This Christmas, join Dawn and Debra as they unravel romance and rekindle love in the enchanting charm of Breckenridge.
Dawn and Debra Taylor, who lost touch with their brother years ago, are stunned when he suddenly invites them back to their childhood hometown of Breckenridge for the holidays. They return to find a man in ruins – and the estate they’d fought over so many years ago lying in shambles.
Determined to rekindle their relationship with their only remaining family, Dawn and Debra settle in for the holiday season… and they quickly reawaken fond memories from their childhood.
But when their brother mysteriously vanishes, leaving behind nothing but a cryptic trail of clues, the twins are plunged into a puzzling scavenger hunt to find him before Christmas. As old flames step back into their lives, long-forgotten romances begin to smolder as both twins are brought face-to-face with the men they thought they’d left firmly in their past.
Can Dawn and Debra find their brother before Christmas night? And as their hunt for clues takes them across town and deep into their own pasts, what will the sisters discover about themselves along the way?

We are getting close to the ens of the series & still no Dawson. It’s getting too repetitious trying to make this into 6 books. I’m getting weary of this whole situation. It’s time they should have already ended this game. It’s Christmas Day still no Dawson. The notes promised if they did all the things Dawson would show up Christmas Day. It’s Christmas Day & NO Dawson! The girls meet an old neighbor, Mr. Edison, who was friends with their parents. He is lost & alone & missing his wife. They bring him home to join in their family dinner. The entire family is enjoying a great Christmas Day & sharing wonderful memories of their past. Mr. Edison knows the address where they can find Penny, Dawson’s estranged wife. A phone call from a detective who is worried about what is going on also. He believes something more is going on also which makes the twins even more suspicious. Debbie ends the party, told the guys to leave. Later, the girls try to find Penny and another disturbing event leads to more trouble. Will the gals and guys ever resolve their issues? They keep going back & forth. The guys call Dawson & tell him it is time to end this, he says he’ll call them tomorrow. They are not happy!! The twins are not happy with Pierce & Orlando. Dawn heads up to bed she has a strange feeling that something bad has happened. All of a sudden there is a knock on the door! Who is it? Why are the police here? Then there is another knock! “Dawn flung the door wide, shocked by who she saw standing there. “Oh, dear heaven.” How will this all end? WOW what a cliffhanger!!
I received this ARC for free & I am giving my review for free & in my own words!
Dawson has a lot of explaining to do when Dawn and Debbie find out what he has been planning. All of those involved in Dawson's scheme are going to have to apologize to all of Dawson's family for putting them through so much angst and anxiety. Book six is going to be interesting to read and see how it all pans out. Will Dawson, Orlando, and Pierce be forgiven? I cannot wait to find out what will happen in book six.
It is now Christmas and Dawson is still missing. Dawn’s happiness with Orlando is threatened when she sees him With Penny. Loys of hurt feelings present. It seems Debbie and Dawn cannot be happy on new relationships because of Dawson’s absence. Dawn is headed home when Orlando intercepts her. I can’t help wondering how Dawson can be so mean to his sisters?
Thank you to the author for this ARC. This review is my honest opinion.
It's Christmas and there is still no sign of Dawson. A few confusing things happen. Dawn sees Orlando with Penny and fears the worst. She decides to go home. Debbie and Pierce are also interrupted by Dawson's no show. A lot of hurt feelings, no real answers then the doorbell rings. Who is it?? I received an advanced reader copy of this book, and this is my honest opinion.
When Dawson ever shoes up he is going go get it from his sisters and best friends. Grace Meyer gives you just a little information that you get frustrated
