In the quiet corridors of a forgotten childhood, Lena’s past begins to resurface.
After a series of disturbing dreams, Lena is haunted by the name "Lia"—a name she can’t recall but feels deeply tied to. As she digs deeper into her lost memories, she uncovers a fractured identity buried beneath years of trauma. Driven by an obsession to piece together her past, Lena is drawn to a decaying house that holds more than just forgotten memories—it holds the truth.
But as the line between Lena and Lia blurs, hallucinations and forgotten horrors rise to the surface, threatening to consume her. When she realizes that the truth could unravel her very existence, Lena must face a terrifying Is she prepared to confront who she truly is?
In this chilling psychological thriller, where the echoes of the past whisper louder than reality, the most dangerous secrets may be the ones hidden inside ourselves.
That was a miss for me which is surprising. I usually like Serena’s work. This was leaning towards horror more than thriller which is fine. If this was fleshed out more i think id connect to it more
Author, Serena Sinclair has done a fantastic job writing this novel, from the concept to the execution. This book was a page turner, kept me on the edge of my seat all the way through. A great storyline, meeting a patient with the same dreams as her, and those dreams starting the night before she meets him. Would have loved to see how these two characters were connected, this could have added a few more twists to the story. Absolutely loved it.
