A whole grab bag of references that don’t make it this well written - or edited- book. In the beginning the author sites feedback that he was including far too many similar points of information. Too bad he didn’t synthesize the information crammed into this nook- he should’ve listened to those early reviewers before publication. it’s almost painful to make it through the vast multitude of citations and piling on of references that don’t contribute to a solid or compelling narrative.
