I’m not a big ambassador of self help books, not that I have something against them. Because I don’t. I’ve just never had the need for one, since I’m just about as perfect as you can be! Okay so maybe I exaggerated a little bit, okay A LOT!

With all kidding aside though, this book was great! I would have loved to have had access to it when I was younger. It has helpful suggestions and tips for just about everything, but at the same time it doesn’t make you feel bad about being the person you are! It’s brilliant!

Having problems with stress, there’s a section for that! Questions about relationships, it’s in there too! I loved the real life examples, they made me feel less like a freak! It’s a fun, read! Yes, fun! I learned a multitude of things and it was fun doing it. I feel like a better person just having read this guide.

Every girl is amazing and this easy-to-follow guide helps girls finally believe it–and live it–for themselves! You’re Amazing! is a must-read, interactive book for every girl and girl advocate who wants to bust past ‘the supergirl dilemma’ to become her super best self instead. This heartfelt book ultimately shows girls that they’re not alone in the pressures they face and reveals how they can choose what they really want. It is both a revelation and a revolution!

A full review is forthcoming, but this book is amazing. I wish I had received this book when I got my first bra. A must for every young girl in your life. And yes, since I do often work with girls, I'm going to see if I can find room in my tight budget for this book. It is also a handbook for parents & other trusted adults to start a great conversation with a tween girl. Yeah...this isn't my full review. ;-)

A wonderful, helpful guide for tweens and teens. My daughter (9) read it first, then asked if she could write in it (normally a huge no-no in our family), but when I finished it I gave it back and told her she could, with no pressure to share any of it with me. Highly recommended for any child, target audience around 8-12, but good for older too.
