From the first smoldering kiss, this hot, sexy office romance is in jeopardy.
For two years, Cassidy has lusted after the office hunk, Chase. But Cassidy is interested in neither casual flings nor in setting the rumor mill on fire. In a male-dominated field, she has to work extra hard to prove her worth and Chase is just one big, sexy distraction she doesn’t need.
Flirting with Cassidy is one of Chase’s favorite hobbies. Chase is blatantly in hot pursuit of Cassidy and he ups the ante at a swank company party—only to discover there’s much more between them than sizzling chemistry.
Lust, love and a job promotion hang in the balance. With stakes this high, they can’t afford to mix business with pleasure.

The problem I had with this book is that it felt one-sided. The reader can tell Cassidy lusts after Chase by her internal thinking and her conversation with her assistant but how does Chase know this. The issue I had was Chase blatantly flirting with Cassidy and talking about having sex with her and Cassidy responds "Stop flirting with me" and "Where the hell is the VP of HR when you need her?". Is Cassidy being for real, does she really want Chase to stop? Because that's what I'm getting. And Chase isn't getting the memo. When someone says to stop or mentions sexual harassment, it's not a romance that I'm comfortable reading.
