Lost Chances

4.5 STARS!!!!
First I must say I LOVE THIS COVER...And now my thoughts.
Sophia...I adored her character. She loved Cooper (Sebastian) for as long as she could remember. After a devastating loss of his grandmother followed shortly by his grandfather Cooper chose to leave his home town. This meant leaving Sophia which was a very hard choice because he to had strong feeling for Sophia.
He needed to distance himself from the surroundings that did nothing but remind him of who he had lost and that he was now alone. After 7 years he returns home to clean up and sale his grandparents home.
Things changed the moment Sophia appeared back in his life and all those old feeling came rushing back.
Without ruining to much of this book all I will continue with is this...
I really enjoyed this book. The characters and their dedication to one another.
Sophia's brother were a great addition along with her best friend who continued to make me laugh throughout the story.
I highly recommend this book.
The only thing I disliked was I wanted more of their story. I wasn't quit ready for it to end.

I really liked this book. It has suspense, heart ache, love, hot sex, and second chances- which lets face it, we all love those!
Cooper and Sophia have known each other for a long time. Sophia has harbored a crush on Cooper for as long as she can remember but to her, she was always the little sister, or so she thought. After a night of passion, Cooper left and never returned- well until 7 years later.
Cooper feels guilt for the way he abandoned the girl he has always loved and her brothers (his best friends) but he had too. Now he is back and he wants to claim Sophia as his but that may be more difficult than he thought since she is in a relationship. When an opportunity arises where he can step into that place and be there for her, will he step up to the plate or stay in the friend zone?
I loved Sophia. She was funny, smart, had a good head on her shoulders, and wanted to break free from her brother's controlling ways. I also love Cooper. He was sexy, sweet, nice, alpha, and loved with all that he had. I totally got why he left and in time, Sophia also understood. The chemistry between these two was seriously crazy. There was so much sexual tension that I thought my kindle would catch on fire.
This book has a few twists that I did not see coming- especially at the end! Sophia has a secret that he is holding close to at the end that could mean the end of their relationship which has only just begun.
I can't wait for more from this series. Keeping my fingers crossed for Sophia's brothers' stories!

Sometimes reunions can shock the sh** out of you, "yea! It's Ryan anyways. It'll see y'all later." She grabbed her purse and opened the front door. "Sh**." Cooper's dark brows rose and he took a step back. "I mean, hi." She couldn't breathe. No, no, no. Why did the man have to look so yummy?" The girl sure has a mean temper, "I'm glad you had fun." She pushed up off the couch and walked away. Yep, she was pi** alright. Maybe something lingered there between them. The feel of the grin spreading across his face shocked him." I really thought Sophia was cute in a situation, the girl may not be a virgin but she's so innocent when it comes to Cooper:
She glanced down to see the bulge between his legs. "I thought you came."
"I did. That's not completely erect, but holding you naked against my body won't keep it away for long...."
I really loved this story about second chances and I'm hoping her brothers get one of their own.

A truly fantastic read. C.T. brought her muse (Steffen Hughes) to life in this story with Cooper. Little fragments of his signature " SMILE ON" to his love of Peter Pan peanut butter and country music. To living his lifelong dream of sharing his music with us all. I found myself laughing and smiling throughout the story. C.T. done a super job of bringing the rekindling romance of Cooper and Sophia to life before our eyes. The childhood memories and friendship they shared as well as the support characters involvement, in bringing these 2 together... I Loved this fun HEA story.. I found myself laughing and crying as Cooper and Sophia overcame their obstacles and found that LOVE they waited a lifetime to share.. No more Lost Chances for them... I hope y'all will love it as much as I do...

Oy, I have been trying to write this review for a few days now and it is so hard for me to come up with something to say. So let me start off by saying it is a great book! There is drama that just makes you say dumbass (to the character who screws up) and then you just want to sigh at a few parts. Thank you C.T. Nicholson for giving me the opportunity to review this book! I highly enjoyed it and loved the characters! I can't wait to read some more of you work!

Sophia loved cooper all her teen life.But when he goes away from the small town after his grandparents death,sophia is shattered.Seven years later cooper comes back to sale the house,but the chemistry between sophia and cooper is still intact...and they try to go for relationship.But when things work for cooper in music,sophia has to face loosing cooper.Can their love overcome hurdles?

Having no family after the death of his grandfather, Cooper leaves and takes the heart of Sophia right with him. He comes back after 7 yrs to get the house he grew up in fix up to sell, maybe. He has been thinking about Sophia for the last 7 yrs he wants to see what's there for him. Even tho she is in a relationship with Seth things happen and they get close until she pushes him away to live his dream and leave her again but with more than a broken heart. Great book.

Loved it! How can you not fall in love with Cooper and Sophia? At times you want to smack sense into both of them, but turn around and cry the next. C.t. you have definitely made my day. Thank you for trusting us to read it as you progressed. It will definitely be a paperback I will treasure!

What a beautiful story of true love prevailing over the test of time. The story played out well, not realizing that I was on the last page and left me wanting more of these characters.
Sebastian “Cooper” lived with his grandparents, after losing his Grandmother then a few short months later his Grandfather, there is nothing left for him in the small town that he calls home. After the funeral service for his Grandfather, Cooper makes the decision to leave for awhile. Of course that meant leaving the one true light left in his life, Sophia, who has always been there for him.
Sophia sweet innocence girl next door, little sister to Cooper’s best friends, has been in love with Cooper since she can remember. She knows he is the one for her. After they share an innocence kiss, Cooper leaves to not returning for 7 years, unaware that how he broke Sophia’s heart.
How things have changed in those years that Cooper was gone. Sophia has grownup and in a relationship. But one look at each other, Sophia and Cooper are fighting a losing battle. Sometimes no matter how much time as past true love always finds its way back to where it all started.
Looking forward to seeing what else CT has in the works. Would love to see this series continue with the brothers and oh lets not forget Sophia’s best friend, Ryan, he was a favorite character in the book.

Great story!
Loved this story of a second chance at love. Cooper and Sophia are awesome together once they figure out what they really want! I love the supporting characters, Sophia's brothers and her best friend Ryan. All of them love and protect Sophia. Cooper grew up best friends with her brothers, and has always loved and protected Sophia. He always wanted more with her, but was afraid he wasn't good enough. After going through two tragedies, he decides to leave so he can find himself. This devastates Sophia, then 7 years later he comes back in to town! Things start to heat up! Great read!

Awesome Read!! Sophie has loved Cooper for as long as she can remember and when he left her seven years ago it broke her heart. Cooper has come home after seven years to take care of his grandparents belongings and the home he was raised in. He is also hoping to find The love he left behind, Sophia. This story is truly romantic and wonderful, I loved how it unfolded and the small town setting. I would recommend this to any true romantic. Hope the story continues with the brothers and Ryan, her best friend.

Loving music and Sophia was hard. He secretly loved Sophia and she thought he only thought of her as a sister. Well that all changed when Cooper came back to town thinking he would only be there a short while to get his grandparents house on the market to sell. Things have a way of always throwing you a curve. Sophia had always loved Cooper and when he came back to town she was not about to let it show she still loved him. She was happy with her boyfriend until she caught him with someone else...

Wow! What another amazing story from a fantastic author!! This story of Copper and Sophia will tug at your emotions. The hardache, the love, the friendship and the fight to be strong to continue living your life as you were expected to is amazing! This was a well writen story! Another page turner in my book, I finished this book in one afternoon! I look forward to reading more from C.T. Nicholson!

This story hooked me from the very beginning. I loved each and every character in this story. This is a new author for me, and now I can say, that I cannot wait to read more from this author. Easy read
Although a little predictable I enjoyed this story from start to finish.
All the characters were easy to like and there as plenty going on to keep me interested

What about the oldest brother.........the mall scene. Wish I knew how that played out. The story was good, predictable, but every now and then I need that and enjoy happy endings.
