I’ve spent years running from a pack that seeks to control and use me. When my car stalls on a snowy mountain in the middle of nowhere, the last thing I expect to find is a pack of gorgeous, possessive alphas who claim me as their fated omega.
As the snowstorm rages, they show me what it means to be claimed, possessed, and treated like a precious omega after years of abuse and neglect. But can I give myself over to them, bringing danger to both myself and to them?
An Omega for the Mountain Men is a hot and spicy why choose omegaverse tale with LOTS of spice.

It's very quick and very insta-love, with a pretty simple plot about an omega running from her dangerous past and three alphas finally having their dreams come true of finding their fated one. It's very low angst and low tension where the drama unfolds near the end, and quickly so.
With that being said though, I had to take off a star⭐️ because there were quite a few inconsistencies throughout the book that distracted me from the story.
These are just a few examples:
Ex 1.) In the 2nd chapter, Lucy is described as having "auburn hair". But in the 4th chapter, she is described as having honey-blonde hair.
Ex 2.) Connor says the pack was formed with him meeting Daniel in his 20s, and meeting Nathaniel later. But later in the novella it's said that Daniel and Nathaniel are childhood friends and they met Connor at a heat spa for omegas.
Ex 3.) At the end of chapter 8, it's said that Connor went upstairs to check on Lucy. But in the next chapter in her pov, we see that she is checked on by Daniel.
Ex 4.) In chapter 3, Connor is described as having a heavy beard. But later in the novella, he's described as having "stubble".
Usually, I'm the type of person to not really care for errors or inconsistencies. Especially, when it involves minor details or is something mentioned in passing that can be easily ignored. However, the inconsistencies did bother me in this novella because they were too noticeable. For example, it's kind of hard to ignore the physical changes in how the main characters are described.....
Besides my issue with the inconsistencies, I had to take off another star⭐️ because I wanted more from the characters.
I understand that this is a novella so the author has to keep things short, but I wanted to learn more about the male leads on a personal level. Additionally, I wished Lucy's emotional progress was handled more slowly. ___________________________________________________________ 👍 Would recommend if: -you're okay with insta love -are okay with a traumatized FL who is okay with being touched by her mates within the span of a few days of just meeting them - don't mind character and writing errors
👎 Would not recommend if: -you're not into insta love -are not okay with a traumatized FL getting over her fears and anxiety quickly -are not okay with writing errors
A well written novella is a unicorn. After the first chapter, we meet the pack of men. They apparently already know they have an Omega, but don’t know where she is, and they smell her…in a snowstorm. I literally had to go back to see if I’d missed something. Maybe it was an attempt to throw off the reader thinking this was the pack the MFC was running from. I could suspend my disbelief and go with it. The kicker for making me say never mind to this book was within 18 pages the word c*ck and erection were used so often, I got the ick. Can’t scare off the tiny Omega but let’s go on a diatribe about how rock hard the men are. Made me wonder just how much different these guys are to the pack this Omega was running from.
This is a quick, holiday Omegaverse novella about an omega on the run who finds love with three alphas searching for their mate. It’s fastpaced with lots of instalove — which I am always down for — and the overall concept was really enjoyable.
That said, there were some noticeable inconsistencies that made parts of the story a bit hard to read, and I really wished we got more depth from the MMCs. If you’re looking for a quick holiday read with instalove, this could be a fun pick. But if you’re not okay with a traumatized FMC moving through her fears very quickly or with writing inconsistencies, this one may not be for you. 🎄💛
An Omega for the Mountain Men follows Lucy who is on the run from an abusive pack and gets caught in a snowstorm where she is rescued by a group of alphas who show her how true alphas should behave.
I loved this short story. It was a really sweet story with a slight edge due to the pack pursuing Lucy but the main focus of the story was between Lucy and the alphas. I loved the characters, the guys were all super sweet to Lucy but took no prisoners when it came to the threats against her.
Overall, this was a really good read and one I’d recommend.
I thought that this book was quiet nice. Something to read for a feel good type of day. If you like feel good stories and good omega stories then this is the book for you
