1 WTF did I just read
Now you know it's bad when you go into a read with low expectations because hello? monster erotica and still you come out on the other end going "What the fuck did I just read?"! This book just has to go and get rapey on me. This 19 page train wreck had me questioning how some things ever get published. Okay so let me break this hot mess down. In this book we have Diana college student who swims naked in ice cold water to calm stress. She knows Minotaurs are real and when they catch human women they rape them. While swimming one day she hears a noise and two guesses as to what is on shore watching her swim nude. Yup rapey Minotaur. She tries to get away but he just grabs her and
Not only do I have to read about the creepy raping Minotaur but then I have to read how even though he is hurting her and she is crying and fighting her traitorous body starts to enjoy it. Really? You're going there writer? For real? Not only does he rape her, he then carries her off to the woods. She of course takes a nap curled into rapey Minotaur while he carries her away. Cuzz shame from enjoying rape makes her sleepy! When she wakes up she decides she liked her rape, even though painful and she kinda hopes he does it again. After some forced licking from the musky Minotaur she tries to ride him but right before she puts him into her she remembers the pain and thinks twice. Of course he just slams her down on him, Hello rapey Minotaur! After he falls asleep and she runs. The next day she misses rapey Minotaur and goes back to him. The end. Once I started this book I knew I had made a mistake. I picked it cause of the funny cover but that was so not a good choice. I wanted funny Halloween monster kink, but got musky, rapey Minotaur and stupid traitorous bodies. No just no! Thanks God it was free but still NO!

This didn't make sense. I know, I ask a lot of monster porn. But I would like a semblance of a storyline and enough humor to balance out the trauma. Let me save you some trauma. Here is the condensed version.

Diana (is this random or a reference to the Huntress?) likes to get up early and go swim in the icy cold water before her classes start. Why?! *shudders* Anyway, Ivy has taken to getting up earlier than Diana and swimming in *her* spot, so she moves to another. It’s not as nice as her other spot, but it’ll do. However, one morning, she hears rustling in the woods. Ducking down in the water to avoid any fellow classmates what she spots strolling out of the undergrowth is far, far worse than some pimply students. A Minotaur! And everyone knows how much a Minotaur loves to rut in tender juicy lady parts. If she’s quiet, maybe he’ll wander away. But it’s too late. He smells her and there’s no escaping a Minotaur loving.
I actually quite enjoyed this bit of naughty monster porn when I blocked out in my mind the bull head. I mentioned in another Minotaur book that I grew up on a farm. Cows/bulls are not attractive. Ever. Evereverever never! No! Except after they’ve been butchered and grilled to perfection. But I don’t wanna hump my steak. *curls lip* So, I just pictured Miny as having only *slightly* bullish features, not anything like the cover. Ewwww! Otherwise, a few minor grammar/editing errors, not bad for MP and the sex scenes are decently written. I’d definitely read more by this author.

Ok, this- this was an error. I sort of knew that with the cover. My project this year is to read a lot of Monster Romance, and with a Stuff your E-reader day on 12/27, I went on a hunt for as many Monsters as I could find. Minotaur stood out and so I happily stuffed my kindle.
Really this short short little story is straight up corn.
Nothing particularly bad about it, but also honestly, there was nothing to really salvage it either. I am now moving on from the Minotaur.

I know I can read some freaky arse shit but my god this has to be up there in some new level, this has changed my opinion on some new reading material LMAO!!!

Very short read but I did enjoy it. It was just enough to get you in the story and then it was all over.
Diana goes to the Lake Eerie campus and it is a school for magic. You would think that would be easier than boring studies. You wouldn't want to see a spell go wrong. Who knows what it would do to you and everyone around you.
Diana goes out swimming every morning when everyone is still asleep to relive some of the stress that she's under. Just her luck the girl she doesn't like in school has taken over her swimming hole. She is swimming when she hears something and when she turns around she can't believe it. She see's a Minotaur.
You have to read the book to see what happens next. I can't give everything away.

This will leave you speech less, Diana went swimming everyday and had a personal close encounter with the local Minotaur, she was afraid of him but soon something over came her and she cant get enough of the bull-man.
