Content Advisory #4

Other Woman Drama

Rate this book
Piers “Webber” Webb knew two things for certain.

One, he needed to stay the hell away from Silver Donahue. Two, he didn’t think there was a chance in hell that he could.

He tries, though.

For a solid year, he does his best to be dismissive to the point where he appears cold and threatening.

But when Silver finds herself in danger, he forgets why he was giving her the cold shoulder to begin with.

The thing is, Silver didn’t forget.

***

Silver Donahue was so deeply in love with Piers Webb it was disheartening. Especially knowing he didn’t like her back.
She’s determined to live her life, but with Webber always on the edge of her existence, she knows it’s futile.

But she tries.

The thing is, there’s no way you can ignore Piers Webb when he’s aiming that dark and deadly gaze your way.

She’s determined to keep him at a distance, until one night she has to pick him up on the side of a deserted road in the middle of nowhere. That one moment of need on his end is all she needs to realize a few things.

He’s as scary as he wants her to believe, and killing a man and disposing of a body is a daily practice for him.

She should run so far in the opposite direction, because he has so many red flags, even a toddler wouldn’t be able to ignore them.

But she’s always proven she makes bad decisions.

But Piers Webb is going to be the best bad decision she’s ever made.

This one's definitely appropriately named. Webber & the club get on the radar of a dirty cop or two & they may have a familiar last name... And that's just one of the twists we get to experience in Webber & Silver's story!

I loved these two (tho Webber needs a sternly worded lecture a couple of times... 😄)! He's a BA, but can be a marshmallow, too. And Silver's great! Her sunny personality despite everything she's gone through is a testament to her strength. She's one of my favorite LLV characters! ❤️

This story is a page-turner, and a fun read. I adore Jasper (aka Hush) & Eedie & Hai & Gunner & ... everyone! Thumbs way up!!

😍😍😍

Webber and Silver😍

Other Woman Drama is the next book in the Content Advisory series and focuses on Webber, the president of the Truth Teller MC and Silver, Aella’s sister❤️

When they both meet for the first time they are instantly drawn to the other. But Webber knowing that Silver’s father is not a nice person, he tries to stay away from her for a year after they meet, until circumstances force him to contact her for help. Silver knows the minute she meets Webber, that he will be her future husband but after realising who her father is and witnessing how their lives unknowingly are intertwined, she understands why he refuses to acknowledge their connection, but doesn’t give up hope either😁

Loved this story and intrigued for Jasper’s story when it eventually hits my kindle🥰

have read these books since 2014. I love seeing cameos from past characters. Dante and Luke...awww. memories.

This story actually fit the title well, which hasn't really been happening in this series. I enjoyed all the crazy drama and had no clue where the story was going. Jasper, Jasper, Jasper... I can't wait for his story.

As with all LLV books, this was ok(better if you've read all 100+ other books), and I will be reading the next one

Piers "Webber" Webb has a problem, a stunning beauty who he wants but her ties to a man he despises makes it a no go and avoidance is key. That would work but Silver is everywhere and the woman has a heart of gold. Webb finds that the more he spends time with Silver the harder it is to resist. When they do come together will they be able to keep what they are building or is threat going to tear them apart.

This one was a surprise, really liked Webb and finally got down to his aversion to Silver. Silver is wonderful, just a bright light of a character. Another wonderful book by this author.

I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

Webber & Silver: triggers-domestic abuse, corruption, assault. Perfect title for this book because.. really? So much drama. Finally we get twin number 2s story, Silver. I've been waiting for her to get her HEA because she and Aella really had a terrible beginning to life. This book was more of a slower burn than usual for LLV but there's so much going on. Webber is the president of the TTMC, father to a seventeen year old daughter. He has an attraction to silver but something is keeping him from making his move. Until problems from the club and his ex-wife's husband start playing center stage in their lives. I love Webber and Silver. Another great book to add to this series and what a great head ol’ lady Silver makes! 🙌🏾 and just when you think you can get through the entire book without shedding a tear.... here come the damn waterworks... 😢

(Motorcycle club, second chance, pining, forbidden, hurt/comfort, single dad, she's a smart techie)

I DEVOURED this book in a day. I couldn't put it down!

In true Lani Lynn Vale romance book fashion, I was hooked from the very beginning, was taken on an emotional ride and ended with the best book high/hangover. SO GOOD.

This is a "forbidden" romance filled with angst, pining, steam, spice and so many moments where I was grinning, laughing, fuming, kicking my feet and screaming out in shock.

Webber and Silver's story is so relatable yet complicated. She has always loved him and he would push her away but how long can that truly last until someone gives in!? Or what if someone is in danger and needs help!?

I seriously can't express how much I loved this story. Go read it!

URGHHHHHHHH. SO FUCKING GOOD.

Daddy Webber is a big D bag in the beginning ok but still ... what a man. Ma lort.

Silver is just that girl. Honestly, the kind im envious of. Despite not having a great upbringing with even less great parents, she still is sweet. Sunshine. literally, the woman makes every effort to smile even at her own expense. But fear not because whilst she is a genuine angel.. the lady has her breaking point, and honestly, I was here for it. Sweet, loyal, and forgiving beyond measure. A badass in her own right and quick frankly kickass too. What is not to love?!.

Webber is a dick ok. He was mean and stubborn at his own expense and rightfully so because he deserved a little crazy after being mean but.... he didn't deserve the whole crazy train he brought down on himself. I'm toxic AF though because he was just delectable. Standoffish but also protective. Let me tell you when you get his core? that sweet is finger licking good. He took care of his, took no bull and loved her (FINALLY) how she deserved and I was here for it all.

They had crazy chemistry and I was about to jump true the pages and poke his eye out if he didn't get his shit together. THANKFULLY for my mental health he did and lord it was soo good. The sweet. The banter.. the teasing and saucy. That man took care of business.

JASPER!!!!!
MAGAWD. WTF. LANI. for you to sprinkle that shit in and leave me hanging... AUDACIOUS AUDACITY.

I love these characters and the family they've made. Also Eedie and Hai!!!! I cannot. I cried.
we love a supportive dad.

This one was a wild ride on the crazy train and there was most definitely never a dull moment let me tell you. I ranted, raved and gave myself high blood pressure. I swooned, gassped all the gusps and whooped in sheer satisfaction. I was shookith to my being and feared for their lives in serval parts. It was a fucking rollercoaster. But what a ride.

Now I need the next ASAP.

📖Genre & Tropes📖 : biker romance x suspens-ish plot x crazy exes x morally grey hero x spicy scenes

⭐~⭐~⭐~⭐~⭐~⭐~⭐~⭐~⭐~⭐~⭐~⭐~⭐~⭐~⭐

Unfortunately a disappointment ...

It pains me to say it, but Lani Lynn Vale's latest books are real disappointments for me ...
While her first series (like Code 11-KPD SWAT or Bear Bottom Guardians MC) were huge favorites that propelled LLV into my favorite authors, her latest series, especially this one, have disappointed me/left me indifferent ...

It's not a terrible romance, but several factors pose a problem :

- The plots (in both the book and the series) are very muddled and a bit ... repetitive : the culprits are all crazy and always get caught by violently attacking the heroes (who always end up in the hospital ...) in somewhat bizarre circumstances (I'm all for the law enforcement being corrupt, but here we have an FBI director attacking a suspect ... And nothing happens ??)

- The romance was meh ... I would have liked more time for them to develop their feelings and something less superficial ... And I found Silver to be too passive around Piers.
Example: he leaves Silver hanging on their first date (okay, he gets arrested, but no one tells her and he only remembers her the next day ???) and after a few dramas, she gets into a relationship with him (even though he deserved to GROVEL so much longer for everything he put her through !)

- And frankly, the characters and their behavior were pretty questionable ...
Example: Piers refuses to be with Silver for a really long time because of her horrible father (seriously ?), and in the meantime, he's in a relationship with a really cliché girl while he's still fantasizing about Silver ...

In short, a biker romance that didn't leave me with a lasting memory ... I really hope the next volumes will be better !

5 She Deserves to Be Happy Stars!

Talk about two people that are polar opposites… Silver and Webber couldn’t be more diametrically different. Silver always seems to be happy even with all the drama and lack of emotional support in her life, except from her sister, and Webber who is the ultimate grump as well as the dangerous leader of the Truth Tellers MC. But there’s this pull to each other that Silver has decided needs to be resolved and Webb who does everything possible to avoid it and her. But that can only last for so long!

Silver is my kind of woman. Even with all the adversities she’s faced and continues to face, she’s so in love with Piers aka Webber, and she’s determined to make him see that not only is she not going anywhere, and she won’t judge him for anything he does…

“I don’t care that you took him out, because it was more than apparent that he was gearing up to continue his reign of terror campaign on your club. Good leaders take care of threats. Just don’t be sloppy, and make sure that if you are doing what I think you’re doing or did, that you do it only to people that deserve it.”

While these two move closer to be everything they both want to be to each other even if they won’t admit it out loud, there are several obstacles thrown in their path and talk about notching up the suspense. Those moments were filled with tense inducing rage, hate filled vitriol and everything in between. On more than one occasion I was slack jawed with the machinations of others. LLV definitely knows how to keep us on the edge of our seats. To counterbalance the intensity of these moments, there’s the intimate moments between Silver and Webb, the friendships that Silver is building with the other women as well as getting to know Webb’s daughter who is the reason he is who he is… there’s a lot to unpack with his Ex too!

I’m going to stop here because I don’t want to give anything away. Trust me when I say you need this book in your life. It’s a wild ride not to be missed.

Lani Lynn Vale has done it again. Other Woman Drama is a messy, angsty, heart-thumping ride I devoured in one sitting.

This is Piers “Webber” Webb and Silver Donahue’s story. These two orbit each other like they’re stuck in some cosmic push-pull that’s equal parts magnetic and maddening. From the second Webber lays eyes on Silver, he knows he’s in trouble.

Silver’s father is basically human trash with a reputation that could make the devil blush. So Webber does what any emotionally-stunted hero does—avoids her. For a year. And when avoidance doesn’t work? He goes with Plan B: be cold, aloof, and borderline mean. And then also dating someone else (who is horrid).

Silver, bless her resilient little heart, knows what she wants—and spoiler alert—it’s Webber.
But after twelve months of being iced out like last week’s leftovers, she finally decides she’s done chasing a man who clearly doesn’t want to be caught. She starts focusing on her own happiness, plastering a smile over her hurt and trying to move on.

And that’s exactly when fate decides to stir the pot. A dangerous twist throws them back together, and suddenly, Webber is faced with the brutal reality that he might lose the only woman who’s owned his heart all along.

Lani Lynn Vale never gives us simple. It’s gritty, it’s messy, it’s sometimes a little bonkers, and yet the payoff is always worth it. Other Woman Drama gives us a protective hero, a heroine who refuses to shrink herself, and a romance so tangled up in danger and emotion that you can’t look away.

If you love protective heroes, fierce heroines, and small-town romance with a side of danger, this book needs to be on your TBR immediately.

Lani Lynn Vale remains one of my auto-buy authors for a reason—her stories may be wild, but they always deliver a love story that sticks with you long after the last page.

This is one author I have come to love and as a rule, can’t wait to read her next adventure. Well believe me she has done it again with Other Woman Drama. It’s truly an outstanding read. It’s got everything I love in a good Romance: Alpha Male (who really does try to do the right thing, well what he thinks is right), a Strong Female (who knows what she wants and is determined to get it), Drama (not the overwhelming kind, but the kind that keeps you on your toes), LOTS of Emotions and so much more.

This is Silver and Webb’s story and if the old say opposites attract, well these two have that in spades. She is a strong woman who knows what she wants and that Webb, the prez of the Truth Teller’s MC. But no matter what she does, he pushes her away (him believing she is too good for the likes of him). So they both try to keep their distance from one another. But when his truck breaks down, while he’s “getting rid of body” he ends up calling her for help and that night changes a lot of things. Silver learns she really should stay away from Webb, he is dangerous and lord knows what all he’s done or will do. But her heart and her mind are at war - is Webb the worst or the best “bad decision” she’s ever made and boy she’s made some doozies. As for Webb, when Silver finds herself in a world of trouble, partly due to his actions, his alpha, protective mode kicks in and he’s ready to right her wrongs and protect her. But even if he fixes all that’s broken, is it too late for them or has too much pain and hurt happened?

Outstanding read and this reader can’t wait for more from the Conflict Advisory series. If you haven’t started these books yet, now's the time. You won’t regret it.

This story was a delightful read that had us laughing, giggling, and smiling throughout.

We thoroughly enjoyed the fun, flirty, and drama-filled plot, especially Webber's questionable taste in women. The story was suspenseful, with surprises, and explosive chemistry between Silver and Webber.

Silver has faced many challenges in life, but she remains optimistic and full of life. Despite her unrequited love for a man she can't have, she maintains a positive attitude. Webber, on the other hand, is morally ambiguous. We appreciate how Webber falls hard and fast for Silver, overcoming obstacles, including her father, to pursue a relationship with her. Silver's dad, being who he is, was the greatest obstacle to overcome. He has always held himself back because her father is a pos and he is married to his ex, talk about complications.

Their journey to finding love and happiness was heartwarming, and we admired Silver's kind-hearted nature and Webber's supportive and respectful attitude towards her dreams.

Webber, we have mad respect for you for not turning your nose up or snubbing Silver when you learned of her hopes and dreams, as many men would have, yet you supported them and set out to make every one of them come true. You move up the ranks of one of our favorite characters in this series.

The blend of suspense, drama, romance, and well-developed characters made this a fantastic read.

Other Woman Drama by Lani Lynn Vale is book 4 in the Content Advisory series and focuses on the characters Silver and Webber. Silver has a huge thing for Webber, but because of circumstances, he doesn’t see her that way, especially when he learns who her father is and appreciation kind of turns to hate and some harsh words on his part. At times he can be kind of harsh but when he starts seeing Silver in a different light, he knows that she is the one for him.

Silver is ana amazing character and a ray of sunshine, albeit when life is throwing rubbish at her. She definitely has a thing for Webber, even when he is being harsh. She puts up with a lot from a lot of people and her dad! OMG what a douche! I love that she is just herself throughout the whole process. She’s kind but sassy, even when life is throwing her lemons.

This book is definitely filled with a lot of page turning drama that will keep you turning the pages and it has definitely whetted my appetite to read the other books in this series. If you like your MMC characters grumpy but softies and your heroine’s sassy, this is certainly the book for you.

ARC received for a fair, honest and sometimes long review. All opinions are my own. 😊

He's a magnet for crazy!

But Silver has more than enough of her own crazy to deal with, she doesn't need his too, unless....is it like math where multiplying two negatives gives a positive? Will their crazy issues cancel each other out?
I love Silver, we met her in her twin sister's book, she deals with a lot but no matter how much is piled on, it rarely dims her smile. Piers is the one thing that can dim her smile and each time he does it cracks his heart a little more. He thinks he is protecting them both, once again an Alpha male acting for them both without discussing it! It takes him too long to realise he cannot deny or avoid the inevitable, he can only delay it, and each time he does it only hurts them both more. When he finally pulls his head from his a** he realises how perfect they are together. They help each other heal, there is only acceptance - no judgement and the love they share dims the crazy to an irritating buzz, rather than an overwhelming roar.
Whilst this book contains a tornado of drama, it's not as emotionally exhausting as others in the series, it was a nice relief to only cry once rather than from start to finish! We also get a crossover/mention for numerous of LLV's other series in this book which is awesome too!

What makes Lani Lynn Vale such a standout in the suspense romance genre? It’s her unmatched ability to craft unique, intense, and deeply authentic storylines that breathe life into her characters so vividly, they don’t feel fictional. Her heroes and heroines feel like people you could pass on the street, chat to in the grocery store, or live next door to—warts and all.

She’s done it again with The Other Woman Drama Content Advisory. In this gripping fourth installment, we meet Piers “Webber” Webb—President of the local 1% motorcycle club, a sharp-minded and successful business owner, and a man who knows he should steer clear of the younger Silver Donahue. For a while, he even manages to keep that promise to himself.

Silver, though, is a heroine you can’t help but admire. No matter how many times life knocks her down, she stands back up with a smile, dusts herself off, and keeps going. If only she could get Webber to notice her the way she notices him. Then, one fateful night, everything shifts—Webber needs her help, and from that moment on, nothing will ever be the same.

This is a slow-burn romance packed with twists, turns, sizzling chemistry, and Lani Lynn Vale’s signature nuggets of laugh-out-loud banter. A not-to-be-missed read that blends heart-pounding suspense with raw, unfiltered passion.

Another winner in this series. I was eagerly awaiting Piers' book. He's an older single dad who is dark and delicious. This series wouldn't be without it's crazy bad guys. These characters are put through the wringer that's for sure. Seeing Piers in dad mode with his daughter will melt your heart to see the grumpy stoic guy soften. Silver, we met her in the previous book with her sister. What Silver went through in life I'm happy to see where she is at. The closeness between sisters made me heart feel good. Then she also has Chevy and the rest of the MC in her corner. Like most books by Lani Lynn Vale I finished this in a day. I just get sucked into the world she creates. It may be a little bit on the darker side, but man I can't get enough of it. There is a lot of ups and downs in this one, but as always the epilogue the perfect touch for this reader. It always makes me happy because though not cookie cutter perfect, but perfect for the characters. All I can ask for! So looking forward to more from this series because there are a few characters I'm sitting on the edge of my seat for their stories to be told.

Other Woman Drama was a wild, emotional ride from start to finish. Lani Lynn Vale doesn’t hold back on the messy feelings, complicated relationships, and intense drama, and I loved every minute of it. This isn’t your typical love triangle—there’s depth and real heart beneath the chaos, and all the characters felt raw and authentic.

I really connected with the heroine’s strength and vulnerability as she navigated a web of secrets and betrayal. The hero’s conflicted emotions and protective instincts added complexity and made their romance feel charged and unpredictable. Vale’s writing is addictive, full of sharp dialogue, steamy moments, and surprising twists that kept me hooked.

A few moments felt a little over-the-top, but that’s part of the fun with Lani Lynn Vale’s style—nothing is ever boring. The story balances heartbreak with hope and sass with sensitivity, making it more than just drama for drama’s sake.

If you like love triangles with emotional depth, flawed but compelling characters, and stories that keep you guessing, Other Woman Drama is definitely worth a read. I’m looking forward to seeing where this story goes next!

Webb/Piers & Silver

So we have a couple who were instantly attracted but because of who Silver's father was and the pain/havoc he caused in Pier's daughter's life, Pier's refused to act on his attraction. For a year they don't have much to do with each other and hook up with others, one-night stands and even a girlfriend for Piers. Circumstances change when Pier's has to call Silver for help one night to finish up a task for the MC.

This book had alot of action in it but some of it seemed like we shouldn't have soo many people after either Silver or Webb. The fact they left her nasty dad living after he left her helpless to be attacked by the crazy sister of a declined prospect should have been a death sentence but they didn't finish him off. Actually they didnt finish off the sister and dad either but that beggars belief that they wouldn't implicate the MC when they were found. Being's that we keep getting informed that they are a 1% MC the ABC agencies would use that against them. Just one little fact that nagged me.

Anyway, good quick read which almost all LLV's are anymore.

When Piers "Webber" Webb meets Silver Donahue for the first time, he feels like he's been sucker punched in the stomach. She is beautiful beyond belief, but he lives his life a certain way and knows he needs to stay away from her. And he really does try—by "dating" others, working in his shop, and at his club. Silver has loved Piers for a long time, but she knows it's time to move on; her heart can't take any more rejection. One phone call, though, is all it takes for the perfectly shattered line to be crossed. When he gets stranded, he calls Silver to help. What he doesn't realize is that she doesn't care what he does — she just wanted him. As they navigate through the trials of everything going on, their love can't be denied. Silver just lives her life and does her job, but she finds herself in trouble, and it's Webber who is there for her. When things start to take a turn, you will learn that the heart is stronger than the mind. Can they save each other? Or will being together destroy them both? Goodness me, I love this author, and her stories just capture you from page one.

This is the fourth book in this phenomenal series, and this is Piers / Webber and Silver’s story.
Piers is a single dad to his daughter, and the fearless and dangerous leader off the Truth Tellers MC, and he is determined to avoid Silver by any means. Silver has endured so much in her life, and she loves Piers, and she is disheartened by his feelings towards her, but is determined to prove to him she is not gong anywhere. When Silver becomes a target, Piers and his club will do whatever they must to keep her safe and protected.
This is a well written action packed, emotional roller coaster, with family, friendships, danger, suspense, intrigue, grumpy / sunshine, opposites attract, drama, challenges, humor, witty banter, antics, palpable chemistry, and love, which leads to an entertaining, and unpredictable, addictive page turner.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

This is by far one of me favorite books of this series so far. Silver and Webber are a match made in heaven, even if it takes Webber a few years to admit it. Lani does a great job of continuing the story lines from previous books. You first meet Silver when her sister Aella fell for Chevy in a previous book. At first the reader is lead to believe that Silver's father is doing Aella and Silver a favor by taking care of Aella. As the story moves on in this book, you learn just how horrible Aella and Silver's mother is as well as Silver's biological father. Even with the age gap, you don't feel the age gap between them. Like Aella, Silver has been taking care of herself for a very long time. She's used to have to only worry about herself and doing things for herself. Webber is just the man she needs to let take care of her. He lets her be her without trying to change her. 10/10 recommend this book and all of the others.

A drama filled delight! Vale always hooks her readers with heartfelt characters and out there histrionics and book four in her Content Advisory series is no different. Great characters, lots of spice and action and a happily ever after that warms the heart. This book pulled us in several different directions and some of the situations could have used a bit more fleshing out to paint a full and stable picture, but overall the book was a really fun read and an easy connection was made with the key players. I'm looking forward to more to come in the series. Highly recommend the series as a whole!

Silver was easily my favorite character. She was really kindhearted and looking for the love that life has denied her, but she was never bitter over the misfortune she was handed. I felt she was inspiring and really enjoyed seeing her get a happily ever after.

As with every single Lani Lynn Vale book, I devoured it one sitting. She’s always one of those authors that I know when I open my kindle, I won’t come up for air until I’ve read every single word. I want to savor all the words, but I just can’t help myself and devour it lol.

Webb and Silver’s story is exactly what the title of this one describes. Only because Webb does everything in his power to not want Silver. Her POS father is married to his ex-wife and that doesn’t bode well for anybody. But fate has other things in mind and takes control of the situation. When Webb finally gives in to his feelings, their coming together is worth all of the heartache. And I have to say with that nugget of Jasper’s story that she gave us, Rude! Now I need his story NOW! LOL

A slow burn packed with plenty of drama and heart, this story pulled me in from the start. Piers, the steadfast MC leader, is a devoted father to his teen daughter, even if his ex-wife made me want to throat punch my Kindle more than once. Silver, on the other hand, is sunshine personified despite growing up with parents who were anything but nurturing. She’s determined to break the cycle, and her love for Piers is unwavering.

I’ll admit, I wasn’t sure about Piers in the beginning—he had his moments—but by the end, I understood him completely and loved him just as much as Silver did. They’re a perfect match, and watching them navigate obstacles while glimpsing some of the other MC members was a real treat. A great mix of grit, heart, and slow-burn romance.

Thank you Lani Lynn Vale and Give Me Books Promotions for providing me with an arc of the book. All opinions are my own.

I loved this book so much!!! I think it is probably my favorite in this series so far! Just when I think it can’t get any better it does!

This book hooked me in immediately and I didn’t want to put it down! I had a feeling that was going to be the case and got the audio. I’m sure glad I did! This was a true one sit listen for me! The narrators were so good! Really brought this world and all the characters to life. It felt like I was there watching everything play out like a movie!!

There was never a dull moment in this book! Which made the time pass by so quick! This is one of those reads that you won’t want to end! I found myself attached to the characters so much so that I was a bit sad that the book ended!!

So if you’re in the mood for a mc, enemies to lovers, single dad, grumpy/sunshine, suspenseful romance look no further!

From the moment that Silver saw Webber, the President of the Truth Tellers MC, she believed they were destined to be together however due to a connection they share he doesn’t agree. Even though her past has been difficult she doesn’t let it change her and when she is in danger it will change everything between them.

Webber is determined to keep his distance from Silver until he can’t. Seeing her in danger he realizes that all the reasons he was keeping his distance don’t matter however getting together is only the first step as they have several outside obstacles to overcome as well.

Silver may be strong and independent, but she is also vulnerable which is what makes her such a special character. In the beginning Webber is not a character you will love but once you see the man he truly is he draws you in and shows you that he is exactly who Silver needs in her life.

Webb and Silver find themselves at odds most of the time. He loathes her father and takes it out on her. She realizes that she loves him, but doesn't quite get why he won't give her the time of day. This would be okay if he weren't a man in his mid-40's and acting like a toddler for most of this book. They both were immature as all get out. I didn't really care for either one of them. Her job was kind of all over the place. I know she worked for IT at the hospital, but didn't quite get why she was required at night. I was left wondering what was going on for most of the book. The whole Moran family drama was just overdone. Her father was not a good person, but that was understood the first couple of times. Again, a lot was thrown into this book and, for me, it wasn't necessary. Eedie was a nice addition and Silver's relationship with her was nice to see.

I absolutely adore Silver and her pining after Webb had me hooked, but the twist with her familial ties really glued me in wondering how this would play out. Silver is such a strong individual even in times she didn’t think she was, she was. She knew her feelings toward Webb was a one-way street and they were in a way, but when things play out, we see the truth behind Webb’s dismal of her. Webb has his own drama to deal with in the form of his exes, the ex’s new husband, and so many broken hearts along the way, but his eyes always came back to Silver no matter how hard he tried to fight it. There was a lot happening in this story and at times it made me wonder if these two would ever get their Hea with all that was going on, but it was a hard fought one that I could not get enough of.

Lani Lynn Vale has a brand new book out and man on man! You ain't ready for this one. Between Lani's unique characters, awesome book titles, and quirky writing.. I'm a huge fan, and this beauty right here might be a new favorite of mine.

Other Woman Drama is her newest release in the steamy Content Advisory series and this is one you do not want to miss. In this book you'll meet Webber and Silver (what a pair!) and once you meet these two and follow their dramatic, angsty, unforgettable story.. well you'll just know.

Super excited for the next in this series... I mean it only gets better book after book.

I can definitely recommend this series and author y'all.
