If you want fast, exciting, action packed stories with a great cast of characters and lots of banter, this series is for you!
At the time of writing this review there have been 28 Matt Drake books and 16 related spin-offs! More than enough to keep you entertained for some time!

As the FBI buildings in Washington DC and Los Angeles come under attack; as CIA safe-houses are destroyed, it becomes clear that a deadly enemy has targeted America.
Then Europe is hit. Major cities are threatened by destructive terrorist actions.

Trent, Silk, Radford and Agent Collins are personally targeted. Abducted and tortured, forced to engage in a deadly timed race through Los Angeles to save Trent's son and watch the execution of loved ones, the Razor's Edge are thrust into major action scenes comparable to the Matt Drake series in this unforgettable action adventure guaranteed to make you lose sleep.

Still the weakest of the three series.

Too much relationship drama draws away from the story. One hero just abandons his wife with little regard. The villain is a collection of troupes.

Action and adventure at its best.

Can't believe I missed the Disavowed series. Action and adventure at its best. Devastation all around. Looking forward to re-reading the book where Spear Team and the Disavowed join forces.

Cover to Cover Non-Stop Action

The last book bored me to death, but this one... this book was a non-stop action-packed adrenaline rush. I loved it.

THREAT LEVEL--RED (Threat Level--Red)is is the final book in "The Disavowed" trilogy and it was all I expected. There is non-stop action, the heroes and heroines are very heroic, and the villains are very despicable. A lot of the interpersonal situations from the first two books are resolved, for better or worse. All in all, this is a 5 star effort by David Leadbeater. It now remains to be seen if he can merge "The Razor's Edge" team with Matt Drake (from some of his previous novels) into a series as good as "The Disavowed".

With the Edge torn apart and under personal attack. The FBI and CIA all targeted and Europe in the sights. He has returned as only David Leadbeater can, and our hero's stand their toughest test. Love the references to Matt Drake and Coyote can't wait for the crossover. Absolutely brilliant read and cannot recommend this author enough. Keep them coming David.

Another good read

If David Leadbeater writes it, you will have a great adventure with the Disavowed Team. Evil meanies abound, good guys beat them up. Fast cars and flying bullets. And plenty of action to the last page.

a vengeful terrorist wreaks havoc on the USA and all the people who ruined him. good people die, are seriously injured, a child kidnapped, people tortured just for kicks and money. semi sad ending.
