This was something a little different and very enjoyable. A well written book and do hope to read more by this author. Recommended.

I enjoyed this book. The characters were very believable to me and story line kept me reading more.

Tess is dating Cash and they are going to have a baby together when he is hit by a car and killed. The story moves to Aimee, a tattoo artist dealing with an abusive boyfriend as well as her own childhood trauma.
There seemed like a good story here, the dialogue was good. It did tend to jump from one situation to the next and I think it needed a little more description at times to flesh it out.

This book was an ok read, felt that the characters could have been explained and developed a bit more and there was more potential with the storyline. Still worth reading anyway.

Long time since I've read this type of book. After reading the previous reviews I thought I would indulge myself and I'm glad that I did. It was more atmospheric than outright frightening, and above all, an excellent opportunity to reflect upon ethical concepts of right and wrong, justice and nobleness. I liked the general idea of this book.
The story is well told and honestly I enjoyed it. The characters are very believable; the pace is fast, and the plot exciting. The book very atmospheric, very good, if a little scary read.
All in all this is a really good story, a steady build up from the start as the gradual increase of tension, that something not quite right is going on was excellent. If you like supernatural style stories give this book a go.
