of Vampires which ended the life of her dearest friend, Lucy, and very nearly her own. As she pulls from the collated accounts of her husband and their band of vampire hunters, she draws the audience further into Dracula's twisted web of hunger, power and control. A pulse-pounding, rapid fire night of theatrical thrills and chills where, even in the end, the question remains; are these 'creatures of the night' vanquished or merely laying in wait?
