In Buttercup Bay, love is the sweetest Halloween surprise.
Natalie Dawson, a driven city girl, comes to the charming town of Buttercup Bay for a work project, but the last thing she expects is to fall for the local mountain man. Jack Wilder, the rugged and reclusive hero of the hills, has built his life around solitude—until Natalie arrives, turning his world upside down. As the Halloween festival draws near, they find themselves tangled in more than just the town’s preparations.
With ghosts of the past haunting Jack and Natalie questioning her future, will they risk it all for a love that feels like home?
Her Halloween Heartthrob is a cozy, instalove romance brimming with autumn warmth, small-town charm, and the enchanting magic of finding love when you least expect it.
This is the first book I read in the series so didn't realize there were others before it. This was a quick read and I really enjoyed the story line and the characters. If you like Gilmore Girls, this one has the same feel. I did notice this has the incorrect image for the book since it looks like the one attached to the book is the Halloween Heartthrob.
Like the other two books in this series it was sweet and comforting BUT I seriously had to force myself to finish it. It was fast (felt rushed) and just very repetitive.
