disappointed
I love this series but I feel like nothing has happened in the last 4 books. A lot of interesting sub plots started but none of them paid off, like what happened to the supernatural government program. I feel like we’re rereading the same explanation of them and their society over and over again.

Children of the Gods Paranormal Romance- Book 88
The third book in ELL-Rom and Jasmine’s story line continues and addresses the issues of ELL-Rom’s special ability. The clan meets and there are some solutions put in place before the couple move to the Village. It is all very exciting and Jasmine is becoming more of a caring and contributing character (despite my initial feelings of her being shallow and social climber) she is showing her dedication and love more and more for her mate and her newfound family. Her brother also enters the picture which opens the door from many possible storylines.
Many secondary characters continue their storylines and the clan has to handle all the new issues expanding the clan members presents. It is thrilling to have Brandon drawn to the sleeping princess which brings us to the next exciting few books storylines.
Eighty eight books and growing this series never disappoints nor wavers in its excitement, adventure, imagination , romance, and world building . Can’t wait for Romelle’s story.

Different, maybe?
This one seemed to step out of the usual pattern a bit. Either that or I can’t remember the series as well since I haven’t read the series in a while.
This one continues with the mysterious saboteur and brings it to a conclusion.
Rob is still nursing his heartbreak and trying to figure out life. He inadvertently finds an inducer… who is awesome.
We also have a confirmation and a “closure”, so to speak, to a previously uncertain ability of Ell-rom’s.
It also seems that we may have finally come across Morelle’s fated mate… which makes me realize that nothing more was even mentioned of the pilot, whose name I can’t remember, from the hunt for the twins.
And finally our new crew members from the last six to ten books arrive in the village.
The search for Khianne is coming along, slowly.
Now it’s time for Morelle’s journey to begin. See my notes, highlights and commentary on Goodreads. Happy reading!

Amazing!
This has been a remarkable journey. From the beginning books introducing the i.mortals thru the introduction of Doomers (present and ex) to the arrival of more God's, I have enjoyed each and every story. The good, the bad, the ugly, and the almost perfect. The surreal lives of "normal " humans who find themselves to be so much more than they ever believed themselves to be. I am so emotionally invested in these books. As we near completion of the series, I am so excited to read what will be the end of this story. I cannot believe that I won't be able to watch (read) Allegra grow into the amazing immortal she will become. Will Kalugal get his wish? Will Drova and Pavel end up together? Just one more book? There must be more!!! I. T. Lucas, kudos!! I anxiously await the final installment of Children of the Gods with bated breath.

Not sure what's going on this go around, but the tone was giving 80's super heroes 😩 and sounded so outdated.
That being said the Sabatour/ usurper was Drova as many suspected. The child put the fear of gods into Kian. Poor fellow. See. Now they got me talking like them 😒.
I am so over Jasmine, the Ell-rom whisperer. I know she means when, but the poor fool is getting all of his guidance from a non-immortal 🤷🏾♀️!! I'm glad she is FINALLY transitioning. That should shut her up for a few days so Ell-rom can hang with Annani.
Our sleeping beauty Morelle is finally rousing from her slumber. Like her brother, she just needed the right motivation.
I am equally excited and terrified because we do not know what that little goddess has in store for us.
I still think the Odus may yet be the key to finding Annani's mate...

Great Book
I enjoyed this book. Ellrom has come so far since he First woke up. The development of himself has much to do with Jasmine’s love for him and her persistence and commitment to him. He’s introduced to the clan in a big welcoming party, and then Jasmine starts transitioning right up to the party! Her sister still sleep being woken by her mom in the dream and he is a wonderful, soothing voice, speaking to her. Drawing her up out of coma.
Jade’s daughter, is the Corporate behind the robberies in the village. She has compelled three other teenagers into doing things against their will. There’s so much happening. Don’t miss out!

So Good, I finished it in one day!
I am still amazed at Ms. Lucas's ability to define characters to such depth. When she describes an environment, I can see it in my mind with just a few words. Even a simple description of a character lying in bed staring up at the ceiling is capable of bringing the scene to mind. But then, it would to anyone who has had a sleepless night, or a few hundred.
There are portions which seem to drag on, but even those are generally laying down character development or setting the stage for something important later.
I am looking forward to meeting Morelle.

Love this series
Ellron and Jasmine story was awesome. I have been waiting on his story since the mention of the Royal twins. And I'm definitely excited for his sister Morell story. And I'm so happy that Annani is getting her family. I want her to be happy for all she endured for centuries. I going to say this and I mean it this should be a movie or television series so good. I.T Lucas please keep it going. This story is phenomenal. If you haven't start from the beginning you will not be disappointed.

While I love this series, I really hope Jasmine and Ell-rom will be background characters going forward.
My opinion of Jasmine has improved from when she was first introduced, but I still can't bring myself to care about her character. Her relationship with Ell-rom is not one I enjoy reading about. He is too dependent on her, and their relationship leans too far into her mothering him for my taste.
I really enjoyed all the chapters about the other characters and hope that Morelle will be a stronger and more assertive character than her brother.

Ell-Ron the Prince finally up & on his feet with his Jasmine by his side his sister moved close and a new life ready to begin the carpet is whipped out from under Jasmine but by that happening his sister is on the verge of waking up to support him thanks to a gentle push from their Mother & the gentle whispering from maybe the next love pairing 🤔🤔🤔😄😁 just finished this book off now to download next I need to know Jas is ok lol

With the twins moved to the village and a sabotage attempt by a few of the teens, the village was tested. Having the knowledge of who was responsible for all of the attacks around the village what will happen next to protect the community? Jasmine transition and possibly Morelle finds herself on the cusp of waking up believing El-rom is in danger.

Read the book, Excellent💞
For me this was the best book of them all. It moved quickly and ended too soon. I especially loved what came of the robbery the knowledge revealed. Also finding out who the sabatour was and how they dealt with that. The ending was fantastic and exciting, of course leading to the next book. It was so good to be back in the world with our friends I have missed them. My advice:

Resolutions are made concerning what Ell-rom is hiding as well as dealing with the saboteur. Jasmine and Ell-rom are finally moving into the Village in case she transitions and to free up the clinic for the god’s experiment. Some interesting developments are in the works. And it’s also interesting what person takes an interest in the princess who is now in the Village clinic. What will happen next? I can’t wait to find out.

Once again a fantastic story arc quasi ends, as a new one is set up to begin. As always Ms Lucas has given us a fantastic and wonderful story. Hers is the kind of writing that will always encourage a reader to lose sleep for the joy of reading it as soon as it is available.
I enjoyed every moment of the 3rd installment of this particular Arc segment, and I am deeply looking forward to the next book.

Please Please get past jasmine
The only reason I gave this book 3 stars Is because the saboteur and the surprise at her having unwilling accomplices otherwise I would have given this book 1 or 2 stars. I just can't stand Jasmine wasn't going To read this book knowing jasmine was still prominent in it. To tell To tell you the truth When That person held Jasmine hostage I was really hoping he would get rid of her.

Wow!
Alot happens in the final book for Jasmine and Ell-rom. More side stories emerge which will be interesting to follow in future books. The saboteur is finally revealed and that will bring some intriguing issues that will need to be resolved. Another transition starts and I think we will finally meet Morelle in the next book. Can't wait.

Wonderful as always
I truly hope The Children of The Gods continues for many more books. I love this set for Ell-rom as much as many of the previous ones, and I am looking forward to Morelle's story being added. This world has become so real and wonderful to me, and I love how all the characters grow and change throughout the series as a whole.

The series continues with a new layer of majesty as both the Twins are awakening in the “new” world. ELL-ROM has already awakened and is now feeling the humanity and immortality conflicts but equally so, his mate has started her transition just as Morelle is awakening. The Clan is now adding to the royalty of the Twins in addition to Annanni.

Good but not great
Don't get me wrong, the love story was there but I personally don't like weak men and El Rom was so weak and fragile. Overall Jasmine and El Rom love story was good but I needed him to step up his manhood a bit. When he froze when they were attacked just made it cringe. I have a feeling Morelle will me more manly than he is and more powerful.

Can't seem to get enough! 😍🥰
This series has me hooked from the very beginning and I can't get enough! Each time it's impossible to put down. I want more and more. There's so many characters and stories to read. Please never stop this series. It's total perfection 👌 Sweet, mysterious, a little spice and lots of hot MMCs.

Brilliant Series

Much better
This book was much better than the last in my opinion. I enjoyed it so much more and feel like storylines are finally moving forward. Looking forward to Morelle and Brandon's story. Hopefully Rob's story will also develop more.

Another great chapter in the Children of the Gods series
It's so great when characters you come to love have good story resolutions. I am happy to see Rob join the cast as I have been waiting for another male dormant. I can't wait to see Morelle's story.

Fantastic read...
I cannot believe I've read 88 books in this series. And still I'm still enjoying each and every book. I'm so glad that Jasmine is getting her happily ever after! I can't wait to see where the next chapter in the lives of everyone goes from here.

Dark Awakenings: Echoes of Destiny, book 88 of I.T. Lucas' Children of the Gods series is wonderful. Each book brings the story of amazing characters lives to life. Ell-Rom and Jasmine's story really takes off. Even 9 years into the series Ms. Lucas writes with such passion for her characters. Each story is fresh and new. At the end of each book you'll be wanting more.

I liked this one in the series because a lot happened. Lucas did draw out the sabeturer story slower than I liked but other things happened in the book that were interesting so I felt the over all story line iis moving along.

Found this unlike the others. It didn’t hold my attention to the same degree. I prefer when the story unfolds around Kian and the whole clan rather than focus on just a few. Hopefully the next book will be back on track 😊

A new beginning! Ell-rom and Jasmine
Another classic in the making! I have enjoyed this book and this series so much. I always relax and forget myself for awhile. I look forward to more of Annani and her clan!
