This was a great story for 2nd in the series. I had to go back and reread The Curse of the Eraser to refresh my memory of what was going on and what references where being made. Age is going faster than my memory bank to hold. I kept wanting to skip to the back of the book to see what happened. I was held in suspension with little teasers along various chapters. No I don't read the ending before I read the beginning and middle. I waited, now I find that I may have to wait some more for the son of the keeper is new to the picture.

I read this series over the summer so I don't have dates. It was a great series and look forward to the final book! The characters are truly believable and you do get pulled into the story. I actually borrowed the books from the author's sister who lives on my mail route. I will collect the series for my own library and hope to have them autographed by the author someday! A definite must read!
