Normally I detest books with a girl trying to decide between two guys. Literally my least favourite plot line and I avoid like the plague but I really liked the 2 other Sweet Dreams books by this author so I just took a chance. I liked it, thankfully it was the case of her not being serious about any of them when was trying to decide, she was just thinking of casual dates to pass the Summer but by the half way mark she has fallen in love with one of them and that's that. I don't know why it took even that long though, Kirk was a million times better than Matt. I was annoyed that she was way too soft on Matt and still hanging out with him so she deserved that party being thrown at her house at the end lol. The flowers she sent Kirk were so sweet with all the effort and thought that went into them. The ending was also sweet. I enjoyed it despite the fact I normally wouldn't have read this book if it hadn't been for liking the authors other books.

This was probs in my top 10 faves in the Sweet Dreams line of teen contemporary romances back in the 80s/90s. All plot and little exploration of characters on reread. Cute tho.

Melissa tiene un problema, dos chicos están interesada en ella y a ella le gusta los dos. ¿Con quién se queda? ¿El tierno y dulce de Kirk o el extrovertido y divertido de Matt?
Basta, yo no puedo leer estas historias, después entro en depresión porque NADIE ME QUIEREEEE. Bueno, no importa. Desde el principio yo quería más a Matt porque me encanta la gente extrovertida y dice bromas todo el día pero después te das cuenta que el no quiere nada serio y Melissa si.
Y al final te das cuenta la hermosa persona que es Kirk y como la ayuda a Melissa cada vez que ella lo necesita.
Me encanta.
