This books began to define what I knew to be true about leadership in schools. It translates to the coporate world as well. I live by Sergiovanni's philosophy of leadership.

Informative, but dense. Needs stories and real life examples.

Contrasted to Whitaker's text, you get something here that is informational but not all that insightful or practical.
