Twins Mila and Annie Montgomery agree to go their separate ways after a childhood of abuse and favoritism tore them apart. That is, until they lose their parents unexpectedly at eighteen. They are forced to come together and work as a team to build a better future than their twisted past. Together, just the two of them. Like always.
Tension between the twins begin to rise when a third party makes their way into their perfect duo. Are they capable of making room for their new guest or is their relationship suddenly feeling a little too crowded.
They quickly learn that bonds can easily be broken and blood isn’t always thicker than water. Weakened threads fray easily. Who can you trust? Who’s telling the truth? And what happened to the missing Montgomery sister?
