About the author

Becki has been around books her whole life. But, it didn't occur to her to write one until the idea for Finding Dolly popped into her head in January of 2022.

It is a whole different ball of wax writing a story versus reading one. But, with the help of some fabulous friends, great editors, and guardian angels to keep her on track, Finding Dolly is finally ready for her preview!

When not writing, Becki has a podcast - Literary Escapes, and a book club - Literary Escape Book Club that keep her busy.

Becki resides in Florida with her husband and very fluffy cat, Miss Kitty.

This fairy tale twist is so much fun. I couldn’t real fast enough but also wanted to slow down to completely enjoy the story. My favorite line is “Don’t let them fool you. They are like a septuagenarian Scooby Doo gang.” I laughed out loud at the three sisters as they meddled their way to help two people find love.

I loved this sweet retelling of Sleeping Beauty, and I really appreciated the fact that it wasn't cheesy or overdone. This is the first book of Becki's that I've read, and I had no trouble following along. It easily reads as a standalone. I was on the edge of my seat the entire time and stayed up way too late to finished.

Beau Smith was an interesting character. I liked him more as the story progressed. Laci was also likeable even though she was confused at times. I loved "The Trio" and their innocent meddling. I also loved the HEA ending.

This is a clean - kisses only - romance with a touch of mystery and suspense. The characters are well written, and the story is believable.

Once I started this book, I couldn’t put it down. Laci and Jamie were from two separate worlds but made sense. Finding love through music and building their world. Until Jamie gets into a car accident and sadly dies. Or does he?

This is a love tale reborn and a second chance story. It has a sleeping beauty / loves first kiss fairy tale vibe without it being a fairy tale.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. This is one of those Can’t-put-it-down books.

You fall in love with the characters from the start and feel like you are part of their inner circle.

A true modern fairytale with a few modern twists! Love the comparison and explanation at the end!

This book can be read as a standalone. I definitely recommend reading this book!

Loved it! This is my favorite of the new Nashville Billionaires. Yes, I know there are only 2 so far but I really liked this one! It ranks right up there with Finding Dolly which is another of my favorites from Becki Lee.

What a lovely story! Real Sleeping Beauty inspired and yet also a bit of a detective. Loved that combination!! Becki did an outstanding job of bringing us into Laci and Beau's world. If you like to read clean romance with a bit of humor and mystery, this is the book for you!!
