I had to get used to the different fonts, graphics and writing style but in the end, this short book has helped me think differently about losing weight and I am seeing progress.

In order to review this book easily, I have the summary below.

- eat what you want, just less of it
- drop to your ideal weight
- stay at or below your never-go-over weight
- review THIN THOUGHTS, kind of program yourself for the day
- don't tell friends and family (which I am doing now!), just do it.

DECIDING your IDEAL WEIGHT
1. I have set my IDEAL WEIGHT at ____ pounds!
2. I have set my NEVER GO OVER WEIGHT at ____ pounds.

THINKING for yourself!
3. I really want to get to my IDEAL WEIGHT because....
4. I will DROP TO MY IDEAL WEIGHT and STAY AT MY IDEAL WEIGHT for ME!

20. I KEEP MY "THINKING MAN DIET"... A PERSONAL SECRET!(even from friends)
21. I can relax! No one watches (cares) WHAT I DON'T EAT!
22. I feel great when friends say, "YOU'VE LOST A LOT OF WEIGHT!"

WATCHING your self image turn far more positive!
23. I'm reducing the emotional pain of hearing (OR, THINKING) words like "OVERWEIGHT" OR "OBESE"!
24. I feel far more positive about myself as I approach my IDEAL WEIGHT!
