Not a bad textbook. It has helped me be more intentional about what should be required to be a leader both in the United Methodist Church and as a United Methodist leader in the world. I liked it.

This was our study guide for beginning lay ministry service. Not sure at this time where it will lead. The book was a basic overview but it provided a good springboard for our group discussions.

No page numbers in the online edition.

In the online edition, there are no page numbers. When using it in a classroom situation, it is difficult to reference questions for discussion.
