From Chef to Crafter to Conqueror: Book 5 - Conqueror - Part 2

Rate this book
Ryo was a chef, an extremely good one at that. That was until the entire universe as he knew it changed.

After his spaceship is attacked and destroyed by an enemy armada, he finds himself in a situation he never could have imagined.

Sent back in time and to an alternate reality, he has quite a few choices to make. Especially considering that the ruthless Kublai Khan and his Mongol Horde are just a few years away.

Accompanied by an extremely advanced Artificial Intelligence, a medieval noble, and his samurai retainers, Ryo sets out to change the known world. At least this dimension's version of it!

With his knowledge of history and the help of his companions can he stop the unstoppable tide of the greatest war machine the East Asian continent has ever known?

Well, the defenses have been laid and the Mongols have come with their horde of war junks. Can Lord So, Saito, Jiro, Princess Xie, Dan Po, and all the others survive?

Join Ryo as he tries to change history with a little bit of luck, a lot of technical know-how, and some fantastic food!

If any of these describe you DO NOT READ THIS BOOK!

On the other hand, if you like all of those things and irreverent humor, pop culture, bad jokes, gratuitous language and violence, plus, you’re a fan of movies like:

Your Highness
Cheech and Chong’s The Corsican Brothers
The Adventures of Baron Munchausen

Eyrth Online is the adventures of Lawrence Wrath. Just your everyday average stoner, who gets to play the most amazing virtual reality massively multiplayer role playing game (VRMMORPG) of all time;

EYRTH ONLINE

If you enjoy stoner comedies and escapism then this books for you. I have created a Spotify playlist that I was listening to when I wrote these novellas. Each song is the title of the chapter and is the musical theme for that chapter.

I originally intended for you the reader to imbibe some marijuana, start the playlist, and jump into my world. If you don’t smoke that is fine, if you can’t read and listen to music that is fine too. Just read the way you normally do and enjoy the story

But, if you like to smoke some herb and jam out to tunes while you are reading a great book, then I think you will love Eyrth Online. You will need a Spotify account to access the play list, if you don’t have one you will have to gather the songs on your own. Sorry about that.

All characters and events in this series…
Even those based on real people…
Are entirely fictional…
All celebrity likenesses and voices are impersonated… poorly…
All music is not mine, none of it, at all…
The following episode contains coarse language, gratuitous sex, violence, and due to its content…
it should not be read or listened to by anyone.

Eyrth Online: The Green Album – Volume 1

400 pages of Stoner LitRPG goodness, plus 81 different songs on the playlist to tantalize your sound tubes! Could you ask for more?

Praise about this book…

“While I don’t usually endorse forced sodomy… this book is funny as hell!” Me.

“I think I laughed once… Wait, no I definitely laughed one time… I think… did I read your book babe?” My Girlfriend

“I literally pooped myself… but I’ve been sick so… it could have been that.” Some Guy

“What’s a VRMMORPG?” My Dad

“I do believe you have a dangling participle sir.” Tim curry.

It contains episodes 1-4 of EO. It’s FREE on Kindle Unlimited and $3.99 for an Ebook. The playlist has been updated and is on Spotify, The Youtube link is on the bottom! Thanks Matt Westgate! I didn’t even think about it!

Oh, I am going to Thailand for 1 month! I won’t be back till the middle of August. So, I am going to try to push out episode 5, but I can’t promise anything. Thanks ya’ll, enjoy the novellas and stuff.

I stopped reading

I almost stopped at the first book I probably should have. Enjoyed the concept and main character. Unfortunately, the authors spent so much time on other characters. Jumping back and forth, changing the timeline over and over, add more supporting characters. Then repeat. The main character is lost by a mountain of supporting character. I would give a 1 star rating, but that would be unfair. I don't enjoy multi perspective books. I feel it's great for TV, but It's terrible for books. I also recognize that other people may have different points of view on that. All the characters were enjoyable and interesting. I just feel the author spent so much time on the supporting characters. They turn into multiple main characters, and the series was no longer enjoyable. Hope this review was constructive and that other people enjoy the books

Another fine volume in what may be the best current time travel series.

The author is great with this unique take on the concept and incredible and accurate detail of both cooking and feudal Japan. If he must diversify as his back page indicates I hope it will be to another literary masterpiece and not a litRPG tower climbing trope where his talents will be wasted on innumerable rehashes of the character sheet.

Ok

I was looking forward to this book but it was kinda disappointing - instead of killing the evil prisoners they locked them up causing a young man to die and important items stolen - I was looking forward to the war with the mongrel to end and seeing more advancement from the future with the chief

Excellent series…I really like that it is a blend of cultures and history, with real characters exhibiting frailties as well as strengths. Like many modern-man-travels-back-in-time, he teaches better ways of living; unlike most books, the people also teach him. So glad the lit play game menus aren’t part of this book series.! Looking forward to book six?… Spring of 2025

I have really enjoyed this series!

As a fan of alternate-history and feudal Japan, I have really enjoyed this series. It is well paced, and while the storyline is not complicated, it allows one to imagine what good be done if enough people with advanced knowledge could do in a less advanced technologically advanced society. Looking forward to the next book in the. Series.

Good entertainment

Lots of action in this alternate history novel. Not the most talented writer, but skilled and imaginative enough to make this series a very interesting one.
On the other hand, I hate when a book ends with a cliffhanger.

Cliff hanger anyone?

He's not a bad author, doesn't lack imagination. His problem is he loves a cliff hanger. If the books have already been wrote all's well and good but if an author has to rely on cheap tricks to sell his books that always fails.

it’s good but gets more far fetched.

The story is good, but the amount ok which everyone always listens to the MC who always has the answer gets a little old. Would like to see more realism. It is a unique story I appreciate.

An excellent continuation of this different and very good interesting series.
The Mongols are repelled and destroyed to the last man, ship, and beast. Let the celebration begin until Allen reminds Ryo that the next invasion is coming, and it will be bigger and sooner than expected.
