We all remember 'The Call of Destiny' right, where we saw how Rehaan and Mahira's story captured every single reader's heart. At the same time, we have seen how Dr. Arrogant has behaved and also how he has asked his brother to marry the love of his life so that he can come later at his convenience and get her girl back.
Well the DR. Zimaam is here with a twisted love story of his own. Where you can see how Dr. Arrogant has changed into a very distinct man and how he is losing his heart to the most straightforward, carefree, outspoken someone who has weird taste in fashion Dr. Ruhina Khan. Yes, you heard it correctly, Tom & Jerry is finally getting into a different tangent that is more entertaining, hot, sizzling, and whatnot. And not only that the circumstances in which they are getting entangled are out of the box.
Rehan and Zimaam's bantering adds a layer of funny elements and also depicts the strong bond. Alia's character also captured my attention as to how beautifully she is growing up and I am sure we are getting another blockbuster story soon. I loved the hospital scenes and how perfectly the author described the life of doctors and their daily routines.
I had never thought that Dr. Arrogance would shine this way. But he did, and you all will love this character for many reasons 😉.
Aashiirf has again done it; she has proved her skills of being an extraordinary writer and how closely she is attached to her roots. Her stories talk about every element with detail and ease. She never disappoints the readers when it comes to her stories. She makes you ask for more stories and more characters so that you have a happy smile on your face and butterflies in your tummy.
Guys, just start reading this one, as I am sure you will love it without a doubt.

Ziamaan always escapes from home whenever Ruhina comes to his house. Being cousin's they can't stand each other's contrasting personalities.
What happens when a calm surgeon marries the loud and vivacious Radiologist? Why did Ruhi have to marry Ziamaan instead tge love of her life?
A story filled with love, lust, heartbreak and family bonding. This book 2 in the series but can be read as a standalone. I throughly enjoyed reading this one. A perfect example of opposites Attract. Ziamaan as a surgeon was wow.. The way he stand with Ruhi in her troubling times was so wonderful. Their transition from can't stand each other to love was written beautifully. Most of the story was predictable except for the climax. I loved the friendship between Ruhi and Mahira. Overall a fabulous read. My favorite couple is still Rehan and Mahira from The Call of destiny. I just can't wait to read Alia and Sahil's story.

First time reading a desi muslim love story, so I was very much intrigued. And to say how the traditions and some Arabic words were used in the story made it better would be an understatement.
I liked how it was filled with humor and lots of banter, oh and the angst had me wanting to read more!
It's short, sweet and nice. And it's marriage of convenience so ofc I was going to end up liking it 😌

Zimaan's condition felt like that of a fish who struggled to breathe even in water. His inner feelings confused him to the point such that he started accepting Ruhina's extroverted nature which he was once highly repulsive of. Their personalities couldn't be anymore different. Zimaan was reserved, practical and emotionally distant whereas Ruhina was a fireball, full of life.

What a beautifully wholesome book!
I was very intrigued from the first page itself! Marriage of Convenience mixed with Desi romance gives all the feels.
The banter was so good, the romance so sweet (and spicy) and our hero was so obsessed with the female lead 🤌😭
The writing flowed easily and the difficult aspects of medical doctors was so well written and depicted.
The one thing I couldn't get over was that they were cousins?! I think it's more of a regional thing but that was something that took me a while to accept. But the main and side characters were lovely and such a fun story!

Having read the first book in this series, I'm already hooked, but this story of Dr. Zimaan adds a new layer of depth, proving that not only Rehan but his brother can also steal readers' hearts. Zimaan’s calm and composed demeanor, along with his tender side for his bold and beautiful wife, Dr. Ruhi, makes their dynamic truly endearing.

This book is the second book of ' Destiny Series ' by Aashi Irf. After reading the first book I was too exited to read second one and now after finishing it' I can say author has maintained her form beautifully. The Twist of destiny is really full of Twist. Author didn't fail to impress us with her writing style. In this book our couple is Zimaan & Ruhina. 💌 The doctor duo 🩺 First time reading when leads are both doctors and trust me it's so cute and beautiful 🙈. But as the name of the series itself is twist of destiny,so obliviously there's nothing smooth before they finally got together. 🤭
So zimaan is a doctor in his hospital and is renowned, famous doctor. Here Ruhina khan is Zimaan's cousin sister 💗 Fun fact - They can't tolerate eachother (or maybe behind the mask of hatred there was always secret love 🙈). Ruhina came to Zimaan's house. She was engaged with her long time boyfriend Amaan. Their marriage date was also fixed. Preparation was going on full swing. But Zimaan wasn't too happy with the her marriage but never confessed.
Amaan was in abroad and supposed to come India before the wedding but unexpected happened. He disappeared without any sign, contact nothing. 🤧 In the meantime it' was Zimaan who rushed to Ruhina,comforted her and eventually gave the proposal of marriage. The marriage was supposed to be temporary but with the twist of density they got bounded forever.

Zimaan has never in much interested in marriage while Ruhi is finally getting preparations to get married to her boyfriend. But Zimaan released his feelings towards Ruhi at the same time. He know it's Forbidden and try to forget her by going on a date with the girl whom her mother choosen.
But destiny had another plans I guess. Suddenly Ruhi found out that her finance has left her for another and I really hate that idiot for leaving such lovely person like her.
Thought I am sp happy for Zimaan and Ruhi. The couple is the cutest one since they always bicker with each other but the unsaid attraction between them is so interesting to watch. Both are confused to give chance to each other bcoz of the circumstances of their marriage. But I want to tell them " Idiots , go talk with each other and confess your feelings. I am getting impatient and want to see you guys together fast" 😁🤭😆
And Mahira giving suggestions to Ruhi about what to do when she is feeling needy and attracted to Zimaan. I really love that scene the most. It’s cute to watch the one who been in that situation before giving suggestion to the another one. I really like the duo a lot. Two cuties who wrapped their husband to their little fingers 🤣🥰💗
And I really enjoyed a lot and also respect them a lot bcoz even when they are so needy for each other, when it's comes to their profession, they didn't let that effect it.

OMG!!I loved this book❤️The chemistry and and banter between the couple was amazing.
I never thought I will like this book so much, as I was skeptical about Zimaan after reading the first book, but he had such an amazing character development that I absolutely fell in love with him. He was such a gentleman and the way he loved and cared for Ruhi was everything. The way he always kept asking her if she had eaten anything and he also massaged her leg when she was in pain 😍😍 Also, the way he called her sugar just melted my heart ❤️
I also loved the character of Ruhi, she was such a strong, independent and bold character who was never afraid to speak what was in her mind. And she always protected and cared for the people around her, and the way she took a stand for her mother was amazing.
I also loved the little snippets of Mahira and Rehan(my favourite 😍) they were so cute.
And also the little scenes of Alia and Sahil was amazing, and I am sooo excited to read their book.
Overall, I absolutely loved the book and literally finished this book in one sitting. If you love reading desi romance with marriage of convenience with the family drama you will love this book.
