We've got a 5 acre plot of land that we've lived in since 2000 and absolutely love it. OK the 800° summers can be a little harsh but the land is beautiful and you just can't beat Texans. We know our neighbors and like them...most of them...and where else can you see a hive of tractors parked on main street and it's actually considered normal.
I've been writing romance since 2008 when I wrote my first novel in 3 months. And it was a 100,000+ word count. Apparently I had a lot to say. I've written four novels to date, several short stories, magazine and newsletter articles and am working on a 7 book series right now. I write contemporary erotic romance. Mostly hetero, some same sex, menage "oh yeah" but all of it HOT!
What started it all was a dream. I think a lot of authors say that and I think if more people would write their dreams down and turn them into stories the world would be a much more interesting place. Two dreams compose two of the biggest scenes of Final Promise. One where Simon is chasing Karley through the park into the locker room, and the other when she has to confront him in the conference room. It's been almost 4 years since I had that dream and I SWEAR I can close my eyes and still see the tears streaking down her face looking out the window. My husband always tells me that I have sci fi dreams and on most nights that is so true. I could fill pages and pages of paranormal scenes with them but those dreams were HOT with a capital Damn!!
Whatever precipitated those dreams I am so thankful for. I LOVE Writing! It is something so incredibly fulfilling to put your thoughts and dreams down on paper and have someone else read it and say, "WOW!" But it's something else entirely to have a writer read your work and say, "Holy WOW!"
Now if I could just find where I misplaced my editor...

Highly recommend this naughty quick read! The author lured me in with the title and hooked me at Dr. Hottie! I'll never be able to sit on an exam room table again w/out thinking of this story!

hmmm. ummmm... How do I review this?
From Dr Hotlidge to her Nubbin, the writing felt cheap and juvenile. The sex wasn't very sexy at all, and this would have been a 1⭐ except the name Dr. Hotlidge made me laugh every time I saw the name on the page.

There has always been something missing from Victoria’s life. No matter how hard she tried, whether it be on her own or by the hands of another, an orgasm was something she never experienced. At 33 years old, Victoria found herself waiting to take part in a university study to help her orgasm. She wasn’t expecting the doctor conducting the experiments to be so deliciously hot.
Dr. Hotlidge, yes that’s his real name, is a sexy PhD who knows all the right buttons to push. There is something special about Victoria, or Jane Smith #129 as he knows her, the draws him to her and has him conducting all the experiments on his own.
Victoria is skeptical that “Dr. Hottie” can get to the bottom of her issue. She doesn’t care how long it takes; she is going to have her first orgasm if it kills her.
The chemistry between Victoria and Dr. Hottie is very intense. I wish that the author played it up a little more. It was all from Victoria’s point of view, there were times I wanted to know what “Dr. Hottie” was thinking. It was a different setting for a BDSM novel that didn’t take place in a club or a billionaire’s secret playroom. I have to admit, there were times when I thought I would feel a little uncomfortable reading certain scenes but the author does a great job bringing beauty to the many situations Victoria finds herself in.
The descriptions of all the toys and equipment are so lovely that you aren’t scared for Victoria; you want her to experience the pleasure that is sure to come.
This book should be added to the TBR of anyone who likes reading BDSM novels.

In addition, she has never had an orgasm either alone or with a partner. She hopes this study with help her with her problem. While in charge at work she wants a man to take charge in the bedroom. She has not found a man who fits the bill.
Dr. Hotlidge is working on a study about woman’s orgasms. After reviewing Victoria’s information he wants to help her. I loved how insistent he was that Victoria follow his wishes and steps. It was also easy to see that he is a Dom, fully in charge at work, and caring with those around him.
The sex scenes were intense and I enjoyed the medical kink that was incorporated. I also enjoyed that Dr. Hotlidge also did some medical tests to rule out other issues before making any moves on her. The chemistry between them was blistering.
Orgasm University is the fourth book in the Members Only series by Jennifer Kacey. While this book is part of a series, it can be read and enjoyed as a standalone with ease. I found this book very well written however, I had the plot pinned down after the first few pages. Therefore, I was not too surprised at how the book turned out. The characters were interesting and engaging. Overall, this was an enjoyable book.

Hot and intense fast read, Orgasm University is an interesting example of a person’s uniqueness. Society might label them as defective but, in reality; it isn't so since that person only has to meet their perfect partner for them to be whole. Intriguing main characters jump off the page with their polished exteriors and wickedly sexy personal lives. Dr. Hotlidge recognizes Victoria’s innate capability and exerts his firm and gentle dominance on her, aware of her need for it. This medical erotica contains smooth character developments, somewhat high tech medical gadgets adjusted to give pleasure, BDSM elements, medical bondage, and really steamy sex scenes.

Another sexy short from Jennifer Kacey. Book 4 is the first in the series that doesn't take place within The Library, in fact no characters from the previous books make an appearance in this one. We get Dr. Hotlidge aka Dr. Hottie and Victoria aka Jane Smith #129. Other than minimal interaction with a nurse during the study and a phone call from a friend the entire short story is nothing but the good doctor and his study subject.

A quick, steamy read you won't put down until you've read every page!!

Don’t get me wrong, it was a very hot book and the scenes were breathtaking but I did not really enjoy the “clinical” aspect of it….. I understand why this happened, but I also did not like the fact that we had to wait that long for our heroes to actually go at it!
On the other hand, I really liked how Dr. Hotlidge used his knowledge in Victoria’s favor, with minimum touch from his part and the details in the description.
