Great explanation of Disorganized Attachment

Narrative that makes sense with proven methods and practices to help one move toward securely attached relationships. Provides helpful and thoughtful guidance to those with disorganized attachment patterns for all relationships, whether they are romantic, work related or familial.

It starts out strong citing modern studies and understandings, but quickly just turns to fluffed repeats of what to do in broad strokes, often repeating points from prior chapters. Over all not terrible, but there are definitely better books on this condition, even at the of the length.
