What a wonderful ending to a fantastic series!!!! The second epilogue got me all teary eyed 🥲🥹

Sierra finds out that she’s adopted after 25 years & her world gets turned upside. As she decided to go on an adventure to track down her birth parents (even though she was left outside a fire station with nothing), she meets Caleb who is going to be revenant the new house she bought. The instantly connect & she wants him bad, but finds out he “dated” her bestie and she just can’t do it. The more they get to know eachother, though, the harder it is to stay away from him & not give into their tension.

And Caleb is hot & manly & did I mention hot??

As Sierra gets closer to finding her birth parents, shit goes DOWN and the suspense begins!!

I loved getting to see the couples from the other stories & being back in this small town!

Forgotten Dreams by Natasha Madison
4/5⭐
3/5🌶️

This book is the final installment in the series, and I must say, it’s a bittersweet feeling saying goodbye to these characters. The story begins on Sierra's 25th birthday, when she discovers she’s adopted, sparking a wave of emotions and leaving her feeling a bit lost. She decides to dig into her roots and moves to Montgavin, where she meets Caleb, the charming contractor renovating her new house. From the very start, the chemistry between Sierra and Caleb is electric, but Caleb is her best friend’s ex, which makes Sierra want to keep her distance.

Caleb is such a sweetheart! He’s confident, honest about his feelings, and it’s clear he’s smitten with Sierra. I appreciated that he picks up on her hesitations about being with him, but he gives her space to open up at her own pace. And when it comes down to protecting her, he’s fiercely dedicated. He’s also incredibly supportive of her journey to find her birth parents, which is just so endearing.

Once Sierra realizes something is missing after learning about her adoption, she’s determined to seek out her birth parents, totally unaware of the potential dangers it could bring. The mystery surrounding her birth parents added suspense, and I was genuinely shocked by the twists and turns that unfolded. The chemistry between Sierra and Caleb grows stronger as she starts to trust him, and their playful banter is so delightful!

I also loved seeing familiar faces from previous books make appearances—it was heartwarming to see everyone come together. The gatherings brought such joy, and knowing that all these characters finally found their happy endings made it all the more satisfying!

Forgotten Dreams is the 5th and final book in the Dream series! This series has been so good overall. This is a small town, emotional scars, friends to lovers romance.

On Sierra’s 25th birthday she finds an old newspaper article about a “newborn left on fire station steps” and THAT is how she realizes she was actually adopted! She wants to try and find her birth parents and decides to move nearer to where she was adopted from, which is also where her best friend lives (Lilah from the previous book). Once there, she meets Caleb on her first day! He owns a construction company and is going to help renovate the house she purchased. They feel a spark immediately and quickly become friends.

The relationship and romance in this one was very sweet, easy, and low angst. They’re pretty much together rather quickly (30ish%). As the complicated part of the story is really around her adoption journey and searching for her birth parents, which is where the romantic suspense elements of the story comes in. Lots of cameos from the other couples/characters in the series as well! The first 3 books in the series are my favs (specifically book 1 and 3 that were more angsty, emotional), but the whole series overall is so solid!

I received an audio ALC, this audiobook is narrated by Savannah Peachwood and Gregory Salinas.

Forgotten Dreams was a wonderful story.
I adored Natasha Madison humour and seriousness, perfectly blended into the storyline.

Sierra finds out that she is adopted on her twenty-fifth birthday and she decided to look for her biological parents. She buys a new house to fix up and she hires Caleb and his crew. Between them is attraction at first sight, but Caleb has to sweat to get a date with Sierra.

Sierra and Caleb are perfect together. They grew closer quickly and easily, but still not forced. They have a sizzling chemistry, and a tender side. I loved their bantering and their make up under the covers.

Read this novel and fall in love with these characters.

Forgotten Dreams is a small town romance with forced proximity and a man obsessed.

Sierra finds out she’s adopted on her 25th birthday. She immediately questions her entire life and wants to find her birth parents that left her all those years ago. Her journey takes her to the small town of Montgavin.

Sierra moved to Montgavin and hired a building company owned by Caleb. The man took one look at her and he was hooked. The house projects forced the two together continuously and the man just didn’t leave.

Strange things started happened to Sierra and her life was put in danger. Caleb stepped in to protect her and her quest for answers. Their chemistry was instant and Caleb knew right away that he wanted more with her.

I want to start by saying I have absolutely loved this series so much and I was very excited for this book. Unfortunately, this was a miss for me. The fmc was a bit whiny and felt ungrateful. She grated on my nerves which made the whole story difficult to get through.

The narration for the ALC was phenomenal and the voice actors did a great job bringing Caleb and Sierra to life.

Thank you Natasha for the opportunity to read and listen to this advanced copy!

I struggled at first with this one. The main reason...Sierra. God, she is annoying. The way she came across on the pages was really whiny. I thought, man this is going to suck. Once she got over the "girl code" issue (which was honestly the dumbest thing ever) she got better for me. I did enjoy the banter between her and Caleb.

Now this is one thing I've realized with Natasha Madison. She is always interlocking characters and series. Caleb is the son of Hailey and Jensen from the Perfect Love Story. Theo, who is Caleb's cousin and also in this book, is Sam and Blake's son from Broken Love Story (the Love Story trilogy is an amazing series BTW). But I'm glad I knew that, because I had context with some of it.

I did like Caleb. There was no doubt about where he stood with his feelings for Sierra. He was constantly there to show her he would support her. And when he had one minor slip-up, he immediately came back, and it was dealt with. I loved the conversation he had with his parents for this.

Overall, this was a good series. This book marked the last book I needed to read in order to have read every book this author has read! I am now set to read every new release that comes out so I can always be in the know, lol!

Adopted girl searching for her identity

When Sierra learns that she is adopted on her 25th birthday, she suddenly feels as if she doesn't belong anywhere. She moves to the small town of Montgavin, the town where she was abandoned at the fire station, to try to find her biological parents. As she searches for the truth about herself, she also becomes the target of threats. Someone doesn't want her to know what happened 25 years ago.

There's also some romance. Sierra moves into a fixer upper that needs to be remodeled. Contractor Caleb is a big alpha male. (There's a lot of no one else can touch you or look at you.) As the danger ramps up, he's in protective mode and partners with Sierra to help her with the search.

4.5/5 ⭐️ | Dual POV: Caleb & Sierra

What a great way to end a series! From small town charm to drama, angst and spice, this series had it all! Forgotten Dreams was the most perfect ending to such a wonderful series! Caleb and Sierra had undeniable chemistry! Caleb fell hard and fast for Sierra and stopped at nothing to make Sierra his. I was instantly hooked by Sierra’s adoption story as she embarked on the journey to find out who her birth parents were. I really enjoyed the hint of suspense the story had. It defiantly kept me on the edge of my seat! Caleb was very protective over Sierra as she went on this journey. Even though it was hard for him to see Sierra hurting, he was ultimately very supportive and understood why she needed to know where she came from.

Savannah Peachwood and Gregory Salinas perform this audiobook in dual narration. This duo has been amazing at bringing this entire series to life! They portrayed Caleb & Sierra beautifully with so much emotion and passion!

4 stars!

This is such a great read! A chemistry-filled romance that is sexy, low-angst and drama free, with a bit of a mystery, it’s fun and heartfelt and I really enjoyed this story.

Sierra has just turned 25, and she’s just learned that she was adopted as an infant. Though she adores her parents, she needs to know where she came from so she goes off in search of her birth parents, and starts by buying a home in the small town of Montgavin, where she was born.

Caleb is a contractor who takes on the job of renovating Sierra’s new house. He’s very quickly all up in her space, and attraction sparks right away. It’s a fun start for them, especially with the added complication that Caleb very briefly dated Sierra’s best friend (though nothing happened between them), and I loved Caleb’s no-nonsense nature as he hides nothing and puts himself out there for the woman he wants so badly.

“You are so beautiful, you take my breath away. You are funny, smart, kind, a pain in my ass, snarky, and I know that I hardly know you, but fuck, you might just be fucking perfect.”

It’s pretty quick moving and very low angst, and I loved watching these two come together. The chemistry is so good, and the sexy time is seriously hot, and I loved their steamy and swoony romance.

“I’m going to go before I do something you aren’t ready for.”
… She looks at me. “And you’re ready for it?”
“Baby,” I say softly, my hand coming up to trail my fingertips on her cheek, “I was ready the second I laid eyes on you.”

Meanwhile, Sierra is searching for her birth parents, and when she starts receiving threats from somebody who wants her to stop looking into the past, the drama builds and Caleb goes all alpha protective, which is always fun to see in a romantic hero.

There is drama and mystery, but this is mostly a pretty light read with humour, heart, fun and romance that kept me invested from start to finish.

We get to see the couples from the last couple of books, which I enjoyed, and there are some fun tie-ins there. Caleb is the contractor who helped rebuild Everleigh’s bakery when it burned down, so she and Brock make a few appearances (Brock is so awesome!). And, of course, Sierra is best friends with Lilah from the previous book so we see Lilah and Emmett as well. Having said that, you can easily read this book as a standalone.

And in a fabulous twist for Natasha Madison fans, Caleb is the son of Jensen and Hailey from Perfect Love Story, and we get to meet his cousin, Theo (his parents’ book is Broken Love Story, and I’m hoping he’ll pop up in another book some day…).

The ending of the book brings surprises, and another emotional twist which brings the emotion, which I loved, and there is an epilogue which gives us glimpses of the couples from all the books in the series, which closes it all off really nicely.

This was a really enjoyable read. I loved Caleb and Sierra, and loved getting swept up in their love story.

4 stars.

Every word within the lines of Forgotten Dreams burrowed into my chest, this final installment in the Dream series has the heavy, full-bodied tender that only comes when a character's pain is just too close! Sierra's unraveling, the moment she realises her entire life has been built on a borrowed foundation felt like a sucker punch, it's the kind of epiphany that causes you to pause, put down the book, just breathe, because how can you keep standing when the people who raised you have hidden something so big, nevertheless the Author Natasha Madison does not let Sierra fall apart, she gives her life purpose, a house that has broken down, a peaceful town with history hidden in its bones, and Caleb who enters her life like a hurricane and refuses to let her drown!
.
Caleb Walker is a protective barrier that wraps around Sierra like armour, watching him approach her walls, unbending, untainted, and frightened, was a long and gratifying burn, he could have been any other man with a hammer and a jawline, but he had tenderness etched into muscle. Caleb responds to Sierra's opposition with charm and intention, not spectacular gestures, just quiet commitment and that was very powerful, he understood from the beginning that Sierra was more than just someone, she was it!!!
.
The suspense put me on the edge of my seat, the threats, the secrets, the unsettling question of why someone might desire to keep her past buried, I felt the creeping tension like electricity under my skin, never knowing when it would burst into flames. Natasha Madison never overdoes the tension, but it's there, crooning along with every delicate kiss and sharp confession! Sierra's refusal to give up, more than the risk, struck me the hardest, this woman could have turned away at any time and settled into the safe life Caleb desired for her, but she did not, she chose discomfort, she chose the truth, and that was POWERFUL, INSPIRATIONAL, and it showed that the Author always gives the best personality to their FMC!!!
.
Finishing this book was like closing a door that you weren't ready to leave behind, I've been following these characters from the first chapter of Shattered Dreams, and saying goodbye to Montgavin, to these friendships, heartbreaks, and hard-earned love stories, left me with an unforeseen wound... but what a send-off!!! Sierra and Caleb's story had the physical intensity, emotional guts, and quiet beauty that can only come from two people meeting in the destruction and deciding to rebuild!;The last couple of pages made me laugh, gasp, wipe my face on a throw blanket, and simply feel, this is hands down the best small town series I've ever read, Natasha Madison you are the Queen of SMALL TOWN romance books!!!

The final book in this emotional, angsty, spicy, and swoony small town series did not disappoint. Sierra and Caleb’s friends to lovers romance was full of heart, heat, and just a dash of suspense. I loved how they supported one another through the secrets of Sierra’s past, this one had layers! Their chemistry was off the charts, and the emotional beats hit hard. And that extended epilogue?! I loved these two so much! Both Caleb and Sierra had strong personalities that meshed so well together. A man obsessed really worked well in this story. His protective instincts and ability to just never let her say no to him was everything… most of the time!

I liked the amount of depth this story brought to the forefront. From her decision to move away for home for self discovery and her journey of answers to the relationship she was unfolding with Caleb, it just provided so much growth in multiple facets for all involved.

Sierras discovering oh where she comes from was such a wild ride that was so exciting to see unfold. I loved these two way the tension builds up in this one and how it all unfolds in the end provided that suspense we all love with a little plot twist action.

Such a great story and I really loved this one! Thank you Natasha Madison and Author Agency for my ALC!!

I have loved this series and the added romantic suspense added in. I’m loving the story lines and characters in each book. This story felt a little rushed and I found the plot was lacking some details, however, I really fell in love with Caleb and Sierra. Sierra is looking for her birth parents after discovering on her birthday that she was adopted. She moves into the small town of Mount Gavin looking for answers. Caleb is the contracting working on her house and he instantly feels drawn to Sierra and wants to help her.
I love this small town and the found family aspect. Seeing precious characters from this series was a nice added bonus! Natasha wrapped up the series so beautifully and I was sad for it to end!

There is nothing like love at first sight. When it's the MMC and he's crazy about the new girl. Instantly smitten. Annnnd it gets complicated.

Sierra is the new girl in town. After a shocking and devastating discovery (she's adopted and had no idea!) she's ready to make some big moves to find her birth parents. Those big moves lead her to the town she was given up at. And a house that's a huge fixer upper.

Who to help restore it? Our MMC, Caleb. He takes one look at her, and he's in love. Problem? He's her best friend's ex. And Sierra doesnt play when it comes to her best friend.

So while she's deciding things about Caleb she goes on the hunt for her parents. And man, its not easy. There's times when you feel so sorry for her. Because while she's been hunting, there's someone who doesn't want her to find out the truth.

Loved it! Loved how down Caleb was, loved how determined Sierra was, even thought she hit so many road blocks. And the ending! Natasha knows how to bring it all together.

Caleb was tenacious in the sweetest way. He was like I’m going to make you fall for me. Like I love me a man that sees what he wants and will not let a single thing stop him. He and Sierra’s banter was so entertainingly good. I loved their teasing and playfulness.

The build up the mystery of Sierra’s past was gripping. I couldn’t help but be filled with hope that she’d find the answers she was seeking. But, holy mother of twists, just when I thought the story was going one way, Natasha dropped bombs I never saw coming. She ended this series with one heck of a bang. I hated to see it end cause I’ve loved seeing all these characters with their broken pieces and hearts being healed so beautifully.

I received this book for free in exchange for an honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.Forgotten Dreams, the fifth and final book in Natasha Madison's Dream series delivered a beautiful story about discovering one’s roots, wrapped in themes of healing, love, and trust. Madison outdid herself with this installment, blending heartfelt emotion with just the right amount of suspense to keep readers fully engaged.

Meet Sierra and Caleb.

On her 25th birthday, Sierra’s world gets turned upside down when she discovers a heartbreaking secret—she’s adopted. That one moment changes everything. It sent her on a journey to Montgavin where she was left at a fire station as a baby. Determined to uncover the truth about her past, Sierra buys a rundown house in town, hoping that fixing it up will help her piece her life back together.

What she doesn’t expect is Caleb.

Strong, steady, and quietly protective, Caleb enters her life when she needs a trustworthy contractor—but he quickly becomes something more. As walls come down and secrets start to surface, Sierra realizes that the answers she’s searching for might change everything she thought she knew… and that Caleb might be the one person she can truly lean on.

I really enjoyed this installment—Madison truly outdid herself with Broken Dreams. Sierra’s reaction to finding out her parents lied to her felt raw, real, and deeply authentic. Madison handled the emotional fallout with care. Her response to her adoptive parents, though painful and at times harsh, came from a place of deep hurt and betrayal. Madison captured that messy, complicated dynamic so well—it made Sierra’s journey even more powerful and relatable.

The romance hit all the right spots. Caleb is the kind of man you'd want by your side during the tough moments. From the beginning, he was that steady, grounding presence for Sierra. Even though it was clear he was drawn to her, he never rushed or pressured her. His patience, protectiveness, and unwavering support will have readers eating out of the palm of his hands. More than just her contractor, Caleb became her anchor, her confidant, her friend… and eventually, her lover. Their love story was gentle yet powerful, built on mutual respect and trust.

Now the romance isn’t the only thing that stands out. Madison adds a layer of suspense that elevates the story even further. Someone doesn’t want Sierra digging into her past, and that threat brings danger to her doorsteps. The mystery unfolds slowly, building tension with each chapter. It’s during these moments that Caleb's fiercely protective side shines.

Forgotten Dreams is a must-read for anyone who enjoys emotional romance with a touch of mystery. It’s a story about finding where you come from, but even more than that—it’s about choosing who stands with you as you move forward. Heartfelt, suspenseful and a satisfying conclusion to the series.

Gregory Salinas and Savannah Peachwood once again deliver an outstanding performance. Their collaboration made for a smooth, immersive listen that captured all the emotion, tension, and chemistry Madison infused into Sierra and Caleb’s journey. This review was originally posted on Totally Addicted to Reading

Forgotten Dreams is the 5th and final book in the emotionally charged Dream series! I have been living for the angst and emotions that Natasha have been delivering.

On Sierra's 25th birthday, she discovered old newspaper clippings in her parent's attic that tell the tale of a baby left at the firehouse. What she quickly realizes is that the baby is HER and she is adopted! On a journey to find out what happened to her birth parents, she moves to the town where she came from and into a new house that needed renovation. Once in town, she finds Caleb, the contractor who she hired to help her restore the home, and an attraction that might just derail her entire plans.

Caleb fell so hard and fast for Sierra and I could not get enough. Their banter and their chemistry was off the charts intense. I also loved how she fought him (almost too much) before she finally gave in and decided to see what they could be. I could not get enough of the small things Caleb did to show Sierra he was thinking about her.

Sierra's journey to discover the truth about her birth parents was intense and emotional. I enjoyed how the storyline played out and how Sierra kept looking for answers, even after she received threats and hit multiple dead ends. The contrast of the banter between Caleb and Sierra and suspense of finding her birth parents had me on the edge of my seat.

The end of the Dream series is bittersweet!

We’ve been waiting on Caleb’s story… and boy did we get one.

The banter between Caleb & Sierra was so fun to watch play out. The way they went beck and forth and it got spicy!

On Sierra’s 25th birthday she found a box of things including an old newspaper stating a newborn was left on the fire station steps…. What a way to find out you’re adopted!

She wants to find her birth parents & finds that if she is closer to where she was adopted she might have more luck. This just so happens to be where her best friend also lives. And who better to help her renovate the home she decided to purchase than Caleb.

The journey to her finding her birth parents, when Caleb & Sierra became quick friends… makes him turn a bit protective when things go array.

I had both ALC and ARC of this and loved them. The narration was phenomenal and those spicy scenes, NATASHA!!

I have been absolutely hooked on every single book in The Dreams series by Natasha Madison, and while I’m sad to see this incredible journey come to an end, Forgotten Dreams delivers a finale so powerful, passionate, and pulse-pounding that it might just be my favorite of them all, but I have said that after each and everyone.

Set once again in the small town of Montgavin—a place steeped in secrets, sorrow, and second chances—this story follows Sierra and Caleb in a swoon-worthy, suspense-filled romance that hits every emotional note. Madison has a way of blending sizzling chemistry, strong heroines, protective heroes, and jaw-dropping secrets, and this book is no exception.

Sierra’s world is turned upside down on her 25th birthday when she discovers she was adopted—abandoned as a baby on the steps of the Montgavin fire station. Determined to uncover the truth, she heads to the one place that might hold the answers…and just so happens to be where her best friend Lilah (from Stolen Dreams) lives.

Enter Caleb—fairly new to Montgavin who moved there looking for his own fresh start. He’s the kind of quiet, dependable guy you can’t help but fall for. When he takes on the renovation project of the property Sierra bought, his friendship with her quickly sizzles into something more. Their banter is electric, the emotional connection palpable, and the heat? Off the charts. (This is Natasha Madison—if you know, you know. Bring iced water.)

But as Sierra gets closer to the truth of her past, danger starts closing in—because someone doesn’t want those secrets unearthed. Watching Caleb step into full-on protective mode (fans of the Southern Series will remember his parents!) was pure romance gold. And those bar scenes? Swoon city. Getting to revisit all the couples from the previous books, each one as in love as ever, gave this finale the kind of emotional payoff that makes you want to start the series all over again.

Forgotten Dreams is everything I love in small-town romantic suspense—passion, mystery, found family, and the kind of love story that stays with you. Natasha Madison has triumphed yet again, and while this may be the final chapter… I have one question: What about Theo?

Here’s hoping Montgavin isn’t done with us just yet.

Every book in this series has been amazing to me! The characters, the struggles but then the development of a relationship has been amazing!

I am so sad that this series is coming to an end as I have loved each of the characters and their intertwined stories!

If you love romantic suspense you need to read this book but all of the books in this series!

Sienna and Caleb’s story was amazing! But the final epilogue with flashes of each couple from all the books was beautiful but made me cry. Sad the series is ending but happy for how these couple evolved and grew!

The way this man is all in from the beginning!! Caleb’s swoony and confident and protective and has big feels. My heart hurt for Sierra and feeling like she didn’t know who she was anymore as secrets came to the light. I loved her determination, and I loved Caleb being there every step of the way. I loved the mystery about Sierra’s past and didn’t see some of it coming! I loved getting to see the rest of the Montgavin crew too! I devoured this one, and loved every second of this series!!

What an amazing story to end the series that I will miss forever. This entire series was so unique, and each plot got me hooked from page one. ❤️

I didn’t think I would be into Sierras story, but nope. The way Natasha writes, captivated me from the beginning. 🥰The last 20% had me sobbing but they were happy tears.

Thank you Natasha for giving me an amazing series to read. I’ve loved each and every character and I’m so grateful they all got their happy endings, but sad to see them leave. 🥹❤️

4.25 Stars! If you’re in the mood for a small-town romance that blends mystery, healing, and a whole lot of heart, this one delivers that and more. 🏡💫

Sierra’s story pulled me in right away, finding out she was adopted on her 25th birthday? My heart broke for her as she tried to piece together who she really is. And then comes Caleb… the protective, kind, and ever-so-swoony contractor who steps in just when she needs someone most. 🛠️💛

The chemistry between these two is undeniable, but what really got me was how gentle and patient Caleb is as Sierra unravels her past. The whiteboard room? Loved that little quirk. And the small-town vibes? Chef’s kiss. This story had the perfect balance of slow-burn romance, secrets from the past, and a touch of suspense to keep things interesting.

Sierra’s journey to self-discovery felt emotional and real, and I couldn’t help but root for her every step of the way. Caleb? Book boyfriend material. 100%. 💕

If you love a heartfelt romance with mystery, found family, and protective heroes, Forgotten Dreams is one to add to your list!

3.5 ⭐️

This is the 5th and final book in the Dream series. I feel this one, and book 4 can be read as a standalone, but book 1-3 should be read in order. I do recommend the series even though I rated this one a little lower.

I have enjoyed this series, but unfortunately, this one was a miss for me. I really liked Caleb, but I found Sierra to be a little immature. Sometimes I liked them together and other times I didn't. I wish I had felt their chemistry more. I did like the ending.

🔥Small Town
🪚Blue Collar Hero
🔥Friends to Lovers
🪚Dark Secrets
🔥FMC in Peril
🪚Emotional Scars

Thank you, Natasha Madison and The Author Agency, for the ARC.

The book was a fast read. I enjoyed the twist and the MMC. My major issue with this story is with Sierra the FMC. I didn’t really like her from the beginning, but I tried to give her a chance. I like sassy characters, but Sierra was just more whiny and gave me whiplash. She just doesn’t seem to match with Caleb, there is a disconnect with the two MCs, for me.
