New Understanding
I bought the book out of sheer curiosity. As I read the book I began to realize how bizarrely important it is. I could see Kathy in the horror of her situation, and realized how brave she is to tell her story. The book had some editing flaws, but all in all it was well written and well worth my time and money. Anybody who struggles with mental illness or loves someone that does should be able to see themselves in Kathy's story.
