Love this Tofu centered recipe book😍. A lot has been come from Asia,hence given where was the place for tofu's origin.

Book had great basics in the first 30 pages for those that have never used tofu. Some of the recipes look great, and all have a little description. C

Another cookbook that did not match my tastes at all. I don't think I found anything here that I'd make as is, and the few recipes that looked interesting would have needed changes because I don't like all the ingredients, they were too expensive and/or I'm not going to buy a full bottle of something only to use a few tablespoons.

I keep saying this, but I don't know why it took me so long to figure out that getting cookbooks from the library is a much better idea than buying them.

I learned a whole lot that I didn't know I didn't know. And I have a whole lot more ideas on what to do with tofu (of all types). I got stuck making one recipe, and I never branched out. Thanks to this book, I can do it now.
